The Hotel Bella Vista is a peaceful oasis and hospitality in a great location with 'bella vista' on the toscanaebene. Ideal starting point for visits of Florence, Pisa, Lucca... Or for challenging mountain bike trips and nature explorations. Guiseppe and his team were excellent host.

We felt this hotel due to the mostly good reviews when Holidaycheck selected. I have to say, the expectations still were surpassed. The rooms are simple, but clean. Dreamlike view over the valley. Every member of staff is friendly and helpful. Breakfast area comfortable and the breakfast buffet left nothing to be desired ( at least 4 stars category). The food (à la carte ) is very recommendable and relatively inexpensive (2-3 course included bottle of wine and water for 2 people around 50 to 60 Euro) read more

Good simple hotel with very friendly staff ( family business). We were in the first late July there for two weeks, the Tuscany with rental car to develop, as due to the central location between Florence and Pisa was very good. In a rich quarter of an hour from the place in the mountains San baronto down and on the highway. For our stay were the guests mostly Dutch, with private car arrived. The staff spoke and fluent English as a foreign language, with German, no communication possible.
To the hotel: it consists of three on the hillside rising buildings. ... We lived at the top ( suite 230 to 232), which in our opinion the best rooms with a view of the Tuscany are. The room selection is important, because it pleasure little appropriate room gives, for example without real window. In the village of San baronto there next to the hotel a complete small Ladenreihe: pharmacy, Pub, shop with baker, Gemischtwarenhandel and so on also a ice cream stand and a Freiluftcafe with a wonderful view of the landscape. We stayed for 7 days. It is a small, cute Hotel. Giuseppe with his team is always in a good mood and helpful. Small tip to the hotel: still more breads for breakfast, it was always the same bread.
