Large three-room apartment. Clean. Nice large bathroom. Kitchen cabinets a bit dated. We have in all-inclusive wasn't used. Great sea view from the terrace!

Much selection at the buffet. Very good food. Also fish and mussels.

Very established waiters at the bar and buffet, all german-speaking. Reception very helpful and german-speaking. Good entertainment. Kids club.

Pool extra for children, not deep. In the evening is entertainment, sketch, disco, etc.

The hotel has 6 floors. The rooms are designed so that all except ground floor have sea views. Guests mixed families and pensioners Mostly from Germany, France and Poland. The hotel is also suitable for the handicapped people, rents even elektrorollstühle. Small football pitch, our kids have it used extensively.

Right on the waterfront approximately 40 meters the wide sandy beach of sa coma. Gently sloping beach ideal for kids. Restaurants and souvenir shops on the beach promenade. Rental of bicycles from single to achtplätzer. Rental of elektrosccoter etc. At the beach excursions with glassbodenbooten and for example visiting the caves of drach in Porto Cristo offered. Also a small hike (20. minutes) to the historic watchtower between sa coma and Cala Millor is worthwhile.

The rooms are big, bright functional decorated and are equipped with a balcony. The bathroom is also completely fine. It is reasonable value for money. Whoever expected more must spend more.

The dining room is very noisy with chairbacks on plates. About the food could not complain. Was always something especially good tasted.

The service was for the quantity the vacationer always good. The waiters always friendly, although a mammutprogramm daily unwind had. What they had was amazing.

The rooms are big with great sea view. We had not about the cleaning, the condition of the furniture and the mattresses were a bit to complain about.

The location is very good. One could everything shortly.

Older decor but ok. Cleaning miserable. By the size and distribution are the apartments with 2 bedrooms very good. From the 2nd floor all rooms view of the sea.

Table-ware dirty, selection of the food is so-so but it repeated itself very quickly. The quality of the dishes is for three stars acceptable, but but not for the breakfast and the beverages applies! Breakfast hardly selection and the beverages the pure letdown, billigcola etc. Without carbonic acid and warm at the bar!

Service mostly friendly but the front desk is a bad joke. Lend supposedly not there, even though I knew that he was there, but internet was important. At: o'clock refused to exchange money, because only until: o'clock?! None could explain where a tobacco shop is, although he approximately 75 meters further. The receipt for the all inclusive bands good store otherwise you get the 10 Euro per band not again, even though it was the bands at: o'clock truncation! From then one is also no guest more of the hotel no matter wether you only at: o'clock pick up, never experienced! You could get along with German in the remaining not very far, the pulls itself like a red thread through the hotel, mainly french.

Pool small, but separate children's paddling pool. Animation french and mini club without motivation. Playground outdated and barely toys. The entertainment program from the variety was very good, like for instance air rifle shooting, badminton, darts and so on. Chairs are by the pool abundant, sun screens less. Beach and water were great, especially for small children! Respect, neighboring hotel starts very late and very noisy with their evening agenda at, for families with babies and small children not completely great.

Nice on the promenade located with many smaller shops and bars, for strolling good. The beautiful sandy beach with great water is in 2 minutes. To Palma one drives about 1 hour.

The rooms were big enough, the interior was as good as not at all available, no coffee machine or kettle, kitchenette was just disgusting. The condition of the apartments was reasonably, with a little sprucing up would it again wonderful.

There was a restaurant and a 'bar' elsewhere it would as pool bar declare. The quantity the food was certainly sufficient, the quality rather bad. The cleanliness in the dining room left much to be desired, one had to ensure once 5 mugs into your hand take a clean to find, equally it was issued one with the plates and the cutlery. The plates and the cutlery were old and used, the varnish at the porcelain was not menr available and the cutlery was just disgusting. The beverage vending machines were not clean and it made everything a filthy impression. Unfortunately there was just plastic cup and we felt as in the snack bar!

