Hotel ok, environment boring, trips tiring and expensive

The rooms are not too large, but clean and functional. The hotel is not new, and sees one also at smaller flaws, which one, if one is honest, also at home. It must not always everything 100% fit. Certain circumstances you can stand. It must be clean and not worn. The rooms are for sleeping and showers and not more. The air conditioning was spotless and for the mini bar you had to at the bars a bit take it to the room. A safety deposit box and wi-fi, there was at the front desk at a charge. For information from home, there were 3 german programs on the tv.

We had booked all inclusive and therefore almost the enitre day the possibility food and drinks to go. All inclusive does not mean, however, the tips were included. As well as in Germany lives the gastronomy from the 'tip' and should not be forgotten. It is also everything a little faster and easier with tips. On the ground floor is a large restaurant with buffet, on the 1. floor a restaurant with menu on request. Otherwise is in the beach/pool area a bar/ imbißbereich. You have enough possibilities, drinks and food. The food was good, enough and diverse. In the beach bar the drinks in small plastic cups served. A bit annoying and you had to one or another times more frequently run.

The staff were always friendly, courteous and tried very hard, to make everything right. Especially our waiter friaa slah we are very grateful. Main language is french, but also with german or english one can inform oneself well. The rooms were cleaned daily and always with flowers effortless. Pleased us very well. The spa area is very recommendable. An indoor and outdoor pool with thermal water, massage etc. ; very relaxing. Additional services we didn't use.

Of the entertainment we didn't worry. The beach the property was very clean and well cared for. Outside one noticed already, the Tunisia not the cleanest country and one had the garbage a bit out of the way go. Beach chairs, umbrellas and showers were sufficiently available.

The hotel zephyr is one of three, which on the edge of zarzis is possible. Zita, zarzis, zephyr. The three for the zarzis has now been closed and obviously renovated. The hotel zephyr is a large area with only two-story buildings. We found that to great, not a huge hotel bunkers. Within the complex everything is clean and tidy. Something is constantly being cleaned and worked, to the complex top look. If you go abroad flies, it could really happen, the you in a country, in the not only they speak german. We have a lot of reviews read and seen, the one complained, that a lot of french people in the hotel are. Certainly, the french were long in this country and also today still all speak french. If you know and you tried, then we will see, the they speak german. And just as, as french. The structure was a colorful mix.

The drive from the airport after zarzis takes about one and a half hour. In the evening we arrived and have so little the island Djerba seen, which completely crossed. On the römerdamm it went to zarzis. The hotel lies at the start of the city, together with the hotel Zita. Here are also some small shops, which you easy to reach on foot can. Here is particularly the bazaar ' pumuckl' highlighted. A small shop with souvenirs. If you don't get, you know the owner council, which also spoke perfect german. Here it must be mentioned that, many speak very good german, we must not hesitate, on issues or talk.

In the room there was nothing to complain about.

The food we found very good. It was always gsatt wurdeenug choice so that everyone got full. The cakes are great. Everything was clean in the restaurant. Tips are gladly accepted, but are not conducive to better service.

The only waiter the well is a older mr the slasch means and very nice and zuvorkommd is the rest is dismissed. Drinks are not brought to the table unless you want a whole bottle wine or water. Cola, Fanta, beer etc... Is kindly itself to tap ( to eat lunch, as well as evenings) coffee/ tea naturally also! The staff stands rather stupid in the corner and plays with the cell phone than empty glasses plates or guests to operate. The cleaning crew afford however good services.

Entertainment was during the day very varied. Only the volume of the music is sometimes exaggerated. The pool is excellent and chairs are more than enough there. Shade you will find by the pool and beach equally good.

The hotel is large and the hotel spacious. The rooms are in maximum 2 story buildings. The cleaning ladies do a good job. During our stay were mostly German, french and the rest belgian and swiss. We had booked all inclusive and were with the amenities really pleased. Merely the service is a disaster.

