On the day of arrival the room was around 15:00 not ready. For a 5 star hotel i would have the however already expected.
The wellness area is very small, too few loungers and the towels were not regularly refilled (sauna area).
Drinks as tea and water are in the wellness area for guests no treatments claim not available! read more

We were very satisfied overall.
The room (standard double room ) was clean and inviting. But it would have been nice, if you are too 2. to a table would have can sit. There was however only a small work desk and a coffee table, in which only one person sit down could. A kettle and/or a coffee maker would have been nice too. The bathroom was excellent with heated floors and a great shower with a rainfall shower head.
We have not in the hotel eaten, but some times at the bar. The offer was good, but could have ... been the service a bit prompt may, we had to wait partly for a very long time.
The wellness area is welcoming and well maintained, but is the pool, or the existing berthing areas a bit too small, on the first day we could therefore the pool didn't use it.
We were very satisfied with the room cleaning and the front desk. read more

With each visit in this beautifully renovated house surprised me again a positive innovation. This time i found even my favourite newspaper every morning before the locks-this again without extra then they have shown. For the last time a couple more Euro but collect. You can a hotel also very good, the handling of complaints and the implementation of these measures observed. Everything worked here it really. Also the lobby-bar is open until late-after these in the spring of 2011 is not yet so.
General was my room this time i was very nice-modern and nicely furnished. Also the bathroom ... was very pleasant - particularly the large rain shower was great. It is a shame, that still 08/15 shower gel from the großpackung and no-name shampoo are served. In a Grandhotel - what the graf zeppelin certainly is-would be more desirable. Oh no way Grandhotel - here you at the wake-up call in the morning personally addressed - very nice service you are not experienced something like that.
Contrary to other photos - at the breakfast buffet was always quickly refilled and the session products of a very good quality. Also the service convinced here in a stylish setting.
I would gladly come again in 'my' graf zeppelin and look forward to many innovations.
A very small note-we had booked a superior room-double for single use with upgrade at the weekend to deluxe. Actually it was not at all detectable in which room you now lived-the could with a clear declaration after arrival be improved. (room 504) read more

I have stayed in many Steigenberger hotels to visit and was always satisfied! This time everything was different! The rooms were not like the other room renovated. I must say, that we smokers room booked. But that is for me no reason the rooms not to renovate! Lamps, chairs, table and bed were dusty. The curtains were for a long time not washed. The rooms were not really warm and we have the whole night freeze must! A continuing surrender tone didn't really sleep! In addition to the noise from the street. Soundproofing nil return! I hope so high prices ... also for a smoker's room an appropriate standard, which i in this hotel absolutely missed! read more

Very nice, centrally located hotel - unfortunately left the service (with exception the front desk and the cleaning maid service!) Much to be desired for example long waiting periods for ordering/payment in the lounge/lack of interest of the staff etc. We will be our next Stuttgart-visit certainly another hotel avoid. read more

The hotel is very centrally located opposite the main railway station and the beginning of the pedestrian zone, just a few strides from the schlossgarten away. The deluxe room was very nice designed and in very good condition. The breakfast buffet was varied. For a stay in Stuttgart the hotel is definitely recommndable. A special highlight is the afternoon tea with friday Busam. If you like tea enjoys, a loving service and competent advice of friday Busam very heart put. This extremely friendliness may certainly some staff at the front desk and the bar a little what lesson from. Overall ... a very positive result. read more

Our car by unknown significantly damaged. Damage about 1.900,00 Euro when vollkaskover -
Backup we had to 1.000,00 Euro accepts. Particularly annoying in this context, that it in the so highly praised hotel in the underground garage no appropriate surveillance camera there was. I can therefore only warn its car to be turned off there. A corresponding compensation we didn't get any. It was also for a 5 star hotel very unusual, that the lunch served coffee dishes only the next day cleared away.

The upward trend with the large renovation set in has still continue.
We are glad the hotel faithfully remained. Meanwhile also details and it was for the first time really not the slightest reason to 'complain'.
The rooms are big, bright and best equipped. The bathroom met with two washbasin, large bath and great 'rainforest 'shower all expectations.
The beds are large and very comfortable, the light is good to read in bed.
Cleanliness is ok no problem, also during the stay was properly working. You know of lots of houses the problem where the room actually only at the ... beginning cleaned properly and then, the following days, only very superficially. This was not the case here, every day perfect fresh and cleanliness.
The spa area beitet one beautiful, pleasantly warm, swimming pool, as well as loungers and sauna. Cleanliness here and beautiful chubby fresh towels.

The zeppelinos with the right U. S. steakhause feeling and also taste. The meat is excellent only to the 'american' frieze should miss. Somewhat mushy and lukewarm the other side dishes offer more. Unfortunately the staff were somewhat inattentive and bearish, so was one of the young women twice nearly as the chair my wife anrempelte. My wife was not happy.
The olivos is excellent, Nico burckhardt surprised us with creative meals, tasty and optically perfectly suited. The service was very pleasant, attentive, polite without being pushy. Just the right blend.
The hotel is for stuttgartreisende very recommendable. Very a lot you can stress-free to reach on foot and if not is the car directly below the hotel ready. read more

The graf zeppelin hotel is a very modernly furnished hotel and you are immediately on foot in the center stuttgart. We have chosen the hotel, since we work for two days a place to stay required and then privately for some days.
The staff were either very, very well paid or just very pleasant opposite the needy travelers. The service was very attentive but not pushy.
By the pleasant staff and the cleanliness both in the room, as well as in the restaurant we felt really good. The food was also really good and perfect. With huge choice!
We go ... next month again, i can hardly expect.
We can only recommend this hotel, it is worthwhile!

Definitely recommendable; super -location, super -atmosphere, wonderful, large room with a walk-in closet, large bathroom with from the hotel was very good and separate toilet. Everything corresponded to a 5° -hotel, also the service. Food in Zeppelino ^ s was excellent ( fillet of beef, so correctly for geniesser), staff very friendly and competent, romantic atmosphere with steamed light and many candles... Everything great, just like in a Steigenberger-hotel! read more

For approximately 10 years we like to spend 2 times per year some days in Zeppeiln. After a horror stay 2010 during the renovation we stayed the hotel loyal and gave him a opportunity.
After the renovation the hotel is has become even better. The renovated deluxe rooms are great, the beds nice large and the bathroom with ' Regnwalddusche ' and bath tub, as well as 2 lavabos very pleasant.
Breakfast is five stars standard with innovation: the ordered fried eggs were already less than 10 minutes, the previous years was often already finished with the breakfast then came ... the eggs.
Unfortunately it brings the staff at the hotel always not finished yet, after more than 10 stays in our opinion, the customer data file. You feel unfortunately not as a regular customer. Always all data par hand into a sheet be entered ' since you are for the first time here are.'
Also US in June a cupboard ( room 107) offered, on my objection you know the hotel and seine room the best and the room 107 would be absolutely unacceptable the snotty Answer 'then they had then a upgrade'. What of course not was correct.
Against an extra charge we got then nevertheless finally a more spacious room. Afterwards everything was okay.
Wellness area is a chtes gem but unfortunately the staff is not on the ball. Often (mostly) were on the sofa on the small terrace no cushions also you had to when it got dark someone from the staff find the light in the pool area on to get. 'our timer is wrong', unfortunately also after 5 days.
Was this show a ploy to upgrades to sell? A smack remains.
