New close to the beach hotel with friendly staff. Directions from enfidha but good 2 hours. Dishes was diverse. The rooms are comfortable large and with a separate bathroom and toilet. Wifi is free of charge on the complex. In the indoor pool were sadly no changing rooms available. The animation was very pleasant without being pushy. The sightseeing tour with munji is a must! read more

Overall nice hotel, unfortunately the area very neglected. Everywhere building debris and half-finished houses. The promenade to mahdia was partly not accessible or under construction. During our stay there was a large käferplage to the rooms inside. read more

For Iberostar and 5 stars not recommendable. On arrival at 0:15 no welcome drink all bars no water in the minibar, the one by the way every day had to fill. Remained only the room service the us 10 Dinar cost had. We had on the top floor a room with seaview, but bathrobes and bathing shoe there were only after questions at the front desk. Tip you will need plenty of, if you are reasonably service to both in the restaurant and also in the bar, in the part of at 22.15 the beverages removed were, although ... the bar until 24:00 o'clock on has. Sauna and jacuzzi are only for a fee usable and it was not cheap. Food very monotonous sausage tarnished and the cheese started to roll. Shortly before our departure was manager from Spain since the apparent the hotel inspected, which also somewhat better was. As a previous reviewers wrote, it is just next to the hotel until in the historic part very dirty and many dead cats and dogs, a great shame. read more

A brilliant hotel in every aspect. To summarize great well maintained condition. In december was the number of guests very well arranged. Mostly older people, mostly german, a few italian, french, and tunisian guests. We booked all inclusive and could actually around the hour the delicious things to enjoy.     Wonderfully furnished room. Large very comfortable double bed, flat screen tv, desk, seating area, minibar and huge closet. Very chic spacious bathroom with bathtub shower, hair dryer and makeup mirror. Separate toilet. Also here everything very clean. We found it a shame that in the planning of the bath a plug socket was forgotten. For older guests is a walk in shower more enjoyable, place would be available. The are but also the only things that we about this hotel to criticize to be able.

    Very nice furnished large main restaurant. Also here it was very clean. The waiters were extremly friendly and attentive. The tables were quickly but without hecticness cleared away, drinks were at the table again and again refilled. Large buffet with tasty dishes. There is something for everybody. From the soup to the dessert the food was outstanding, much was right freshly prepared. Also at the buffet it was very clean. Tastefully decorated bars and lounges, staff also very friendly and attentive.

    Five star for the service! The whole staff was very friendly, willing to help and courteous. The hotel staff spoke generally very good german, otherwise you could get by with english always communicate. Our room was daily thoroughly cleaned and lovingly decorated. The locking mechanism of our door was broken and was repaired immediately.

    At the pool and the beach free of charge beach chairs and umbrellas available. For towels at the front desk a deposit. The chairs and screens at the beach there were seasonal only in low number available. Demand was from the beach boy a couch with edition presented. Also all friendly and helpful. Strong praise also to the entertainment team. Very hard the guests to employ without being pushy. Always a kind word and a laugh. Great evening shows with great entertainment.

    The transfer time from the airport enfidha is about 2 hours, but are to be mastered well. The hotel is directly at the beautiful sandy beach and the turquoise sea. The town of mahdia was about a beach walk or with the taxi reach. Taxis constantly in front of the hotel from, a trip in the medina should no more than 4 tdn costs. Two times a week a guided tour through mahdia with the mini train offered (in advance in the hotel to book). It is worthwhile, land and people who want to discover. The deutschsparchige guide loves his city and makes its work with body and soul. Before and nearby the hotel, there is a couple more shopping possibilities.

