We had a family room, nice big and spacious, In the front part tiled, in the other carpet. Rooms have all balcony, terrace-but who needs that, if the beach just a few meters away.

The food typical of the country was the best, For the kids there were naturally also fries and pasta with sauce \u263a

The staff were very hard-working, in the endsaison visibly and understandable tired... The entertainers were still fresh and inspired with the thing. All could speak german good to excellent speak. Big hotel, but beautifully divided into many units so it wasn't noticeable that. Very clean - also at the beach constantly for cleanliness; dirt, if necessary by tourists, the no trash can know. The offer at the beginning of our stay were surprisingly good, left however in the 2. week qualitatively frightening and was not the description in the catalog : particularly the meat was bad and you had the feeling, to the end of the season the freezers being emptied and the, what for breakfast and lunch not 'left' was, again be served (for example scrambled eggs and small cut sausage for dinner). Greek food there was only once (at the start our stay). We also found the presentation of the flavored or well-matched nothing special attractive.

The staff is friendly and understood german, but all the staff in the continuous stress, since it obviously not staff there. In the first week the autumn, it was still relatively fully, so that one already times for drinks and so on. Had to wait. Housekeeping was okay.

The entertainment was good, the entertainers were very welcoming ; particularly the sports we intensively used, here you feel in good hands. The beach is beautiful, the quality of the water super. Especially good we liked the pool, at which one good read and relax could.

The hotel is nice, really well maintained and not too big. The all inclusive-offer limited, that the guests mostly in the hotel and the offers use. Increasingly traveled russian guests at, mostly was the audience but german.

The location directly at the beach is great for families with children, not need to fear, that their small something happens. There is night fantastic peace and quiet! However the next town is only by taxi, so you in his movements relatively is limited. At the hotel there is only a small store, basic necessities led. The furnishing is functional but good! The thin walls but nearly each sound of discussions in the neighbor room, operations in the bathroom other guests to the beginning of the morning cleaning staff with your work through.

The lunch and dinner was a little varied and typical for the country. At the salad bar you could always a very good tsatsiki, but the food was mostly greasy and only 2 nights in my week good and delicious! The drinking water-even the draft (with and without carbonation) from the beach bar - was so chlorinated, that i had the stomach much spoiled have!

My apartment on the 2. floor was, showed me the hotel from its golf carts with a snap. The suitcase i had to alone and my apartment also alone to find. The pin for the rental safe of the apartments i was from the front desk from a list read, the with him on the counter was... Sure is different! The request, whether it was in my apartment probably would be loud on disco evenings, i was answered by saying, that the matter would, because i there anyway again will... The two beachvolleyballfelder are right next to the sea. The large pool is nice and good suitable for water polo. The Tennis and football pitches but relatively far away!

The complex is architecture is very attractive. Of the beach bar from, peer over the sea and the beach. -idyllic! The many wasps are sometimes a problem dar!

The hotel is located in a private, enclosed bay with a very nice sandy beach. Outside the hotel does not exist much. However with the taxi/hotel shuttle to the town to be brought be able.

Our room type a was on the pool side in the upper floor, our 17-year-old son had a double/family rooms as a single room on the ground floor. There was a fridge, safety deposit box for a fee, flat screen tv, the bathroom hair dryer and magnifying mirror and a bath with jacuzzi. Our room we liked it and we felt at ease. The room our son was musty and dark, only a tiny window and the door to the fresh air, however, the as conservatory used as been visible. The rooms are quite poorly soundproofed. The dining room has the charm of a big cafeteria, the outdoor terraces were because of the high wespenaufkommens breakfast and lunch not recommendable. The food was very tasty and a good selection. Different meats and fish in different form of preparation, local specialities in the rich offer. The staff worked very hard, however at the weekend to thin. With large guest appearance remained the finished eaten plates and drinks you had to longer wait.

Very friendly, german speaking welcoming at the reception, we could our room right move. Our room desire was fulfilled. Many thanks for that! Room service was to our satisfaction. The waiters in the restaurant and at the bars was always friendly and accommodating, but rush hours thin and overloaded.

The Calimera the activities team offered for children and adults a nice entertainment and sports program. We did not use it, but we could see, that young and old have fun it had. There are showers on the beach and changing rooms. Two very popular beach volleyball fields are left and right at the beach available. In the spa you must book in advance, the sauna is ad hoc not available.