The hotel lies on the gently sloping, sandy beach. Only with the walking one must be careful where one stepped, since occasionally glass washed up. Seaweed is a large problem, because it not always cleared as you have been knee-deep in mud. abersonst it the beach excellent. Shopping and entertainment was not important to us so we can't comment. Excursions we only once to berbermarkt and in addition, we have the coach the in front of the hotel waited. About 70 years old and very small man will allow, I will gladly further-recommended, because we have fun had with him. All the fun cost for 2 persons 25 Dinar (12,50 Euro).

Room has old furniture. Works somewhat old-fashionably. But despite all clean. You there anyway not for a long time.

Breakfast for us was very good. There was plenty of choice. However everyday the same, but we found that not so bad. sindwir but honestly. We have breakfast but also to 90% every day at home the same. It bread, Baguette, toast, croissants, chocolate croissants, extended doughnut, crêpes, fried eggs, omelet, waffles, sausage ( this looks really not very appetizing, but you must not food ), cheese, tomatoes and much more. Lunch, you can choose between the restaurant with buffet or snacks at the pool bar. In the restaurant there is always a rice dish, something with noodles, potatoes in various execution, turkey, beef, chicken. Gave it every day, however every day in other remarks. You could always find something. Of course there is also a salad bar and a dessert buffet ( chocolate cake is very recommendable and the ice, which was done themselves). Furthermore, there were the noodle counter. Here you can pasta, with specially selected ingredients, prepared. Delicious. At the pool bar there are every day fries, pizza, spaghetti bolognese. Furthermore, there were every day yet another dish, usually with chicken and every day it was something else grilled. Salad bar also here available. To the themed restaurant I cannot say anything. Tips are also in the waiters in the restaurants or at the bars not necessary, for normal to be treated. The light is in the main restaurant a bit too dark, I agree with my previous speakers to. Evenings there was then in the restaurant again a changing variety rice, potatoes, chicken, beef, noodles... Like for lunch. Small tip: who excellent service should travel in the area of muhad set. A crazy nice waiter, the really on the ball. It is one of the two persons, the we voluntarily and very gladly tip given. However also only after we have a week almost princely of him were treated without tip to give.

The service is contrary to some (me incomprehensible) review, very good. The staff are normally very friendly. Certainly there is the a or other waiter the somewhat unhurried his work is that (the but it is now times also in the mentality and is not considered mean interpret ), but nevertheless not unfriendly. We have also no tip loose make and were nevertheless friendly and immediately served. It was certainly after a couple of days his favorite waiter found and then for especially good service also gladly some tip, this is however, as mentioned, absolutely no need to great service to receive. To the foreign languages skills I can only say, that I positively surprised am. No way, it is only in french spoken. Certainly is the foreign language section 1 and if they controlled can one perhaps a bit easier to communicate with, but with the staff indicated we had to do, you could even spoke German. I would even go as far as to say, that most of the staff better speaks German, than some immigrants the already some years in Germany lives... Cleaning of the rooms was always satisfying. Not always 100% clinically pure, but the 98% are also completely. Only drawback was the reception. The one man had everything under control, the women rather less. This clouds the full picture a little, because at the front desk everything should run smoothly, as it develops now times the first impression from the hotel and is also again and again focal point for questions.

Pool is nice. Were only at the beach this really to assess. Sport there is tennis, table tennis, Midget golf, archery, water polo, water aerobics, darts, volleyball, kayak... Archery I briefly times angetestet and found it interesting, kayaking makes huge fun. The rest couldn't say. The animation is in my eyes very bad. We have 2 evening shows pleased. These were both not really the brüller, but well, we wanted anyway much the entertainment to do, that's why not so bad. Loungers were always very many available, at the pool as well as at the beach. The sea is wonderful clear. Certainly swim here and there also times seaweed rum, even once a whole bunch, and yes, it is seaweed and not seaweeds:-) sometimes if it is windy was and the sea wavy gathered also very much seaweed at the entrance and at the beach itself. You had to go through 50 centimeter seaweed walking. Afterwards was the water but as usual clear. It is just nature. If seaweed grows it will at the beach washed :-) but it was almost every day the beach cleaned. Much worse I found the cigarette butts in the sand. Should the vacationers but even in the nose pack. Because bin there is at the beach enough.

