- Twin beds with very bad mattresses. There are two restaurants, an all-inclusive, a la carte restaurant and 2 bars (pool/snack bar, lobby bar) Very varied lunch and dinner. Very uniform for breakfast. The pool was clean and there were no beach chairs with towels. so you get beach chairs at all times. Entertainment for the kids was ok, the evening program, oh well. The sports program was ok. Daily volleyball, aerobics, water aerobics, darts, table tennis etc. We frequently played tennis (6€/hour), so was very affordable. The beach was clean and the water.

A very beautiful area, we were in the old building and we were very very happy. There were a few flaws, for example a zerkratze bath. But everything fully functioning. We felt good.

Everything is very accessible. Had a rental car, as well as used this. Runs regularly every 2 hours. And bring a reasonable (1,25 EUR per. P. p. ) everywhere. The quality of the desserts was not very good (very sweet and artificial). Breakfast was very monotonous, but OK. We later also own meats carried what didn't matter.

The pools were good and clean (also the indoor pool, there's badekappenpflicht). The children's entertainment was good, our children (5 and 8 ) have felt very comfortable there. Other activities we didn't use it, since we didn't care.

We had 12 days all inclusive in the newly built building. Extensive hotel area with 2 pools, indoor pool and hot tub. Clean, well kept area, the staff was always nice.

Cabanas is a quaint little place, with little shops and a few restaurants. Due to the place and the beach was not as crowded, which we enjoyed very much. With a no boat is about 5-10 minutes on the beach which was very nice. You'll find many and larger shells. Over the highway is you within 1 hour in Lagos. We had a hire car for the whole time, which is really recommended, so that you can explore different coastal regions of the Algarve.

Rooms were very dirty (mildew and broken ) facilities was ok. Minibar and coffee maker wasn't want available. Safe was partly available in the room (with extra pay)

The food was very good, bars were 2 of them available. Cleanliness in the restaurant was available. Atmosphere was also very good

The first room we were given was moldy, masonry plaster on the balcony. The room and the hallway smelled like staying in a wet basement lives. After 6 days we asked if we could upgrade to a new room ( answers asking every day we were given that you need to ask whether cleaning ladies once a room is available). The second room was reasonably bearable. The rooms are only 5 times a week, but not very thorough. ( Rooms are Wednesday and Sunday not cleaned). The food was very good. The staff was not up to scratch. Hotel is very noisy.

The location of the hotel and the beach were very good. To get to the beach you had to take a small boat tour. The beach was about 7.5 km long and you could walk.

Our room was in the main building, which we had bad luck. It was spacious, with a small kitchenette, balcony, TV, but unfortunately had the furniture was already seen better days. It was very much outdated, the bathroom had no window, nor a fan, but mold! Other travelers had booked the same category, but more lucky. They were really enjoyed their rooms. It could have been but it did not bother us, if it had been cleaned. In the bathroom, hair & dustballs were despite cleaning 14 days in the same spot!

For us it was a ray of the hotel. The number of bars was adequate, the service was friendly. The meals in the restaurant were always tasty. The choice wasn't that big, but tasty. There was always a fish and a meat dish with different trimmings and large salad buffet. A soup and diverse appetizers rounded the meal. Of course there was also here travelers who are only french fries and pasta with ketchup almost exclusively, and to see the creations of home-made salads with fish and meat not trust. They have missed out. Fresh fruit was always available.

The staff was friendly and mostly hard. The complaints at the reception were just ignored us, though. We had booked a double room with an extra bed. The single bed was a hinged Liege. That would be not terrible so far, were from the mattress was not the metal handed out. We have several times at the front desk asked for exchange the mattress, but no luck. We rotated and poorly from-padded, to make our junior could sleep there. Room service was a disaster. I liked the at the beginning given tip in hindsight sorry.

We found the morning morings a chance. The pool-attendants were dependent on in the morning, the unused beach chairs to vacate. Therefore there after a late breakfast space at the pool. The sports activities weren't so good. The exercise equipment in the gym partly broken, the tennis court in a bad condition. The entertainment was very friendly and hard-working. Unfortunately they were partly funny for the evening shows.

The hotel is located on a lagoon with a nice beach. The area was actually very beautiful. At the two pool areas unfortunately leaves the cleanness left something to be desired. Many guests had an inflammation, which was typical for unclean water. A pool was closed several days, as the water was green/brown discolored. The public is very international. Portuguese, French, German, British, Polish make family vacation.