The staff's hospitality is very different... When we arrived attempted told us explain, we first 3 nights stay elsewhere should not in sa coma, but in Cala Bona but 4 stars. First, I called once the travel guide at, the knew of nothing, wanted but care. We were in the taxi and put to Cala Bona went. It was a very nice hotel with really great food, but unfortunately had our apartment only a bedroom and not as booked 2. Otherwise we only had one lateral view of the sea ( with kopfverdrehen ) and opposite a wall. The hotel was exactly at the sea, had but unfortunately no beach - to the beach came with a hourly shuttle service-we don't have free view of the sea and direct beach booked. The handling of complaints was very unprofessional, Mario was very rude when he was not signed what he wanted. On this day it was 18 families so, you were being relocated! This is not a beautiful start. With pressure exerted by the travel guide we could than on the next day move, other families came only after 3 days in the booked hotel.

The entertainment for kids was very poor and the children's playground ( actually you can't describe as such) we under all sow... My grandchild is the hobby and has seriously injured... Would there sand would have been certainly nothing happened. The constant by the pool was only bothersome-the confirmed everyone with the one spoken has.

The hotel is quite large and old-which everywhere reflects that. In the foyer were the armchair partly totally worn. We had an apartment with two bedrooms, which was ok. The beds were satisfactory and the bathroom was also in a respectable state. The kitchenette was impossible not to say disgusting. All dishes had to wait time washed, the kettle was leaking water and the water tap left not at all turn off - the cleaning ladies had a washcloth in the basin to them, so that you the drop not hear! The topic wassersparen on the island. The balcony was great, we had with a fantastic view over the bay and on the hotel pool. There was constant stream from our hotel and the neighboring hotel - horrible. The audience was international and every age was represented.

The hotel is directly at the beach and if you are 2 minute walk takes you to a wonderful sandy beach. There are shops plentiful and for entertainment is also provided. To excursions to make are also lots of possibilities ready. The transfer to the airport is an hour.

Big very spacious room. Cleanliness reasonable. Unfortunately a bit loud, before 23:30 o'clock was rare for sleeping, which for us however not was so bad. Beds very comfortable.

Food for three stars really good. Relatively much selection, and in particular for breakfast very delicious orange juice:-) check out was a breakfast already at o'clock possible in the morning the was perfect. Quality of the dishes good, except for some exceptions ( meat sometimes too tough).

Friendly waiter, only and alone the night porter was a bit strange. Front desk also very nice, good German language skills. At the pool bar also always friendly and accommodating.

Animation great! Very nice entertainers, knew after a few days, with names and languages also always. During the day many pool games available, evenings shows. So when you have something to make wanted, we always had the opportunity, it was never boring. The pool as above mentioned a little too low and too cold.

Nice hotel, not too big. Room huge and very clean. Pool unfortunately very cold and too few spaces for swimmer, there the pool otherwise is too low for swimming. All room with a balcony and view to the pool.

Great! Beach 2 minutes away, fine sandy, relatively weitläufug and crystal clear water. Good sports facilities, interesting environment ( castle nearby, from the a great view over sa coma and Cala Millor has). Beautiful seafront with lots of small shops.

Strong beschädigiung the doors through violence and wassereinfluss! Worn ageing inventory! Plaster was crumbling from the wall! Missing fixtures in the kitchen and therefore no self-sufficiency possible! Ancient crt tv with a tiny screen diagonal of about 37 centimeter! For the tv look for between and Euro - programs there is only 3 German channels!

Cleanliness of the cutlery and plates respectively the tables and chairs leave to be desired! Number of tables in the outdoor area not enough! Cola is no Cola, but some broth from billigdiscounter, the pulls itself by all drinks ( also alcoholic beverages) which one in the hotel can get! The quality of the dishes is of course an individual taste, however aren't many dishes typical of the country verügbar! A wide and varied the range of dishes on offer is anyway not really available!

Cleaning lady our content of the ashtray from the balcony on the fenstervorsprungs emptied! Room was not every day cleaned! Friendliness of the staff goes as far as! In the hotel they spoke rather french German or English! Activities mainly in french/English/Russian!

Animation is a joke and mainly in french! The pool is quite small and not very inviting! Loungers and sun screens are sufficiently available! Beach quality is excellent and just around the corner!

An ageing hotel with strong worn decor! Cleanliness was okay! Doors were strong gewalteinfluss and wassereinfluss damaged!

Sandy beach is not far from the hotel and really nice! The airport is approximately circa kilometers away and the bus ride took one and a half hour! Shops and excursions are very good!