So, now we were so again over the christmas days in royal el Mansour and absolutely not disappointed. Very positive was the changing of the hotel manager and the chefs effect, in addition later more. In the hotel arrived, vorgedrücktes check-in form signed, all-inclusive wristband and after not even two minutes one was hotel guest. Here other tunisian hotels still learn a lot. Room like last year also excellent. Size, cleanliness, facilities and so on just ideal. The hotel offers all-inclusive and half board. However, half-board not recommendable, since the drinks in the hotel but relatively expensive. On the weekend ... very many tunisian guests otherwise international. read more

    In the winter only the main restaurant and the à la carte restaurant open. But what a this year food and the choice was just outstanding. Whether quails, shrimps, squid in all variants, different fish and meats, daily delicious tunisian dishes, show cooking, pizza and pasta, and a dessert buffet, a daily new with its magnificent sweets tempted. Also the atmosphere and had this title this year deserves. So a very much praise goes to the new chef and his excellent team. But also the service in the dining room must be mentioned. Already in the morning a the coffee brought to the table, as well as the other drinks. And the friendliness the restaurant staff simply a one-off. At the spacious bar the same friendliness. Unfortunately it is also a spacious smoking room.

    The title says it already 'very friendly hotel'. Mostly the same staff as in the spring and still can't be beat friendly, wether at the front desk, in the bar, in the dining room, cleaning lady, lifeguard and even the security staff. In every area of the hotel 5 star service! The hotel has the previous year even increased, what ultimately the new manager to owe should be. What a wohltat after the holiday in the service desert hotel El Mehdi. Room cleaning was always top. Small repairs were immediately carried out. I am perplexed by every year again how many languages the almost complete staff masters.

    Leisure activities through the entertainment team plentifully offered. Also we noticed the very affectionate child animation on. Beach, pool and outdoor area are in top condition, the loungers at the beach and at the pool are however was already quite worn, one actually two cushions. The swimming pool until new year, like last year, almost exclusively from local guests use. Unfortunately this year women not shower in full clothing, with the attached inkontinenten children, in the pool! A shame. But this is also the only point of criticism in this very beautiful hotel.

    The journey enfidha-mahdia depending on the driver, be very variable. A ''s' takes around 2 to 2,5 hours but the drive over the freeway only 1,5 hours unfortunately the garbage problem in the country has deteriorated dramatically. Everywhere only trash and at night one the windows, because of the noise pollution from burning wild landfill sites, closed. Unfortunately directly next to the hotel a brownfield (direction city) the gradual garbage and no beautiful sight offers, you should a balcony in this direction have. Shops are enough nearby available, as well as a laundry service (very reasonably priced) and a larger tobacco shop approximately 50 meters the laundry service. To the center 30 minutes on foot or 5 minutes by cab. Excursions in the hotel offered, but in my opinion overpriced. Substantially cheaper on own fist something something to do.

    Full marks for the service! Remarkably well almost all employees speak german. All were extremely friendly, courteous. Maids and cleaning completely okay! We liked to tip, because it is each individual also had earned!

    The transfer time from the airport enfidha is about 1,5 hours. The town of mahdia was about a beach walk, on foot on the road or taxi. The sidewalks are partly very broken. The weekly market on the friday was a huge disappointment and a paradise for petty criminals. For the environment-the everywhere flung and flying trash-seems nobody to care. Dead cats were after a week at itself on the sidewalk and gammelten before itself. We were from a dead camel at the roadside reported, which we luckily not seen, let alone smell had!

The hotel we would so just as 4 star hotel. Main problem of the hotel is also the area. The town is not very clean and after a trip we at least the need for another visit passed. Definitely you should all. Included with the trip, as you apart from that suburb really get ripped off ( about € 35 per day/person). A plus point is the friendliness of the staff, that was really great. Negative was the cleanliness of the room, quickly, bathroom, toilet definitely not clean. Oh, if you balance with credit card pay want, to ensure that ... the amount at least € 30 is, otherwise the credit not accepted. The hotel we would personally not so good, but everyone has a different taste. read more