The hotel is already somewhat outdated. The shows in the furnishings. These are a bit old fashioned. The bathroom I would at this color combination so not tiles, but more importantly is the cleanliness. And this was always everywhere in the whole complex available. If some french of course, my, they need cups rumwerfen or otherwise somehow sauerrei organize, then you can't the hotel impute.

The location is sensational. Direct you can't at the sea live. Of course, nothing around it, but we wanted anyway quiet relaxing 2 weeks at the sea.

You can live with that... The location it mattered, because it is right on the beach;-)

The food was the worst of all. Who I want to say, that is good, in the life yet did not either eaten. The buffet ( in case you can call it) is a real joke. There is so lots to whine about, that I just completely pass will. It was through and through not enjoyable. The plates and glasses are otherwise so dirty, that I in the 2 day one massive herpes at the lip get and I am usually when something really painless. But if you can see, that the plates and glasses short under cold water and then again be presented, it is quite disgusting.

The staff were neither friendly nor rude. The men in the restaurant looked annoyed and had absolutely no support! German was very little spoken, but I don't. We are abroad after all. Program was to 100% on the french guests laid out. The shows were just ridiculous. The pool bar is the absolute joke. Drinks only in mini plastic cups, with a mouthful ( especially with the heat) are empty. So what cocktail to call is also ridiculous. We once in the morning at: o'clock after a bottle at the pool bar asked, whereupon the man drew attention, that they bar at o'clock open. He was then a tight quarter stupid rum, before he stoop and the bottle could be. So what that is unacceptable!

Animation we did not take part in, the evening program was as mentioned only in french and furthermore still very bad. At the sea I nothing to moan about, the was great:-) loungers sufficiently available ( both by the pool, as well as at the sea). Toilets went not at all-you had to always to the room go.

The hotel has from the outside a very good and maintained impression made. Massive lobby, meagerly furnished but altogether nice and clean. The rooms are small, very old furniture. We have the staff at reception, best room in whole area'-with a really nice view direct on the sea. The pool was beautiful and clean. We didn't use it nevertheless not, it was the sea simply too beautiful.

The transfer in an old and shaky minivan has about 1 hour lasted. Except for the absolutely horrormäßige driving fashion, however it was tolerable. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities there is no. The hotel is quite alone and leave there. Excursions of the travel guide offered, we have but we didn't make use of it. The natives are partly nice, partly pushy and try each to carriage rides, camel rides etc. To convince. We have 2 time in' Ali' 2 horses and are rented at the beach along heated. I would only for people recommend, the horse riding.

The design of the room was okay, a bit dated, but clean. The maid did not too much 'spent', what the cleaning and creativity of 'bettgestaltung' concerns, but it was reasonably clean.

The food was ok, since everyone could which after its taste find. The in the beach bar only plastic cup are served, is normal, because whose who want to gladly the feet cut open, if a glass breaks and the glass everywhere around. What however to criticize is, the bierzapfhahn constantly was broken and the man from time to time very long to be small beer had to wait and the cup was still half full of foam \u263a Also here you can over the kindness of the employees nothing to complain about, and a small Dinar trankgeld conjures just an even friendlier smile in the face

Over the staff's hospitality there is nothing to moan about. Some reviews criticize here very negative, but I think, like you the people treated, you will ultimately treated. Time a small tip and it everything worked even better. The staff only french speaks there is false, there is a lot of employees, with which we also in German communicate well and the always something nice to say had.

The hotel lies in the middle of a large, well-kept, complex, directly on a fine sandy beach. The complex is clean and very beautifully designed. The guest structure, too many french-speaking and German. Perhaps because, that it was already September was, everything went very quiet and decent, what the table in the restaurant and the chairs by the pool and concern. There was always and at any time to find what!

Transfer time from the airport, depending on hotels, which are started, about 1-1.5 h. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities outside of the hotel, rather bad. Outside the hotel everything is littered and dirty, unfortunately also the beach. Excursions number of operators, by traders, the unfortunately very annoying. Minds you before Ali, the offers carriage rides in a poorly sprung and rusty coach and gambles tidy from.