The beach could be reached after a short boat ride across the lagoon. The shuttle back worked quite fast. The place Cabanas is undecorated too. A few shops and restaurants but are not particularly attractive. The next town is Taviera. town was lovely, which in many places in dire need of a renovation, but needed. However if you fancy stores in vain. The walk to the large tourist centers is very far. One's looking for something more entertainment is you in cabanas wrong.

Old bathrooms with black margins (mold). Air conditioning seems to be but tidy in good condition. The new apartments are beautiful and very generous from the available space. The cleaning is poor and is very fast and not only superficially well done.

Substantial meal with fresh and changing ingredients. The breakfast buffet was only with the time very boring.

Deie front desk is very attentive and service oriented. You will quickly and friendly service. There are also spoke German, depending on the time of day. Only the cleaning is absolutely inadequate.

Entertainment program and the child care is good, though sometimes easy amateur. The activity staff were always very friendly and tried hard. The pool is located in a neat condition. The beach seemed clean.

Hotelaußenanlage well maintained and well maintained. The old part of the hotel is in need of a renovation. Food is okay and the staff attentive and friendly. The structure of the guests was mixed. An absolute family hotel and it was suitable for couples and retirees.

The path to the beach you have to take a lagoon, which you can take a boat. The beach is very nice and not crowded. Cabanas is a rather non-descript town with a now new promenade. A trip on the Windjammer to the cave and bays in the Algarve and a safari is highly recommended.

Apartment 4 bed room with kitchen noisy fridge in the old buildings apartment with a kitchen (D , 4207) very poor state of bathroom poor water pressure, toilet in the bathroom was very cramped everything very dirty on the floor bath email way, wooden ceiling shortly before falling down very loud and noisy you hear pretty much everything from the neighbors. Separate beds very hard, for fresh lovers walked through remains just push together. Cleanliness left a lot to be desired, hair under the bed cobwebs everywhere. Air conditioner cooled was very good but very noisy. a safe in the room key for a deposit ok. Mini TV cleanliness as I said poor too few staff for this resort change of towels twice a week not ok 5x cleaning of the room per week WEDNESDAY sat u. holidays free ) Unusual check in at 6.00 pm and out at 11.00 am

Restaurant too small too hot too loud. Thank God was on the third day the roof terrace was open and you could go for breakfast and dinner there. The meal times were also not as in other hotels breakfast 7.30-10.00h lunch 12.30-14.00h evening 19.00-21.00 . 2 Bars, at the pool one lobby breakfast was quite good, except for the cold sweet scrambled eggs, coffee was very good lunch was always something for a meat, (always soft well seasoned) fish pasta good salads many fruits etc. for children chips pasta but of course mostly without dressings no pizza the whole 14 days. Dinner sometimes not as good and too much with fish. No decoration rather everything quite sober presented. Bad description of food in the main restaurant at lunch time keeping the chef overstrained waiting for up to 10 minutes. Unfortunately, they only in the dining room were set with paper tablecloths only plastic table no Sesselauflagen on the terrace. Atmosphere yes 2 stars: ( tips depending on you and friendliness. Cleanliness in the dining room was ok. plastic table stuck from the drinks by the pool.

Staff tried some wanted German assume other only English (of course). At check-in for a little overwhelmed remote control air conditioning not just gave us no staff twice within walking distance. For suitcases for yourself the bags over bad roads to your room enables . Handling of complaints they tried hard to solve but yes in our room was the bathroom cleaned but old remains old. Only the demolition helps.

Entertainment: kids club okay sport could be more, shows in the evening unfortunately a lot of repetition from other clubs, musical Grease etc. knows what everyone. Repetitions of the music at the pool and boats available but no one takes you to the heat lagoon. Pools very clean and refreshing and not so low you good swimmer. reserve the chairs before 10 ,.00h not allowed worked well you get enough beach beds but umbrellas were unfortunately too little and dated. Shower and toilet facilities (2 ) too little for the pool area in the restaurant is also no toilets only in the so-called spa sauna and indoor swimming pool were toilets this would but um20.00h closed. To the beach by boat from 9.00 am - 7 pm was ok. Green area with nice palm trees clean impression Number of rooms: main building and concrete blocks and condos new apartments in the left area was being built, but unfortunately it was on the Austria catalog not offered. In the hotel, unfortunately no kiosk. To Tavira by taxi about 8 km there are many more shopping areas. Excursions to tour operators have also mentioned this made 2 days trip to Lisbon/Sintra and a Segelschifffahrt with the Condor highly recommended. As I said Tavira nice little town with a Bimmelzug well and stroll through the alleys.
