I was in the meeresblicksuite. The is very spacious 2 tv, 2 balconies, 2 rooms, 1 bathroom. Everything very clean, very simple but beautiful. The normal rooms are as well very nice i was with a friend in his room very pleasant and similar to us furnished only small. A friend had the presidential suite which i personally not at all that thought it was great, our suite was bigger and the pool it has also not more impressive in the presidential suite, the living area was much smaller.

Here does not exist much commitments. The restaurants are super and great food. At the bars alcoholic & non-alcoholic cocktails and other drinks-top!

The service does not exist much commitments. Except the cleaning crew spoke almost the complete staff german. General as all very friendly only a little bit reserved as i think. There is something in the way kindergärtnerinnen or day care where their small definitely send can, the small children had correctly fun. For the somewhat older children 12 years and a little older, there was the teens club during autumn holidays also very funny.

The entertainmantteam is great, very nice and open. Disco i would say from 14 and upwards it is worthwhile itself definitely time to go. So the visitors are largest part 15-20 years but, whether nun 14 or 15 years is totally no matter is still fun. The hotel offers free internet access at so wi-fi for iPad, iPod, cell phone and so on is definitely very convenient, because in the 'internet coffee' is possible 2 computers often occupied. To the beach, there are definitely better the beach directly in front of the hotel is not bad, but i found the not overwhelming if you have a small piece of runs is the beach but better. To the pool- there are 3 pools a relaxepool for all the not want to be bothered, a activities pool (like i it simply call) there is water polo played, water aerobics and so on & the entertainmentpool with music and play & sw.

My father and i were 10 days in this hotel. The hotel itself is beautiful, very clean and tidy. The complex is not too big and not too small so the perfect middle. Big praise to the cleanliness in the hotel there 100% nothing to moan about. What for me personally very nice was, was the average age of the guests. There were many families there. Children and teens at the age of 3a 18 everything was represented. Otherwise parents, couples... Everything with us. For my age (14) really perfect, you quickly to new people got to know. The only thing i have to complain about are the waiters, they may very friendly but i think somewhat reserved which the service and open-mindedness is concerned. Apart from that everything was great.

From Heraklion airport it is really just a stone's throw to the hotel but nevertheless no aircraft noise or similar the hotel is directly at the beach, although i not so overwhelming found because of a lack of beach bar. To be honest i didn't spend much of the place Amoudara seen but of iraklio it's not the most beautiful city. - a tip : TUI offers a day trip in 2 other cities on one of the Chania definitely do the city is beautiful and really worth seeing. General has TUI good deals where you the island explore, really good.

Properly designed, cleaning immaculate. But you should because of many insects to eighth, a room on the upper floors to get. We had the bad luck first a room in the lower field, there were unfortunately also a few fixtures broken. The problem by room exchange but immediately fixed.

The dishes were mostly good, even if you now and then with the topics not so much started, has one nevertheless always something to eat found, the also tasted. The staff were professional, but a few people more in food -service would be good.

The staff were always friendly and very helpful, also special wishes were fulfilled directly.

All inclusive complex, mini bar, water etc. Are always. Complex is clean and tidy held, the trfft however not on the beach to. Mix of guests quite mixed, but too many German-speaking.

Suburb of the capital, iraklion, easy access by bus.

We were lucky double room on the ground floor with almost direct checking-in to pool and sea... Could not have been better... Or, we had a single room as superior... With a bath on the balcony... Very nice!

We had 'all inclusive'... If you what miss, must ask themselves what you at home is, very recommendable are both à la carte restaurant After a week you are however 'by'... If you stay here better had to Robinson book. :-)

3 beautiful pools available, be careful with vacations, the mine 9:00 A. M. is the chair 'my'... Although the whole day not by the pool seen... To the chairs on the beach... Room very tidy (we had however bungalow booked ), in the main building room for '3' not really recommendable Pleasing complex, almost always German speaking guests, with good sporting activities ( negelneue Scott bikes) Restrictions for a club magic life chain are the beach volleyball fields, net not properly curious and trrotz demand rather the motto 'help yourself' Unfortunately: totally dirty cushions and loungers, beach also not cleaned, but otherwise okay, with a few handrails could the management clearly more from the club out

Very good: short transfer time from the airport (20 minutes ), it is worthwhile a bike tour or a tour with a rental car, or as we with scooters into the surrounding area something to do ( you could easily on a local vendors outside of the hotel book)-wonderful bergelandschaft and lonely beaches were to be found The Ölkraftwerk and the airport nearby are not a problem

We had a deluxe room, is the body a bit away in the bungalows size, beds and bathroom super, terrace with plastikkorbmöbel great, great views, cleaning great, we had every day fresh water bottles in the room, which we ourselves in the fridge put, also super. Annoying only the neighbors, the whole day directly in front of the bungalow rooms are, the whole day, a week long and only complain, the we really didn't need it.

Main restaurant with a terrace, tavern and Italian. Food in a variety, the unfortunately the quality damages. For breakfast there was everything, bread white, black, brown, muesli, eggs in 6 variants, cakes, sausages, salads, cheese... Ham and sausage are unfortunately of inferior quality. Lunch and dinner- salads, appetizers and desserts were very good, the main courses, meat and fish, there are every day, but no good quality. Simply fried, without spices and there are no, it itself seasoning. The would have been an improvement. To salad dressings and various oils it does not lack. The meat was the preparation really cold, tasteless and dry. Lamb is apparently expensive or like the tourists not, in any case rare. For children the selection was great, and the like, there is always, pizza, very good! Pasta, with sauces after choice, fries, ice, cakes, all this. Attentive staff, everything was clean, always on time a drink, ashtray replacement, empty plates away. On second day knew one already which wine we drank and he serves, had however never the same table. Actually we would only 4 give it, but there is a plus point for the perfect service.