Our first room was a disaster on the ground floor small and toilet seat broken scratched and bowl disgusting dirty washing area with mold so much in need of renovation... Have afterwards a 2. get in the 1st floor, much bigger and clean was already renovated toilet was also new, only the beds were really beautiful hard but otherwise ok

Dinner was a good offer only the compatibility for German stomachs not always the best. The lunch was also sufficient there was even by the pool a barbecue with 3a 4 dishes was delicious... But unfortunately the breakfast was not so recommendable very, very sweet mainly french things, sausage only 2 kinds of the not tasted so nothing for type German.

Friendly staff main language french but also German, after complaint our first rooms have we a new get so hard they are already to every guest, even the porters was extremely helpful. Rooms are cleaned on a daily basis.

Big hotel with manicured complex. All inclusive offer quite good, only the cups a drink are too small, too many German and french so very pleasant air conditioning

Hotel lies directly at a small sufficient private beach. Environment outside of the hotel ( city) rather dirty tunisian standards probably.

The rooms were functional furnished. A small tv with 3 German channels ( ARD, ZDF and Eurosport), double bed, wardrobe, desk with mirror and shoe shelf. The furnishing was color and stilmäßig coordinated, what a beautiful impression made. The furniture was already a certain age had, was suspect but not clearly see. The bed consisted of two arranged 90. Beds. The mattresses were knochenhart. The air conditioning worked initially only very limited, what however fixed was, or the problem from alone had solved?! The bathroom was quite small and cramped, and the hair dryer was - so well tell me times no more than a laues fan. Guests with longer hair I would definitely recommendable so a private hair dryer to bring you. The shower was really tiny and you had-as it is standard for the showers always a wet curtain in the back sticks, what I know how many other guests before already there. The rooms were daily cleaned, whereby these cleaning not the' european' standard. She was not poor however also not very good. It ranged always between befriegendem condition (in as far away from you not picky). However the room was to respect except for the small rug left and right next to the bed very thoroughly cleaned have been. The balcony with its dreamlike view but made any mäkel in the room more than made up for it. We were right on the beach positioned, at the outer end of the hotel, which we also not that much from the evening entertainment noticed.

The hotel had a lobby bar, a moorish café, another map restaurant and a restaurant in buffet form. The lobby bar was very large with a pool table, but but as far as I could see, had to be paid for. The space outside is unfortunately very sparse. 5 tables are on the balcony the outside. In the interior of the bar you could not in my opinion very long, as it was always very warm. Restaurant in buffet form: The breakfast fell every day pretty much the same from, what you however not the hotel respectively the chefs impressive. It was always filled enough: various baguettes, croissants, marmelade, sausage and cheese. Furthermore you could freshly prepared fried eggs, omelet with bulbs, leek and tomatoes filled and crêpes take. To the lunch and dinner was every day variety offered: that means: rice there was so quite every day, whereas the preparation always another and one of these so it's not from the ears to came. Furthermore there were every day changing potatoes, beef in all kinds of, fish, chicken or turkey. On ' livegrill ' was everyday something other offered: from liver and kidneys on ' brik with egg'?! To the roast beef. The dishes were very good for our taste seasoned, which we very rare salt or pepper, which on every table ready for me, have had. For Tunisia typical of the country... The desserts... A dream The restaurant is however evenings very poor lit, whereas you especially with the fish food, problem thereby bones to see. The moorish café and map restaurant I can't say. By the pool there was a pool bar at the one at noon barbecue could eat in the afternoon and then desserts as crepes etc. And small snacks like pizza to itself take itself could. The coffee is unfortunately not recommendable

Here we have rather good specified, although this decision really only with the friendliness of the staff and the cleaning of the rooms was affected. The foreign language skills are as already mentioned different. Most understand one however only, if one is with hands and feet and, in addition, french or English words in the sentence included... Who in the restaurant lunch or evenings gladly something else as water or wine drink (something from the waiters served), we were on the first day from a head waiter perch along pointed out, that in other drinks ' self -service' is announced. As I other 4 stars hotels already better service seen.

