Like every year this was also stay again on my complete satisfaction. Even the weather was great cooperate, could see 2 days, every day several times in the sea swimming, since the days before my arrival some rainy days had given. The staff were as always friendly, nice and helpful, no complaints whatsoever necessary. Always a small joke ready, all, no exception, no matter wether at the bar, at the front desk, in the restaurant, in the wellness area or at the hotel-manager. Look forward now already to the renewed stay at the may.
That it to eat very often ... poultry gives, is understandable, but also the fish was this year very good. Have always found something delicious. For one week, a lovely vacation. Chairs and sunscreens sufficiently available, free of charge. Beach bar and garden was very good. Helpfulness from the staff was always available. What i particularly pleased is the allocation of seats in the dining room, this created not every day the search for a new place. A shame that you don't on the terrace breakfast. The hotel is open-plan, but no more in the newest condition. That means: deserved definitely not five stars, in some places, it should be renovated; especially in the bathroom.
The hotel is relatively clean.
There were 95 elderly guests, the shortly before nursing home were, very few children and only a few couples in the age of 40 years. read more

The hotel has ( again) a very well maintained and wonderful palm trees garden and has always a dreamlike beach. The loungers should partially. Be changed, the mats, as the wear very visible. The food is good, varied with many salads, the obstsauswahl was larger. The beach restaurant is very popular, however leaves the cleanliness from glasses and dishes more often times to be desired. At the beach there are more free-range dogs, which are also between the chairs move, on these put, so that, as it often several are and the aggressiveness of these animals can be seen, much ... uncertainty in the vacations, and fearful reactions are available. This problem need definitely clarification from the hotel. The drinks were well, the sparkling wine is of the quality were very different, sometimes very good, sometimes not good. 24 times we have this beautiful, at the beach located hotel visited. It is tastefully decorated and beautiful bright room. Everything is clean and tidy. The staff are friendly and very for the guests concerned. A beautiful palm trees garden down to the beach and to the restaurant. Lots of regular guests confirm again and again, that you be comfortable can. We are looking forward to the next holiday the saray.

Very friendly competent staff, especially in the dining room and at the front desk.
The beach and the atmosphere are super. Lots of space for the chairs and sunscreens for each in the park or at the beach.
Good shops are really close by but also very good connection in other places.
Optician, doctor and spa area are in the hotel.
The romos and the bathroom are large and up to a few exceptions well cleaned. With the changing there is nothing to complain about. read more

Beach restaurant than Mittagsspeiserestaurant is too small, constantly ranged the tables not, food was always cold, it had on freshly prepared dishes could be used.
A beach bar was missed, to mixed drinks have, had the pool bar be visited. Drinks there was on the beach restaurant only until about 16:00 until 16:30 o'clock.

My disabled Mother (in the wheelchair) and I were very attentive and with large willingness to help during our 14-day stay accompanied. We liked it, again and again other regular guests to see.
We felt here like at home. The short routes to the beach and also the pleasant lunch buffet in the beach restaurant is for older some very helpful. Especially good in our experience the dinner pleased.