The rooms are only superficially cleaned the table only once a week we were there cleaned, the floor was only brushed where you without large problem go anywhere, behind the door of the dirt with us 3 days until I it forward done I so there also was clean. The bedroom: beds very poor and uncomfortable. The bathroom was at the bathtub of mold infested, even the mirror not a only time in the week cleaned. The only positive at the room was the view to the sea.

the dining room left to be desired, cutlery and utensils not always clean, mugs and plates you had to before always look at, whether they are clean. Dirt in the dining room on the walls, windowpanes anyway not really clean. The food wasn't really varied, has again and again repeatedly, but the taste was ok. The waiters were very fast as soon as a table was empty it was immediately again covered, they were also always very friendly and partly also funny.

The staff were very friendly and really tried hard, German could only a few there is a lot of french and English spoken. The animation was also not particularly good, none of the entertainers could speak German so we our kids not the children's entertainment back. Cleaning of the rooms very bad.

The beach is great one could go for eternally far walk in, the water very clean and fine sand.

The hotel needs complete renovation, if you to the hotel enter it is not really bright, the armchair in the lobby have stains, the lifts very dangerous if you are not fast enough is the doors and slap on a mood, even the entrance to the lift is for children very dangerous (light stolperfalle). Wi-fi, tv must one everything pay. Air conditioning no available on the rooms, the worst I found the we evenings at o'clock only, we flew back, and we are at o'clock the rooms to leave and point 12 hours were the all inclusive wristband truncated so we nothing more to eat and drink and the with small children.

The distance to the beach was a stone's throw away. Shops you have right on the hotel on the beach promenade I found very good, also the way into town for shopping was not far.

Our room was on the 6th floor with corner balcony and a beautiful view on the sea, beach and the mountains. The apartment was very big ( estimated total 50 meters²) and consisted of 2 separate bedrooms, each with 2 beds, 1 bathroom and a large living/ lounge with kitchenette (2 flames-stove, dishes and sink also), 2 sofas, dining table with 6 chairs. The tv- front desk... Well. However on vacation are also maybe other things important...

The dining room is large and has for children many high chairs. We had all-inclusive and it was all right. We now have no freudensprünge because of the meal, but it was completely okay. If I as a couple a comfortable, quiet food with wine and candlelight would, I would another hotel prefer, since it was already quite a lot of wooling and hecticness was the lots of children - so for us just perfect.

The staff were friendly and we were able to provide us with German also well informing. The cleaning of the rooms was also good.

The hotel has a nice location right on the waterfront. The pool area is good with many loungers and umbrellas, a playground and it's all clean. During our stay were many families from Germany since. You can everywhere with a baby carriage go.

The location is very good. On the one hand the sea on the doorstep (3 minutes on foot) with a very nice beach and promenade and on the other side the place and in the background the mountains. On the promenade there are numerous small shops, bars and restaurants ( evenings also with live music), so that you never be bored. There is also a disco, toys to rent and at the beach sporting activities as parasailing etc..

Our apartment was very big, the balcony had view of the sea( great). Hotel already somewhat older, the furniture but overall not watch ( apart from details) bathroom was for us (6 persons) a bit small.

A large dining room with a small outside terrace and a bar where you drinks returns. Varied offer after typical approach. Empty plates were really quick refilled. Too many clean, only the chairs could have be wiped, (sticky at the rückelehne ). If all the guests were in the dining hall, it is accordingly loud, but for us reasonable

The majority of of the staff is very friendly and hard-working. You can very well in German. During our stay were a lot of french people since, but all very quiet and friendly are. The rooms were cleaned daily ( after spanish criteria) children's entertainment from o'clock also tried very hard. Dealing with complaints= we had not

From ten o'clock the entertainment los ( whose who want to can the whole day do something ) access to the internet in the lobby only for payment(30 minute= 2 Euro) the french in the hotel were there at o'clock partly still empty chairs and sunscreens. Beach was cleaned every morning and thus it was very clean but unfortunately also very crowded.

Decent hotel with minor defects, but nothing serious. The only problem is the rooms are not air conditioned (you can However an airco against an extra charge get ) we had all-inclusive and were thus around the hour catered for( until: o'clock only problem with the all inclusive)

Only a couple of steps, then you're at the beautiful beach of coma. Location is directly on the promenade with the usual shops. About after 5-minute walk there is even more shops.