The pool was huge. At the start of 20 centimeter at flat to a maximum depth of 1.35 meters. The water was from the temperature pleasant and in comparison to many other pools I have ever seen more salty and chlorinated. This is it then probably also, the joints between the tiles all moss covered was, with the fingernail without large trouble abrasion left. At the time of our visit were at any time of the day loungers free. If in the morning after the breakfast or in the afternoon after the lunch. You just got always a couch. At the beach the whole exactly from. There was always a free beach chair - respectively several. The chairs at the beach have unfortunately no foam pad we had, on the whole a bit uncomfortable made. Unfortunately was the sea full seaweeds, what of the at the sea gehörlich soured-and the already on the first day. From our room from, we had a wonderful view on the waves and were able to see, from the waves right algenwände ashore were. The front desk employees not everyone could speak German, some however therefor good English, the other have a not at all understood and the last with the we had to do, has us really good understood.

The location to the hotel's own sandy beach was the highlight. We would have from the balcony jump and would be, directly at the beach landed. Surrounding of the hotel there is nothing, just nothing at all... The only possible aim would be zarzis defendendo, which we however not really mentioned. Excursions were for example camel rides, quad biking, pirate ship, etc. But they were from the tour operator offered.

So, as the whole hotel a very well-kept impression mediated, relates also to the rooms; here worked everything. The fittings were new, the furnishing tastefully and living room was average. Praise also here the cleaning staff.

To all meal times were always the büfettische so plentiful, that the eyes the very ample the range of dishes on offer not at all immediately have. A big thank you deserves therefore also the chefs and confectioners, the not only for the many delights created.

Big praise we can also at all women and men vocalize, which services the various is one of hotels have to deliver. It relates especially on friendliness and attention the guests opposite. So we were for example with the arrival of two young women welcomed warmly, with which we also very well on German could inform themselves. ( aicha-and Dunja are their names, as we realized later.) a prudent organization men restaurant-bosses should not forget.

On plentiful organized sports activities we didn't take part, therefore no rating. The evening shows of the animation team was diverse and too many entertaining. Really worth seeing only the dance from different countries, as well as playback images known artists. Here is it recommendable, the persons however as admired as possible persecute.

We had again for Tunisia as revenues holiday destination chosen. With the hotel zephyr, zarsis we have a excellent choice. The appearance the hotel seemed very harmoniously on the guest and the different buildings spread out in extensive, very well maintained, park-like garden.

If you beach vacation really at the sea preferred-then is' zephyr ' in this respect, recommendable, because in the wonderful warm water atmosphere, it is usually just a few meters. Otherwise, as almost everywhere occur problem with the chairs there was not, there were enough. You will find the beach even daily well cleaned before.

Room big enough, two single beds. The furniture have the best time behind itself. Fridge and hair dryer without function. Air conditioning not adjustable. Safe not available in the room. Safe at the front desk against 10€ fee / week ( interesting safebedingungen: quote: 'no liability for valuables') Beds made daily; towels changed daily. Room and bathroom were only swept. Bathroom was not cleaned!

1 restaurant and 2 bars, including the pool bar. Food optically great, tasted unfortunately either bland or way too many garlic. Lucky, if you warm food got. No matter what you also took: it swam in oil. Breakfast really boring (2 sorts of cheese, 2 types of sausage), every day directly. Coffee for breakfast was instant, not really drinkable was. The at the pool bar served alcohol was not recommendable; clearly only 'local' drinks... But with kopfschmerzgarantie. The convivial coffee machine at the pool bar was not cleaned; pictures the dirty milchaufschäumdüse lie to me. A keimherd first quality.

In things service have some improve! The waiters in the restaurant made a very annoyed impression, the guys at the beach/ pool bar were better mood, had however the whole time the same clothes, what you to the stains on the pants right could recognize well. Room daily swept; the beds were reasonable. Mini bar was broken; air conditioning only had one temperature and was not rules. The bathroom was during our stay not cleaned, but only the towels were changed.

