Well-kept, nice renovated hotel, but obviously already had a few years' old ' has. Nevertheless, it is not run-down even unappealing, we lived on the highest floor, here obviously been newly renovated or only developed. Very clean, the guests were to nationalities mixed, altogether very pleasant. We booked half board. read more

This review refers to the cottages next to the hotel. 70. years standard. Totally worn. Old and extremely smelly furniture. Bathroom without shower rod and curtain (we were upgraded), all rusty, dirty, many praise tiles in the bathroom. Only small bathtub with rusty drain. No shower. The whole shebang smelled pitiful. We have all in the suitcases, otherwise could also our clothes musty odor. The kitchen furniture hang kind of crooked, including fixtures were musty and stinky. We didn't cook. Warm water there were only after a while. Hot water not at all. The built-in safe was not. The air ... conditioning was broken. But repaired. Heating was dismantled. All holes visible. The holiday homes are not recommendable. read more

Negative: loud photos are some rooms to this hotel really big. Unfortunately our room was very small and without a balcony. Since we the entire day at the beach spent and general only 3 days vacation had, it was not a problem for us, but...
Positive: location, bicycles are available free of charge available, staff speaks German. read more

With the hotel we were very satisfied, very clean, friendly and competent staff, buffet was satisfactory but could have been more, but everything was fresh. Beach was full seaweeds, apart from that but garbage free. Hotel lies not directly in the center however with a few -minute walk you can reach everything. read more

Very nice, quiet hotel with extremely tastefully equipped rooms. The staff speaks perfect German and is very friendly and really cares for the guests. The well-maintained pool area is inviting for relaxing and of the hotel own, very clean beach section is only few minutes on foot away. Great for couples, families, sports Enthusiasts ( especially golf) and people on business trip. read more

Such a friendly Capture one finds very rarely. We were spoilt. Effort for the guest is capitalized here. Hotel has recently been partially renovated. Room on the fourth floor newly decorated, large bathroom, beds very good. read more

The friendliness and willingness to help of the staff was from the check-in to check-out was terrific. At the front desk, at the restaurant or at the dinner. Such a good half board had we have never experienced anything like that, not even in a five stars hotel. A sparkling wine every day as much for an aperitif. During the day there were water, orange juice or sparkling wine in the front desk were available, including good pastries. Free safe, free bicycle rental. We have recommended this hotel to our friends and we will come again next year for sure. read more

We would return to this hotel again it is 'old ' room but very clean and tidy (we had two rooms with connecting door for the sake of the children: 1 x room standard with balcony and large bathroom and 1 x bedroom standard without balcony with a smaller bathroom) and supposedly renovated (I'm not sure how much the new.). Both the quality and taste of the old decor was very good and always fairly good standard. Everything was very clean. The staff was very friendly and accomodating, the food was really good (We are diesbzgl very critical, so ..., it was really good, the wines). If there is further renovated, there are probably no more at this price to be available. read more

Most of all the friendliness of the staff impressed. Such a warmth we had rarely experienced something like that in a hotel!
Great was also, that the whole day in the lobby on a large table water, juices, sparkling wine and pastries to beach. Here we will certainly come back again! read more

The staff was very friendly to complaints was dealt with immediately. The hotel is clean, the room was a bit small but clean and quite decent the bathroom is a little worn, but clean. The spacious, elegant lobby huinterlässt a good first impression. The hotel has 5 stories high, with the first the dining room, then the rooms in the following. We had a family room for 4 adults ( d. H. two connecting, but independent rooms) with balcony. The hotel's rooms have different condition, which also reasonably priced points: The renovated the second floor are more expensive. Our room was clean, the furniture could have been from the 1980s, but functional. There was also a small TV. Our hotel is characterised by the excellent kitchen ( fish lovers get full on your bill ... - typical Schnitzelesser will be it a bit more difficult) and the great dinner buffets. On the Saturday night there is an excellent seafood buffet with clams, salmon, etc. The staff is very helpful, polite and child-friendly. The meals can/depending on the weather - also be taken on the terrace. The drinks at the meals were rather expensive - especially fruit juices for the kids! The beach is very clean and the Schirmreihen are further away, but it is used Lignano Sabbiadoro. We stayed at this hotel for a wonderful week and hope to return bals! read more

Older hotel, very clean! Room was huge, amenities older but very nice. A lot of storage space. Staff very friendly. Food plentiful and varied. NOT a lot to pay extra, as in other reviews! Pool also older, but also in the garden everything very comfortable. Great beach and very clean - no problem of the price integrated beach chairs/umbrella! Stay for families for good price / for money highly recommended! read more

We had the President in Lignano Riviera met an excellent hotel. It was from the first minute of our arriving to the end of our stay all 100 % okay. We've been traveling years after Italy on holiday but such a wonderful hotel we have never experienced. read more

Hotel with great service and a peaceful location, the rooms are clean but a bit old but OK! The sandy beach is about 500 m from the hotel, is another few minutes walk in the center of Lignano Pineta ( bar's, shops, carting for children and many other more) read more

The hotel is a bit dated and is situated in the heart of the quiet, green Lignano Rivera. The hotel is run by two sisters, with a more to the cuisine and the other at front desk etc. Should take care. The well-kept beach can be reached in a few minutes. The rooms are very spacious, only for Italian standards the decor is partly not slightly outdated. But it's not really a problem, since everything was very well taken care of and clean. But there were also freshly renovated rooms. Also this hotel has an excellent kitchen. Whether it is ... a rich breakfast buffet, where you in addition eggs in all variations freshly made to order, or the varied hors d'oeuvres buffet in the evening, it all tasted very good. At main- and desserts you have three dishes to choose from and these, as well as an evening is mostly one of the both holders itself throughout the dining room table, the main courses before traveling and asked to the satisfaction of the guests. The entire hotel staff to be extremely child-friendly and courteous. read more

Price ratio was ok, refurbishment would hotel, 1 Jarlousie was broken, but otherwise clean but from the late seventies. Highly recommended for "Günstigbucher", which the clean but old standard enough. read more

patio doors did not open but after we had complained fixed the next day. Toilet cistern rinnt always! Air conditioning gurgelt always auc, if you ausageschaltet is! Food tasted good but very too fishy and the buffet no smart warming therefore cold quickly! Staff, the buffet food after long waits before stocked! Price to drink totally covered! read more
