On arrival, we were a clean front desk fixed. The room was also alright and clean! If you are afraid to three stars hotel Turkey- the will pleasantly surprised his! What a three stars hotel in the Turkey is, if you are looking for in Spain for example in vain! In the off season you have to say, however, that recent public the exception is. The is however not bad at all. On the contrary: the older guests could with the exception of one person, the whole cake for yourself by the buffet to eat wanted, all well behaved. Most ... of the guests come from Holland(some dutch tour operators offered-hence the dutch public) and german guests, here is lmx touristik and FTI on board. The former with a clear positive conscience recommended! The hotel consists of 4 floors and is in my opinion good and is very well maintained. For the pool it was not the correct hot weather for me! One sat in the evening to universe inclusive in a covered Pavillon, from the the road could watch. Nice atmosphere, you feel like you're not alone and it came quickly contact ftate. For a three stars hotel very neat, cleaning ladies were very welcoming and friendly - strong praise from me at this point! W-access was for the guests free of charge! An important reservation reason in my opinion and top of the hotel. During lots of hotels in Spain and Greece the avarice packed and outrageous lots of money, you can see it in this house as a service to the customer-my utmost respect! All-inclusive be sure to recommend! Brand drinks available (original Coca Cola, Sprite, Fanta etc.) Alcoholic beverages: original turkish efes beer, local alcoholic beverages- amongst others Raki. Enough room, if you are not in a comfortable and another i would like! Accessibility to the front desk: always there and always available! To a room change due to construction noise was reacted immediately and we got different rooms for the look. The last room which was offered to us was perfect. Hot showers at night but is rather a matter of luck. Partly was me the water too cold which the shower came. Air conditioning system was repaired. Balcony was small, but nice. But if you are in the Turkey is, one is not because of the balcony there, but because of the landscape, beach, sun and mee (h) r. Tv was small, but was sufficient! German channels were enough available! For every tv lovers was something for everyone! Evenings there was in the spielesaal soccer on the large flat tv together looked at, the was okay. There was the possibility there billiards and table tennis to play. There was a fridge, but no mini bar. However therefor below all-inclusive, that's why verschmerzbar! Room was beautiful, thank you very much again for uncomplicated change! Only the shower needs in the evening somewhat more temperature on the water.

There was a restaurant in the hotel and a bar! The was enough for the hotel and adequate! The chef was a very nice and friendly people, exactly like its beiköche, all in the evenings always during dinner have ☺ great! The selection was now not so many, but you became sated in any case! Something we had always found, what one tasted! So was also not so much thrown away. It was ensured that it always a vegetarian dish and for meat eaters like me ☺ Sweets or desserts there was also. Mainly turkish. But that's why you in the Turkey or? On the cleanliness was sufficiently respected! It was a friendly and polite atmosphere. But if more guests in the hotel, you had to sometimes wait until a table was free. The meal times were just desires and everybody was always very hungry!

Service readiness was very good the hotel. Unfortunately there was at the start a waiters, the my partner for intimate posing questions, not heard! Drinks he had then under the counter served and one day i was not so good. But i don't know exactly what the couches could and wanted to any little store! After our travel agent with the management had spoken, was immediately! The good man got holiday, drinks were put on the counter served, as is! That's why again top notch and thank you very much! The new waiter was awesome and a man from bin! I have rarely been a man at the bar seen, the excellent work and in spite of the andranges in the evening at the bar always quiet and friendly, the nerves kept! Wonderful! All of them could understand some german. They were all very hard in order to the guests good supply. When handling of complaints was reacted immediately and the competent and friendly. The zimmerwecjhsel at the start we were quickly and simply made possible! Super also here, as the hotel professional with our lmx touristik travel agent worked together had. The hotel was almost directly next to the sandy beach, but still a bit dirty. That's why very comfortable and efficient on foot distance! The bus stop is also almost directly beside the hotel and you had a quick access to Alanya city. The hotel is located in a district outside of the city center. By bus to the center from Alanya you can travel approximately 15 minutes. On foot circa 1,5 hours. Nearby the hotel, there is a ausflugstand. Only book, if a personal care is important. Many trips become elsewhere cheaper offers! But in case of emergency, then directly suburb no contact person and you might need to take the bus drive and then the problems be resolved, if for example the transfer has not taken place! The ausflugsstand is directly opposite from the beach. But be careful, the fairest prices are not. It is even cheaper, so don't be distracted! For wanderer participates the hotel also recommendable, because it on foot in 1 hour distance direction kestel. Beautiful mountainous area!