We didn't take advantage of the entertainment on offer, as these mostly in french guests was directed. The pool was always very clean and well maintained. The spa/ spa area we didn't use, as there is no spoke German; English language skills were also not available. The' fitness room' is a joke! Two multiple applications (maximum 40 kilogram) in a questionable condition. During a lat pulldowns is one of the device compromise and died. I then it better be left... Apart from that is a bank and a bicycle in the room. Free weights or the like does not exist. Shops: In the hotel there is a shop of the usual tourikram sold. So water pipes, ceramics and very bad falsification of molton brown products. Internet: per hour 10 Dinar / 5 Euro Beach: Small beach section with up to 15 solicitors for excursions, the miss no opportunity a raise. The water itself was ok and nice and warm. Seaweed was abundant, but that was because of the season. Rectified it during our stay twice. Unfortunately it was at the beach stored :-/ quite a rough odor led. Umbrella and loungers there were enough. The toilet at the beach was simply not to use. No toilet paper and durably dirty. The walls were again and again feces smeared. I don't know, what people so what do... A message at the front desk brought no result.

The complex has its best years behind it; but constantly maintained; more or less successfully. The complex is quite large and in the outdoor area also quite clean; from the cigarette ends the vacationer apart.

Distance to the beach section 100 meters. Unfortunately the beach is not really well kept. Cigarette ends and scrubbing- without limits; unfortunately also quite aggressive large ants at the beach against the no one does anything. In the morning a staff the sand in the lower area with a rake by; unfortunately collects it no dirt or cigarette butts on. The rake itself is, of course, (due to the offset of the individual teeth) no dirt on. The place outside of the complex is not worth seeing; trash and herumlungernde locals. We knew, that in the area nothing is the matter and consciously for zarzis decided; but so is, we didn't thought. Directly if you the hotel out is right next door, trash without limits and countless wrecks. The animation is too many on french guests and not really interesting. In things excursions you will the whole time addressed; whether it be from the solicitors at the beach or hotel staff with the instruction 'nobody say'. Already on the second day we were quite annoying. The strandwerber entry actually not the loungers match, which deliberately ignored. We were asked, the solicitors pizza to get or water to bring. The staff of the hotel's own shops have also asked, you water to bring, as we all inclusive and they buy nothing should in the hotel^ ^. The prices for excursions were quite severe: Carriage ride to zarzis 30 Dinar. Small quad tour 40 Dinar. Large quad bike tour in the sahara for 2 persons 210 Dinar. -jet skiing 2,5 hours guided tour 210 Dinar

The room is still a bit archaic furnished, however quite large, as well as the bathroom. Enough for 2 persons. A safe does not exist in the room, for valuables there is a possibility this at the front desk effect. The mini bar had to as mentioned be refilled yourself.

The food is very to get used to-just typical french. I was 2 weeks Baguette and cheese fed. Who however innerein and nierchen like, it can enjoy. Thanks to the rich oil which the cook used, we have also a stomach -intestinal disease received. German medicines are but unfortunately not to, so we then to the hotel houseman and and medicines from the pharmacy concerned. For 2 cartons รâ 10 tablets we have full 15 Euro paid. Water for the mini bar in the room one must itself at the bar get, but please do not to - the bar makes only around 9 on! The buffet was otherwise for so much guests way too small and actually also always the same.

The staff speaks mainly french, hardly any German. The only thing which really worked well, was the cleaning of the rooms. You could at the front desk answer, if that room a certain date should be completed, after the third time it worked. With' complaints' I felt rather left alone. You are a ' blödi ' laid out and if something German has translated, had anyway, whether it is true. The worst however was, as I have had, that in the hotel people stealing. We have the front desk of course immediately notified, but since it meant only :' the locals steal not, these are just the tourists!' The following day we were told by other guests, that which also things missing, but this was apparently the wind.

The pool was really the only good at the hotel! It will regularly clean cleaned and checked. The beach was however at the hotel, however totally dirty. Beer cans, cigarettes and glass were the order of the day. Itself the staff / the 'lifeguard' from the beach throw their dirt just way. Furthermore the locals with their horses or camels at the beach into the water. The daily washed seaweeds were anyway not really away, thus it smelled partly very unpleasant.