This is the actual reason, why we this hotel rate. We are only five star hotels vacation and were in fixed assets, definitely better location or more beautiful architecture had. But we never had such a great service. From the front desk to the final goodbye only friendly, smiling, dedicated staff. Every wish was fulfilled immediately, the room was it was often only cleaned in the afternoon, but were late risers, perfect for this! Everybody speaks German or English, everyone would relaxing days allow, so you feel comfortable. The small son a swiss couple got sick and the doctor had to come. On the next day has the family a letter to the boys received, that one hopes, it is in better :-) even as a guest of for breakfast a waiter yelled at, that he immediately, this a table and the 2 annoying children set to have wants, with friendliness his desire fulfilled, although at least 25 tables already again freshly covered were, yes...

We have never by the pool and at the activities we also not part. But we have a lot of good entertained see people, the really a lot to do. The gymnastikprogramme were terrific visit, archery, beach volleyball, animationsspiele at the pools, fitness center, nA really not bad! , mountain bike tour, the supervised kids unwilling to home and all the quality and taste of participated, it has great pleased. The entertainers regards each, are so nice young people and in the evening make still hopping dance with the women, whose partner already heavy legs has. The pools are all in great condition, everything well maintained, very chlorinated, clean tiles, the never not too lunch hot.

3 storey main buildings, no architectural masterpiece, but all rooms with lateral, a few with a direct view of the sea and with a balcony, not from the neighbors can be seen, great solution! Charming small bungalows with lovely view of the sea and private, totally quiet pool surrounded from the well-kept lawn. Here are the deluxe room and suites. In the whole complex beautiful, lush blooming flowers, herbs and shrubs, a masterpiece at these temperatures and no rain. Lots of older people, holidays are over, some younger couple. In the first days very strong wind. The sea was very wavy and the wind cold, all locations by the pool, we only at the sea, is already gone, but for small children not suitable. Afterwards simply beautiful, clear water, less wind, as you have more children seen. The water is wonderful, if not windy, crystal clear! Loungers really neglected, 6 points here only, because first season, to learn. Definitely beach bar!

Nearby Heraklion, short transfer, right next to the sea. There was a lot of bad things about the location written, which not justified is. To the sea a great view on water, the surrounding mountains and a small island. The rear of the hotel not really nice, but there is vis a vis a small supermarket and a pharmacy ( continuous opened). So for everything that you forgot or need, simply super. Bus station in the mini market, around 1.50 Euro one is, depending on traffic in 20 minutes in the center heraklion. We liked, the venetian fortress, the lively old town, everything pedestrian precinct with nice streets where even trees, bars and restaurants without limits, something for everyone.

Our bungalow room was spacious and well equipped. Mini bar was only on the first day refilled.

1 main restaurant: the range of dishes on offer is good. Quality we found also good. We also have the Italian restaurant used. Service and quality was very good. Atmosphere in the main restaurant more like a cafeteria.

Employee partly friendly. Information at the front desk you can save. Complaints are not taken serious. Cleaning of the rooms with us always only in the afternoon. ( bungalow)

Surfing for advanced possible. No classes. Catamaran there is no. Lying off reef, about 50 centimeter under the water surface. Football pitch only limited possible, since no clubeigentum. Is also other organizers booked. Spa and fitness room can also from external use. Loungers at the beach plastic and mostly broken.

In comparison to our previous magic life clubs the worst! Rooms are in good condition, as well as the food corresponds magic life standard. Condition of the clubs very bad. Former hotel has been incorporated with velvet furniture. Both loungers, as well as seating in the restaurant or terrace worn and dirty. Glasses, as well as cutlery also dirty. This hotel isn't recommendable, rather other club select.

Near of the city. Chimneys etc. Not very nice location.

The double rooms are very spacious and partly with meoerblick. Bathroom tasteful and large -hair dryer available. Safe and telephone. Rooms are clean.

Quality and rich selection of the meals. Something there for every taste. Despite the size the hotel a good atmosphere.

Very friendly and helpful staff with good English and even German. Laundry service, doctor, child care available.

Leisure offers also there is something for everyone to suit. The entertainment makes every effort. At the beach and at the pool beach towels and sun screens available.

The complex is very well arranged. The rooms are big and clean. The food excellent! There were many austrians and German on location. East europeans less. The average age was at about 35 years.

Complex lies directly at the beach. From the airport there is 20 minutes (no noise from the planes). Purchase-and shops nearby! Excursions enough.

We had a so-called double room deluxe. The room is spacious. The air conditioning worked perfectly and was not noisy. What to complete luck was missing were towel rack in the bathroom and something for outside for hanging wet towels or clothes. Whose who want to, can in the room a lap top via cable the lan said. The quantity and quality of the dishes is pristine. Some standard dishes ( side dishes) are every day identical (pasta, fries, rice, etc.). Apart from that is every evening a motto proclaimed, for example 1001 Nacht, surf & turf, french, gala, Italy etc. Not every time we would have unknowingly, the motto guess, but that is for us no role. It should really something for everyone his. Guests with allergies or special wish requested and called on to the chef to contact. Sometimes missing labels to the individual meals.