Architecturally in the style of a monastery beautifully designed 2-3 story hotel with well-kept green area, 2 pools and indoor swimming pool with spa. From the seats the beach bar you have a great view over the sea. Beautiful sunsets with a view of the olymp are also included. On beautiful beach are chairs and umbrellas/ canopy included. You will find in the low season at any time a space. During our travels at the end of september/ beginning october mostly german speaking guests. Families with small children and kegelclubs/sports clubs. At the weekend traveled guests Bulgaria with coaches and celebrated tidy from. For herbstferienbeginn came many families and plenty of children.

Driving directions from Thessaloniki within a scarce hour with the rental car. The hotel is beautiful (ab) located, a bit raised above the sea in a forest on a fine sandy and flat sloping bay. Behind the right Volleyball field there is a waters with many sea turtles, the curious swam come, if one approaches. However please do not feed. There is a hiking trail above along the cliffs in both directions, we gladly gone, but the weather was too beautiful and too slow. Perhaps next time.

Room as described. A bit dark but ok. However also here : our room was to sumpfseite so many mosquitoes. There the hotel can of course nothing but. But you could the windows not cigarette butts, so night also not far get up (ground floor). Mückengitter there was not. Well we have according to offer air conditioning, i thought. When i asked for a really warm night at the front desk asked why the air conditioning didn't work, i was told: the only in bestrieb taken if several days over 30 °c was. ( we had 26-28 degrees), but from sunday i could heat! Ridiculous! What it was so warm, the heating did not really interested could be.

I did not think was possible. I always thought the negative reviews exaggerate. But now i have experienced. 1. there was no bottled water. Ur tap water! From a nasty donors. If one bottled water wanted you had to buy. ( all including 4 stars). Also the other beverages became, in our opinion with tap water angemixt, so we already after 2 ttagen became ill. The food the 1st week questionable. Nothing was fresh. Katinenessen meets it better. One had hardly possibility to evade. Everything was fat. But not in olive oil, but somehow with strange taste. Red jam not at all, but any obstmus. The sausage from the breakfast for lunch and than fleischersatz offered. Chicken wings not fried, but in sauce, so that the skin was terrible. The only times where the food reasonably was, was the greek evening, -saturday. Then started our misery but only just. From sunday ( about 10 days before closing) were only leftovers and questionable food is served. We, -5 people, -were all so ill that we 3 days nothing could eat and also did not want. We bought in Lidl water, bread and cookies! Then the high point 3 days in a row eggs for breakfast. As was our schmerzgrneze and we changed with additional payment for our last 4 nights the hotel. We would have not stayed longer, so ill we were by the food. Anyone who thinks i am exaggerating, so read it my evaluation for the other hotel portes beach, also 4 stars! We were welcome and there were actually food and fresh... I should like to say, i not on a huge selection was interested. I wanted to only one: fresh and not spoiled...

The staff was nice. I would first mention, since my rating is negative. This was not the fault of the staff. They tried, but just chronically overworked. The waiters were really early in the morning to late at night there. If you asked when they had free, smiled tired and said: in the november. The can waohl not be. Since one does not need to be surprised. You had the impression the everything somehow the run should be maintained. The staff at of the pool bar and beach bar was less motivated. Here really only from time to time the cloth used to sometimes clean. Time a kind word 'there was not. The staff the front desk tried, but always about as peace to preserve. Since we after a few days almost every day about the food weighted, (which we never in another hotel did), we were not gladly seen. In part dining i'll describe our real problems with the hotel, as it was no longer tolerable and we vehemently the manager complained, he told us:we got from the tour operator only so much money, so you can't better, and there is nothing to. If we didn't like it should we go and the insolence: we are the 1st guests this year complain. Then came us to our table afterwards and ban us to laugh, because the situation finally serious is. Insolence!

Pooanlager is great. A large outdoor swimming pool, an indoor pool and a spa pool. But with a knurrigen lifeguard, but oh well.

The complex is in the for offer described. Unfortunately only in a very unpleasant condition. You get the impression the season only with mimimalstem personnel costs necessary. Everywhere dirty corners. Condition the bar and table tennis and things like that really not beautiful. The hotel is massive. We were in the building close to the beach located, the was okay. In the upper level it is very a long way from the beach away, so the smaller children not traveling alone can be. Guests were multicolored mixed. We found this pleasant and not disturbing seen. Beach just amazing and fine sand. With decency the biggest plus of the holiday.