The hotel itself is ok. Partly also clean. The size is for September also okay, however I don't want to during the vacation there, according to of the staff is then the loungers and places in the dining room 'cudgelled'. The whole environment is absolutely filthy. The trash cans are apparently only for decoration. There were mainly french in the hotel, hardly any German, thus, mainly french spoken.

The drive from the airport to the hotel and back you should go with closed eyes had to endure, as the speed limits to anyone interested. Instead of 50 will be just with 120 by the combat dangers. Everything in the way, is umgenietet. There are shops absolutely no in front of the hotel. So not just after the dinner and strolling! zarsis is about kilometers away. In order to go there can one with the taxi drives, however with the driver well traded, otherwise gambles one also still starting from. The bazaar is not really nice. Everything was very dirty and not on the slaughter of animals is, there rather should not go.

We had a room with a sea view. The size, well was sufficient, we basically yes only for sleeping and move anyway. The bathroom was however very 'special'. The distance between toilet and wall, was so, that the knees on the wall, and we are not large people. As already mentioned, room service was not really so good.

The food was in general quite tasty and diverse, if you a or other dish a little reapeated. There is nothing to complain about there. The staff in the restaurant and at the bars was always friendly. As mentioned: a Dinar here and there...

In some previous reviews angeprangerte unfriendliness of the staff I do not share, except for cleaning of the rooms, the relationship between staff and us was okay. On the contrary, here you can really say, that most of the staff very friendly and accommodating were. Certainly was also the one or other Dinar contributed :-) The room service was rather carelessly and superficial.

Extensive, very nicely laid out hotel, directly on the also extensive sandy beach. The complex and the hotel are very well maintained. Guest structure: about 60% french, belgians and rest German ( thankfully, no russians) Very lots of young couple, to rentnerfraktion everything was represented.

The hotel is directly at the beach, you can walk for miles, just outside the hotel everything very neglected, very much garbage \u263a Shops rather bad, since zarzis rather province is and there is no mall, no tourist areas. If you definitely need, is right on Djerba better cared for. For excursions there were several suppliers.

We had a relatively large room, however a very small balcony, the condition of the hotel in the direction hotel-main entrance went. The balcony door one could so at night not open due to the constantly arriving buses and the wonderful early in the morning gebetsgesang.

All inclusive cocktails with alcohol were not the brüller-all 6 try, were all nothing. Otherwise they were mostly (except for the lobby bar) in plastic cups are also served. Food always had to be seasoned.

In the main restaurant there were some waiter respectively chefs the more on the guests to went (also without tip), other just not. Overall we were with this service but quite satisfied. To our reisdezeit we came always well with German everywhere navigate. The cleaning of the rooms, oh-so... As already in our 'introduction' described left these to be desired. In the first three days we got also beautiful together folded towels and flowers on our bed. Here it must be mentioned that which we other hotels experiences made, that the cleaning staff also with little tip satisfied, but here we had too few on the pillows put \u263a The flowers had quickly and also the cleaning left to drastically!

The same every day entertainment program. Entertainment in the evening, is a joke. kinderclubanimateurin could not speak German, so it was not possible our daughter in the restaurant. It was also no large interest in the animator since, children in the kids club to get.

The hotel and room amenities are already a bit outdated. Nevertheless you could in this hotel good have a vacation, if the cleaning of the rooms, in particular the toilet and the bathroom, often deseamed would. The hotel has a certain charm, because there is no massive concrete block. The pool area is, especially for children a dream. Very generous, very flat area, the nevertheless very well arranged. Here you can the kids also gladly times alone leave. With all inclusive this is such a thing, in the first week enough you properly and in the second week you don't you know more what to eat, it is being repeated everything again (in large and whole ) after a week. Age structure: very many older guests. Nationality: here were German and french guests represented equally

We knew in the hotel area not all too much busy (party or relaxation) The hotel's own beach is in a few minutes and here there is for everyone sun screens and loungers. This is even for children great, because he was very gentle into the sea drops. In the remaining, during our travels was sea warmer than pool! Also is always one supervisor of the hotel on the beach, however the locals' seller ' in new arrivals very pushy. But a clear word (no camel, and horseback riding, and no rides) and after three days everything is good :-)
