We were very satisfied with the facilities of the hotel. We stayed in the last week of march here. There were mainly german and turkish guests accommodated. For cleanliness much importance is attached. This shows both in the main restaurant, as well as on the rooms and in the lobby. read more

Since we after new year our vacation there spent, the hotel was few guests visited and thus we have the sauna respectively the pool etc. Often just for us had. The we enjoyed. Still there was always food in buffet form. In other months (summer months), it is definitely full.
Walk or at the beach run was not to think, because it was only a concrete slab to find, where the sand in the winter to a bunch of together was. The hotel and the rooms were clean. On-site there was no bars or shopping possibilities, but with the Dolmuş(small ... bus), the very often day directly from the hotel drove, we were in 15 minutes in Kusadasi.
For us it was a relaxing vacation for the time of year. read more

Respect for travellers which are only speak german, in this hotel one speaks only english. The hotel is rather a 4 star hotel. We had bad luck, on the 3 day a whole school, around 80 children which the hotel bestzten. There was no bathing, billiard or table tennis play longer possible. At the buffet it was still a battle. The children between 8 and 12 years had studies in the hotel. But the worst, until 22 o'clock the bar the children. Summary : once and never again. read more

The hotel has a good 4-star standard (5 stars after türkeistandard ).
Overall the complex a well maintained, if also not more brand new impression.
Be careful with a holiday with small children! The 'beach' ends with a circa 1.5 meters high wall, directly into the sea drops. Small children must be supervised, as the water will be charged at least 170 centimeter deep.
Otherwise was my travel time recognizable, that the season is coming to an end; some shops in the hotel and the outdoor pools were already ' eingewintert' and not more in use.
The staff were ... however very friendly and helpful; only a couple phrases you should be able to speak english, because the german of the staff not far away is. read more

The hotel is situated right at the sea. Beginning november were only very few guests in the hotel. Came in the evening for groups and after the breakfast they were again away. On average were only 50-80 guests in the hotel. All nationalities were represented. I had booked all inclusive. read more

The hotel is somewhat outdated now. It is also everywhere nor carpet and unfortunately are dogs in this hotel allowed, so not for people with allergy problems. I had a very good stay in this hotel. The staff is very welcoming and the hotel is very clean. The only slight drawback is the quality of the coffee and the wine for a French! I have particularly appreciate the quality of the holiday check office. read more

The fantasia deluxe is a very nice hotel, right next to the sea.
The hotel is beautiful laid out. Very tidy and clean.
The garden is in hillside designed. Lots of plants.
The different pools are very beautifully, in october but rather cold (in spite of the about 30 degrees outside).
Particularly beautiful the façade is/wall to the sea laid out.
It looks like a small castle.
The beach is artificially created, for this but very clean.
He is served daily raked.
Into the sea you over a footbridge.
At the beach there are various possibilities for sports, like for ... instance Banana, jet skiing etc.
The rooms are beautiful, everything clean and tidy. Please book sea view, otherwise you must on a main street views.
All-inclusive is important here. The whole day you can in the hotel something to eat.
The dishes were varied and tasty. A massive choice. Great!
From the restaurant you can enjoy on the sea look. Fantastic!
The hotel is about 4 kilometer from the centre Kusadasi. A very nice place.
Make sure you visit the pigeon island.
A Dolmuş-travel costs 1,00 Euro per person. The journey takes about 5 minutes.
In the vicinity of the hotel there is a bazaar - very recommendable.
Visit also Ephesus.
Conclusion: a great vacation in a great hotel.

