We had a group of 8 women.
Up to a few small things the hotel is with very good.
Room large and very clean. Daily change of towels and beds very beautifully decorated.
The breakfast really good and sufficient
The Indian on the roof terrace is fantastic.
The Moroccan food in the hotel I personally didn't like that. However that is a matter of taste.
A downside get the hotel the cushions in the eating area. The may often be cleaned.
Apart from that, the hotel is very clean and tidy.
The staff very attentive ( with the clearing of ... the table-Ware sometimes too attentive ), very friendly and helpful.
The hotel is very central. Only a couple of minutes on foot from the 'djemaa El Fana ' away.
So in short: very recommendable! read more

The hotel is ideal and offers to busy city runs in the many streets a nice quiet retreat point. A pool on the roof, a pool in the inner courtyard (20 meters) and an indoor pool and Wellness Nbereich the Location... Is great. read more

For two to three nights, but not five stars

The location is really very good, as you can hardly be much more central. I would recommend this hotel for two to three nights. But this hotel is not five stars (no more?!). Many small things but also fundamental problems. We had a junior suite, which wasn't't bad so far. The carpet in my room could have been changed but have you already a few years ago. Furthermore, plants are in the shower and the bath tub broken and falling. (this lack of other reviews). Even on the floor of this service, or anyone else, not even repaired according to ... fixed. In our suite (256) unfortunately, we had only on the balcony a bad connection, the room did not. The rooms are extremely noisy (love play the neighbors was heard). Even if the safe was open, we could hear every Clicken. Every day we had twice over 30 minutes for 'chairs' (probably were tables and chairs from the restaurant to US moves). Indoor pool for those you have to pay (about 20 €per day per person), then you can use the Hamam. All the leisure activities on offer were very good, the chair but bad therefor. (60 minutes) for 70 €we expected much more. The quality of the food for breakfast was good, but the variety was very small and there was no change. With a little effort three can eat that, it will be really difficult. The service at the breakfast was poor. Each time we had to ask for small spoons for the eggs. This one had to even in a bath, the only set alarm clock (five minutes is not enough, as the water did not cook) and later from the hot water. 'roll' were often. Bowls or large spoons regularly. There were so many things, in the amount of the breakfast for a good start into the day. Service at the table was not available. Orange juice was only the first and asked for coffee. The used plates were not cleared. If the hotel only three-four stars would have cost only half, then we would recommend it. With much more needs to be five stars!, not only good location. read more

Riad hotel with patina and flair

We were traveling in a large group, so a Riad was out of question. This hotel is a nice compromise. A five stars hotel of riads from the 13. Century certain patina. It was very fast to the Medina and can stroll and shop going on. We had a junior suite with a view of the Koutuouia mosque, very spacious with a nice balcony. Maybe the one or the other is getting old (such as, for example, the mountings not the newest), but everything was well-kept and made for us from the Charme. At the three pools, there was always ... space and the Spa is very stylish and the staff was very recommendable. read more

The chaos and the hustle and bustle of the Medina Ortega have to get used to-all 'das one at the entering the hotel the foyer but behind. Marrakech offers the contrast between the middle Ages and high tech, between donkey cart and luxury SUV, as well as year hundreds of old, tradionellem Riad and anonymous giant hotel. If we are to close, which is a trip to the Ourika-valley Essouira most warmly recommended or after. read more

absolutely recommendable for a trip! Please note: self-appointed leaders loiter in front of the hotel on new arrivals and they try to rip with various business owners. read more
