Great run hotel. The chef is always personally to reach and very friendly, as also be entire staff. The food leaves however yet wishes free. The salad buffet is little varied. The main courses may clearly more Mediterranean are. For breakfast there were daily hard boiled, boiled eggs. Further Eierangebote missing. Merely one sort of cheese was for offer and the coffee from the vending machine. There were faults it with the cutlery ( Knife blunt, forks only on request) On the downside we found the late dinner time (7:30 P. M.) The air conditioning worked only very ... poor. The hotel Kriss features especially because his wonderful location, direct on the lake. From the beach separates the hotel merely a quiet and very nice promenade. The hotel's private beach, the hotel staff with drinks, was always very tidy. There were always enough loungers and umbrella available. The rooms of the hotel are spacious and very comfortable in the Italian style designed. Welcome to we got even a fresh fruit basket to the room. The hotel staff was always friendly and willing to help. The employees nearly all of them spoke German or English. All together we have felt really ... good in the hotel and have a lovely stay spend there. It was definitely not our last vacation there, which is why we it all really warmly recommend could. read more

The hotel is a medium-sized (33 room) of family lornadelli run hotel. It is very comfortable and typically Italian designed. The hotel is very well-kept and also neat. The hotel has a private beach. This you can within a minute away, as you only the road cross. There are plenty of loungers and sun screens available and a waiter comes at least once in the hour to the beach and ask for, if you want something to drink or to eat would like. We had a room with half board booked. The breakfast buffet was very diverse and left actually ... nothing to be desired. There was rolls, sausage, cheese, cakes to fruit everything you need. At the breakfast you always get a menu for dinner. There is always a salad buffet, a appetizer, a main dish and a dessert. All courts were freshly prepared and also very tasty. The offer also has every day changed, so that one did not become boring. What the guests was the audience mixed. It was from young to old everything was represented. read more

    The rooms have for Italian standards a sufficient size. Every year aspects of the hotel renovated, so the rooms nicely furnished are. It is in the entire rooms an airco, almost the whole day is on. The bathroom was very spacious and we had a walk-in shower. There was also enough room and i.e. swimming gear hanging space. The condition was good, the room was newly renovated, clean and spacious decorated.

    In the hotel there is an on-site restaurant. There is also the breakfast serves. The buffet was more than enough and also always tidy. There was always until o'clock breakfast. If you however very late for breakfast came, there was no more all. Which in my opinion also not further bad, since the food it was always fresh (no ready-to-bake breads and croissants, but fresh from the baker). The dinner one could in the morning from the daily actual menu select. For wishes to the change one was always open ( in case you don't have a gorgonzola or similar ) and the food was also always very good. It as a starter always different noodle dishes, as well as soups. As main course there is at least one meat-, a fish- and a vegetarian dish to choose from. Otherwise there are mostly still cold main courses to choose from, such as ham with melons or breaded mozzarella. The selection was always large enough and it was in a entire week vacation not boring. The kitchen style was, overall typically Italian.

    The staff are very friendly and keen to help to help. Almost all employees spoke good German and English, especially the ladies at the reception, but also most serviceangestellter. The rooms were always really clean, towels were changed daily. The mini bar was also every day refilled. Otherwise we got on the way there a fruit plates :-)

    In the hotel there is a gym, the you can use free of charge. Otherwise there are on the roof terrace a hot tub, the is open every day. Bicycles are also available. The hotel verfügbt over wi-fi on the whole building. Shops are also available. A supermarket is about 10 minutes away on foot. What the beach concerns we were very satisfied. There were enough loungers and also sun screens. A shower was also available and you could in the hotel also borrow towels. Bathing shoe are recommendable. What unfortunately was, was that some tourist the loungers already before breakfast with towels reserved and then for hours not arrived. After we the hotel reported, were immediately signs, that loungers not are reserved and if the loungers more than 2 hours stayed unused, were the towels and at the front desk stored. We were and also the other guests very satisfied.

    The hotel is located in a quiet area. The road, the to the hotel leads is only little traffic. To the center on foot it are about 10 minutes and there is a wonderful promenade, the only a couple of years newly decorated. There, there are lots of cafes, bars and restaurants. If one auflugsfahrten planned, it is helpful a car to have, since the Gardaland, the Monte Baldo or the park sigurtá a few kilometers away. Apart from that there are in the hotel also to rent bikes.

Hotel advertise with air-conditioning, but on, you will not! During our stay in May fraud during the day the outside temperature about 30 degrees. On request at the front desk after turning on the air conditioning we got the answer, that last week still be heated had! We could also listen, that other guests in the same request responded, that the next days a fall in temperature is expected. Thus was during the day total Obscuration of the balcony door announced, so the room temperature not too badly increase, light in the room switch and a' booked' lake view. This ... has in my opinion nothing with 4 stars, but with the customers to Do. read more

Large room with Lake View. Each time, when you entered the room it was a feast for the eyes during the day and at night. The breakfast was delicious and versatile. The dinner of half board after the third night it was a bit boring. The private beach was pleasant. You could easily undertake various excursions. read more

Eastern shore of Lake Garda. Convienent to area attractions for adults and children. Good golfing nearby. Hotel is very clean with comfortable rooms overlooking Lake Garda. Beach chairs and water access are across a narrow street. Food and wine good selection. Dining is indoor or outdoor in garden area with grape arbor. Breakfastis included with room charge & a dinner plan is available. Staff is very accomodating and speak fluent German and English. Guests are all ages with many from Germany and some from England and Holland. read more

Open air market outside hotel on Thursdays. Guided bus tours avaiable to Verona, Venice and many others. Pick up is about 1 1/2 blocks walk from hotel.

We stayed in the happy with this hotel. The rooms are functional and had a small balcony overlooking Lake Garda. The bathroom was ok but I just had to get it through the vent in the bathroom the conversations and noise from other guests. We had no noise in the room itself. The breakfast buffet was adequate and the staff friendly. If we go to Lake Garda, we would definitely consider this hotel. read more