Location is brilliant. And will also leave. You can without a car nothing else to do. The complex is really out of the way, as we a rental car had, it didn't bother us. Shopping and entertainment outside the hotel is a half-day advance.

The size of the room was rather small. There were 2 extra beds for children. But since we anyway the entire day at the beach were, it was adequate. The walls are very badly soundproofed. There is an airco, our did not work. Balcony was sufficient with a small table and 3 chairs. The bathroom has a bath tub and a dirty shower curtain. The suits. Small flat screen tv's on the walls with 4 german programs.

As we end of the season were there, there was only a large restaurant for all. But since we only 150 guests were, we had no waiting time etc. There are 3 bars: beach bar, pool bar and main bar. Pool bar was at the end of back not any more manned, which however not was bad, since the way to the beach bar isn't far. The beach bar during the day is the place to stay i've ever seen, because all activities from there get started. This castle however at 18 o'clock. From 18 o'clock the main bar opened. The food itself was okay. Selections not always the largest, but for the number of guests completely okay. The greek theme evenings was the best. Otherwise there were unfortunately rather a german kitchen. The cleanliness was okay, the staff worked very hard, smaller accidents immediately to eliminate it. Only the ice-cream was a bit unhygienic, as many children without their parents have seen and even with the finger the ice cream from the ice spoon wiped. But was ill none of us!

The staff is relatively friendly and tried hard, but a smile here and there not have gone amiss. At the front desk was very good speak german, also the waiters could at least a bit of german. Room cleaning was poor. We had a carpet in the room, only swept-and never vacuumed. Also the bathroom was only 1 times swept. We do not daily on a fully cleaned room, but the sand from the 1st day was the last still there. The beds were made daily, bettäwsche and towels were changed. There was a hotel doctor, but we did not use. Children care by the entertainment team.

The beach is fine sand, clean and beautiful. Also the water is clear and clean. There was while we were there a lot of seaweed, which the departed was, but in the daytime again at the beach collected. The entertainment team was great! Everyone was very friendly and dedicated. There were changing sports (fitness, Volleyball, darts, football, etc.) , the nice ladies and gentlemen very well have been carried out. Daily there was a tournament, with which one documents could win. Child animation was also very good. The small had daily another motto (pirates' day, Neptun, clowntown, witches, etc.). Also here was daily a small contest organized, in the documents to win. The children entertainers were very friendly. There are a total of 3 pools: a active pool, a quiet pool with adjacent indoor swimming pool and a covered swimming pool. The water was very cold, except in the hall. The pools were all clean and were cleaned daily. The loungers are already badly ageing and broken. There were newer, on which one well could, but the majority were already badly run down.

The hotel itself has gotten a bit old. But nevertheless a nice hotel. Per house are approximately 40 rooms. The cleanliness the whole area was alright. Since we but the end of the season were there, there were also only about 150 guests, so was that not a lot of dirt. The guests were mainly german. Unfortunately there were many wasps at the time, however therefor the hotel can't.

The hotel is located right at the fine sandy beach. As already often written, it is in the middle of a forest, so it is very remote. If you like in a small town to want to go for a stroll, is in the wrong place here. From the airport it was about 75 minutes There is a mini-market, the end of the season was however meagerly equipped. Various excursion possibilities were offered by the tour operator. You can also a hotel bus book, in which you but a certain minimum number (10 adults) needs. This was while we were there unfortunately not possible, so we were the whole time on the complex. If you want long walks or hikes, the forest good possibilities.

The rooms are big enough. The furniture was already older. The air conditioning at this time is not necessary. There wasn't a coffee maker in the room and the mini bar you could only with itself bought drinks fill. The safe would have 12 Euro per week cost.

The tavern at the beach was completely closed. The quality of the dishes in the main restaurant was good, but every day cold or only luke warm. The food came already cold from of the kitchen there could the warming not save and warm. The complaint in the present hotel manager was cared for with very much unfriendlyness categorically shot down. The service in the restaurant was very friendly. Would be as on the homepage the specified baby corner in the restaurant available, then would the described microwave there and you could the food yourself wämen can.

The friendliness of the staff is very good. Also the foreign language skills. The cleaning of the rooms is perfect. Complaints were, except in the restaurant, immediately fulfilled.