It was really a great, relaxing vacation in a nice hotel. We stayed with 3 girls and were all very satisfied.
Already on arrival we were the luggages and we once a get welcome cocktail, however was very sweet.
The food is absolutely delicious and there is a massive selection, also desserts. One of us is vegetarian and it was also always well full. Definitely the freshly made pita -piece try, a dream! Unfortunately the hotel was at the time quite fully booked, so that relatively long on the beverages during dinner had to wait.
Especially praiseworthy are the entertainers. ... There was lots of different offers, for example water aerobics, Volleyball, Steps, darts, lots of different games. One night we wanted to spontaneously partying and you have everything for us and with us partying gone. We had to really nothing care. The german language skills are rather mediocre, but with english one can itself in the entire hotel communicate well.
The pools are very big and really clean and also the pool bar is recommendable. Here you were always quick and served in a friendly manner, if you also friendly to you.
If you're looking for a beach sets, is rather go wrong here, but we always at the pool and then from there often again at the sea gone. One must really only stairs of the pool from go down, and you are at the sea. Perfect! As you can really overlook it, that no real beach is available!
In the immediate vicinity really there is not much, but the Dolmuş drives approximately every 10 minutes into town and in the town there are everything your heart desires.
The complex is generally very Nobel made, also the room is large and nice. The gardens in front of the house were also very well maintained.
There is also a library, in which you free wi-fi-front desk has. Unfortunately really only, on the rooms for example not. But the library is right next to one of several bars, so comfortable an in the bar drink and some wi-fi-front desk had. In the library was evenings racket, and everyone sat there with a mobile phone /laptop \u263a
There is also a photographer in the hotel, we but we didn't make use of it. Also not taken into account we have the massage therapist of the hotel, the amongst others also hamam offered, but would have extra pay have to. There is also a small shop and a kiosk in the hotel, we except postcarc't buy anything.
The air conditioning was also in october in the room and you could regulate yourself.
Alltogether it was a great stay in a hotel, where the value for money more than true.

Unfriendly staff besides 2 persons would you not greeted. Beach there is no and as already mentioned old rusty ladders around in the water to come, no there in Turkey but better and the hotel should the 25 best in Turkey belong oh no. Ouch read more

I have a relaxing hotel in a slightly old-fashioned, quiet hotel spend. The food in buffet form was plentiful& varied. The spa area offers free steam bath, hammam& sauna - and pay additional offers. The pool was oK, the' sandy beach' with the chairs however with concrete wall from the sea separately, in the via metalleitern could get.
For a pure beach vacation the location is not. But since one directly in front of the hotel with the Dolmuş within 20 minutes to Kusadasi and from there easily further to Ephesus and other famous places, the hotel is a good ... starting point for culture interested. read more

Outside of the season the hotel I can definitely recommendable! In the peak season I would personally another hotel select, because the beach nothing special large and was certainly then very full, if not even be occupied is. Annoying was also often the sun lounger-reservation method some guests ( towel mood and from to the hotel to eat), what according to the bulletin of the hotel was forbidden (but where no control.).
The food we found very plentiful and delicious. Even 15 minutes before conclusion was still refilled. The cocktails at the bar were absolutely not our case. Since ... we stayed by a few disappointed try with the simple Gin Tonic. Really important: if one atmosphere mix to have wants, you should say, that it was only a little Gin want to have-)
To the room I can only say, I have never had such a small wardrobe seen; carpets in the room are not my thing and the kettle you could once again decalcify. But it was really clean and we were given every day fresh towels (, whether we put them on the soil have thrown or not-) read more

Unfortunately totally disappointed!
Bad English, no German.
Staff were not or not more motivated.
No sandy beach at the hotel, however possibility to go swimming at the sea is available.
-mugs the room were only moderately cleaned up and when you questioned happens nothing!
On the public hotel toilets there is no toilet brushes.
Good location for excursions.
On a nice hotel, food was great only no large variety. read more

The hotel was a lovely type with nice pools, its own private beach, very pleasant staff who go the extra mile to assist you. The first room we had was rather tired and needed updating. We asked to be relocated and ended up with what we think was a honeymoon suite, which was huge with a jacuzzi, bath, two showers, dressing area, huge bed, dressing gowns, slippers and mini bar. The food was excellent in an all inclusive package and the range of guests were from the young to the most senior, i.e. suitable for all. Plenty of entertainment ... if you wanted it. Choice of 3 restaurants in addition to the buffet at no extra cost. Good value for money. Local bus service just outside hotel, which was very regular, every 5 minutes. Kept very clean. read more