I have for one week holiday a very nice, clean hotel experienced, where i peace enjoyed, because the entertainment you could to the lack of interest of the majority of the guests and connected to the noticeable uncaring nature of the entertainers, do. A lovely view of the see and the pool area i loved it, the food was good, but not great! Remarkably well german was from nearly every of the staff spoken, the was very positive to see! The hotel fulfilles all wishes. All very clean and well-kept. The food was always very good and diverse. The beach very clean and water tükisblau. Only fly in the ointment the evening entertainment is quite simple, karaoke and so on if still 2-3 professional shows would be we would altogether 6 stars. read more

The hotel is large, but well arranged. It is also very clean. The nationality and the average age of the guests is very diverse. It is very many germans, italians, russians and french there. The average age is also very varied, over young families, young couples to old couples everything is there. read more

    The hotel room was very big. It has a bathroom and a separate toilet, a large closet, free safe, work desk, couch with a table, flat screen tv (4 german channels : ARD, ZDF, satellite. 1 and RTL.) And a huge bed. The balcony is large and we had a sea view, the absolutely wonderful was.

    There was a main restaurant in the morning you, afternoons and evenings dishes in buffet form could get, the food was very tasty and varied.     The entertainment team was very pleasant and has lots of interesting things offered, you could for example archery, Boccia play and so on The entertainment team, was also not at all pushy, they have a just a time asked, whether one something want to play and there is the guests left alone. In the evening there was also a show in the disco. There was internet access free of charge in the lobby. The pool area consisted of 3 pools and was large and clean. Beach chairs, were directly available. The beach was very nice and clean and there were enough chairs and sunscreens available.

    From the airport we are less than 2 hours went. To the trip possibilities, unfortunately i cannot say anything, since we didn't take notice. Tunisia was very dirty, i have never seen so much trash seen.

In evaluation forums have russians a very bad reputation, the luckily not at all has confirmed. The audience was quite mixed, there were also some very simple knitted people ; for example women, in a muslim country ' topless' lie or many, their empty bottles and cups at the beach leaving it or their cigarette butts in the sand left. read more

    The staff was very friendly. Partly for to lots of guests too few waiters. The poor waiters could despite grind the guests do not do it justice. As at the tables only wine glasses and no bottles were given, it took sometimes a very long, until one wine refills got. Since some days only fewer guests and we were always tip (about 1 €) have given, it was in the 2. half of the better. The food was very good, very diverse and varied, delicious! If you didn't find something, it is your own fault. Unfortunately the beautiful beach bar was closed, although at least at the start the hotel occupied appeared.

    We sport only Volleyball played. It is difficult to understand, that with a really new hotel a bad volleyball court is available. The network is not at all curious and is deep through. Play was still fun. The water is crystal clear and there were no jellyfish. Comfortable beach chairs with cushions was plentiful, but shade, so sunshade, were not so many. Mornings at 9:15 we still managed, an umbrella to get.

    The next town mahdia is 20 minutes on foot and offers an interesting insight into tunisian life. The beach is right next to the hotel, unfortunately very narrow.

    Perfect! Had a suite with a bedroom, separate living room (had only about 30 square meters) with a sofa bed and a 2. normal bed, bathroom and separate toilet. Two lcd tvs (32 and 42 inches) and sea view. Our kids didn loved! Travel very much, but such a beautiful accommodation with kids for such a reasonable price, we had never.

    For tunisian standards top. Are boy and beach boy takes will be charged everything you need including cushions. Waiters always friendly and quick. Very positive especially worth mentioning is the child care with Fatma a true sunshine is. Our kids (7 and 9), really enjoyed.

For a beach vacation is this hotel great. The pool area is huge and in three sections divided, whereby the pool probably while we were there not heated was. The beach is clean and the sea simply dreamlike blue and clear. The food is good and very varied. The rooms are pretty huge and are cleaned daily. We have only once the hotel leave, around the area to explore. However the area is to stroll or similar not suitable. So we only the benefits of the hotel and on the beach use. read more