On the side of Calimera promise of pedal boats and jet skis were at this time not more available for purchase. We had a family room with a rollaway bed. In a southern hotel a room with carpet that is under hygienic aspects rather took some getting used to. The bathroom was badly in need of repair and infested with mold. The extremely loud druckspülung was, not only with us, partly not again issue. Complaints with the restaurant manager helped here unfortunately nothing. The à-la-carte restaurant was already on arrival closed. Also in the restaurant at the beach bar were only sometimes snacks. The opening hours of the bars were from the hotel changed arbitrarily. Time until 20:00 o'clock, then until 18:00 o'clock. On a rainy day was the beach bar with the only canopy in the beach just closed. The pool bar was at the end only until 16:00 o'clock open. The water tasted often after chlorine. I guess, our room was rather newly renovated and large, that means a typical hotel room, in which you good can have a vacation. We have the safe and used the fridge.

There are two restaurants, in which you with a surcharge eat out could. Since the booked food from the buffet always tasty, it was not necessary to eat somewhere else. About the dining room there is a bar, the very comfortable was, but the has no outdoor area. That is why we have established the bar on the front desk evenings always visited. During the day we were more frequently times in the beach bar. In the restaurant the rather good carried gloves. The food was varied and there were many local delicacies. I eat no meat and about the many salads, vegetables and various fish looking forward to it. Pay had we not, since we booked all inclusive had. For tips there in each bar/restaurant tip boxes, which i hope all guests filled were.

The staff creates from early in the morning until late in the night. Since you can't constantly smile. However everybody was friendly, helpful and quick. The staff at reception spoke several languages and if in some other from the staff not in german was, then in english or with hands and feet. Our room was cleaned daily, the bed was always clean and the towels changed. Additional services we didn't use, but we heard, that a doctor another guest used. The doctor within short time in the hotel. We had no complaints.

The girls and lads of the entertainment made a lot of effort with the ' fun ' of the guests and tidy and bent over backwards. For the whole day was Volleyball played, there was water aerobics in the sea and in the evening in the disco a lesson. The children have enthusiastically joined in the kids' club and the early evening in the kids disco dancing. In the disco we were only once. The dj has' his' music without taking into consideration, which clientele was there. We love to have a discofox dancing, but on this terrible music was not possible. We then our balcony from watching, as people in the disco inside went and quite quickly out came. Beach chairs, umbrellas and cushions were plentiful at the beach and at the pools available.

The hotel consists of several 2-3-story buildings. The whole complex is quiet and very well arranged. Everything is clean and in the whole complex are bin appropriate. Food was plentiful: buffet breakfast, late riser breakfast, lunch, in the afternoon cakes and a snack, dinner. In the week, when we were there, i could only german guests mind. Average age was about 40 years. The people are of around 25 to 60 years. There was a pleasant atmosphere and there were no yobs

The hotel has it's own beach. There was entertainment in the club in the form of different from the entertainers offered activities. There were many excursions with shuttle buses, offered. For a walk in the next place it was unfortunately too far, but there were abendfahrten with the shuttle bus after kalithea offered.

The rooms are quite spacious and had a large bathroom. The cleaning cleaned daily and there was no reason for complaints.

The food is plentiful and diverse and the staff constantly provided for supplies. Occasional theme nights, in which special treats for offer are. Afternoons and evenings are the beverages served at the table and the is promptly settled. At peak times it is quite fully in the dining room, but we always found a free table. For the other supply of drinks there are several bars, so that nobody thirst.

Overall the staff was (reception, bars, dining room ) friendly and accommodating and also understood german.

Very positive we will the entertainment team director Sabrina remember. This made with many sports, games and quiz events for plenty of fun and it was never long while. And the same not only for adults, but also for the little ones in different age groups, also the entertainers cared for. Especially we have the evening shows liked it, like for instance 'around the world ',' blues brothers ', 'Abba live ', 'Viva Elvis', 'blow the entertainer ' especially the great hit-parade, the we on our last evening witness was allowed.

The Simantro Beach is a hotel plant beautifully put on in peaceful surroundings. Right on the hotel there is a clean sandy beach with many beach chairs and umbrellas, the exclusively for hotel guests are available (there is no other hotel nearby). The water is very clear and i can't imagine, that it in Karibik is more beautiful. The beach is very flat and you could go far into the water go, what good suitable for children is. For more bathing possibilities there is still 2 pools, that we however not used have.

The hotel is between pine forests and there is north and south a beautiful hiking trail through the forest. Animal lovers find next to the hotel a stream with water turtles.
