Large complex with a beautiful garden, which is very well-kept. All-inclusive is very limited, no really good drinks, freshly squeezed orange juice and other such drinks need to be purchased!!! Many Russians and locals who are preferred. Average age 40 years old! read more

    There are two restaurants, one of them at the club and one at the hotel! The food at the club was mostly cold and the choice was still less than at the hotel! Furthermore on the 15th of October the restaurant was simply closed, apparently the winter season had started and there weren't enough guests at the club!! Cleanliness OK. Atmosphere like at the train station! The restaurant at the hotel was a little better but the Turkish holidaymakers feel like they're at home - us first, then the rest!!!!

    Some of the staff are really great, including C. from the beach bar and the little M. from the lobby bar! The rest listless, apparently overworked and rude! If you gave a good tip you were addressed in German, otherwise they don't want to speak German, even though they can! English and Turkish work as well. Room cleaning was ok. Laundry service OK but expensive. Handling of complaints, a disaster! Either you were not understood once again or other things were more important, such as small talk with each other. Even if guest relations interfered, they only hesitantly picked up their pace!

    Very expensive jet ski rentals on the beach, disco was great until the winter suddenly interrupted on the 15th of October (at 27°C in the shade) and the disco was closed!!! The same applied to the beach bar at the club. From 15.10. it was closed for winter, and so the jetty, the islands, the snack bar etc. were deinstalled and closed.... Hardly any entertainment (27°c winter..haha), otherwise the beach was okay. There were enough loungers until the winter started, then a few of them were removed!! Even the owner of the jet ski rental was very surprised that the winter had started that early, usually it started on the 15th of November. This is the time when things were put away in previous years!

    Beach location, 35km away from the airport, but usually the last hotel that's driven to on arrival and the first one for pick-up on departure, therefore long transfer times! Belek is 3km and Katriye 8 km away. Same as everywhere else, a lot of money for little to see!

We have already been five times in the area again and again positive surprised and former. Both the quality and taste of the food was just super. The entertainment was very discreet and not pushy. We asked a lot of guests to your assessment. Except for one, were all full of praise and could, like us, the assessment did not understand. For the, who like it, is completely equipped fitness room with the new its more than 25 new devices. read more

Two hotels, Pine Beach and The Maritime; a big hotel area in a pine forest with many bungalows. The rooms at Pine Beach were clean, large, but older; the number of hotel rooms (close to the ocean) was ok. All meals are very multifaceted and good; buffet! The dining room at the Pine Club was dark, noisy and seemed to be more like a train station buffet. You could eat on the terrace - provided there was room. During mealtimes, the dining room (also at The Maritime ) reminded you of a large train station - chaotic - when the ... staff all tried very hard. The guest structure - virtually all guests were from the former USSR - was very bad; their eating habits were totally awful! read more

    The staff was friendly, helpful; hardly spoke any German, French or English; at the most, some Russian ! The room cleaning service was very good, large selection of children care; a doctor and/or nurse were available in-house at certain times.

    There was a large selection of free time activities; but the beach chairs had already been reserved early every morning. The beach was lovely and clean; showers and changing rooms available; What was terrible was the noise coming from the speakers; it started at about 10 a.m. and didn't end until 1 :30 in the morning. Even if you closed the windows, you couldn't escape the noise - bad for people in need of peace and relaxation; "maybe it's great for the young guests!!! “

    Approximately 30 km from the airport; beach nearby (4 beach chairs were squeezed underneath one large umbrella). Many water sports; the town of Belek was completely uninteresting; only shops, little excursion possibilities (only a boat ride and excursion by car to Antalya).

This is the Hotel 1, by first after twelve days we have asked us, which we are today. The variety and the presentation of the food is amazing. The staff is friendly and if you smiled, they smiled back then. At the tips we paid the usual and were very friendly and efficient. As the light in the room did not work, came immediately after about 15 minutes a technician and fixed the damage. In the 1 week there were about 80% Russians in the hotel, in two week it was better, then all nations were represented. In the town ... of belek it's probably best to take a tractor, or 1 €1.50 the ticket costs TL. Trips are the best over the tour operator. We had booked a trip through a travel agent in belek. It was cheaper but a disaster. read more

The hotel in general with can very well be evaluated. The hotel area was generously sized and has a very nice garden area. The direct beach location was great. The slide was for large and small a nice change to the beach and the pool. We had all inclusive, which is a good thing, because we believe that, everything was payable, in the hotel was overpriced. Therefor you could free in the Hammam, sauna, indoor swimming pool and fitness centre. The rooms were spacious and with extra bed for our daughter we had a three-to two meters to bed and ... still had plenty of room. If you are a German in this hotel it would be good if you can speak English. It's next to Turkish and Russian through best. There are very many Russian guests in the hotel, which we thought was very pleasant. There were a lot of families. The animators have themselves a lot of effort. given at the evening programme The program was mostly in English. Food and drink was always varied and tasty. read more

Very nicely kept area with a main building and about 14 so called blocks with 6 floors on ground level and on the first floor further 6 floors. We were in block 9 which was located about in the middle between the hotel entrance and main building by the pool. Was also ok. Because of that it was nice and quiet and after dinner in the evening you got to stretch your legs. We had booked all inclusvie. At our time there weren't as many Russians anymore. British, Swiss, Dutch and also German guests were present. Average age about 20 ... to 65 years old. read more

    2 restaurants, 2 a la cart restaurants, 2 pool bars, 2 other servers near the pool, 1 beach bar. Dishes were enough and tasty but sadly sometimes a bit luke warm, even cold. Restaurant was clean. Tips were gladly taken like everywhere.

    Staff were very friendly. We had the same one after 2 days. Of course it depended on how you treated each other. With German and a few words of English you easily got along. Rooms were cleaned roughly every day. Beds were made every day, trash was also cleared away every day and towels were also changed often enough. Doctor was on site every day. Kids club could also be used every day. Room changing if you didn't like it (we experienced this through another guest) was no problem over the contact person of the travel agent who was there 3 times a week.

    Beach directly next to the pool area (3 of them). To Belek it was maybe 5 kilometers. To the airport about 30 kilometers. Depending about 1 hour drive. There were enough excursion possibilities by bus or boat.

The hotel area was very nice, clean and well kept. The whole area was very spacious. Food was always good and varied. Unfortunately there were almost only Russians in the hotel. The staff knew only badly, or no German. Everything was in Russian laid out. A Shame. read more

A beautifully created hotel area was laid out with beautiful colorful flower beds, palms and equipped with a lot of lovely details. The area itself was squeamishly fostered and maintained, the width and size were unique. The great thing though was also that the entire area was divided into small bungalows or at most ground floor with a first floor. The rooms were spacious with all the comforts, balcony and - which wasn't to be expected - equipped with a fly net. So no disturbance by annoying insects!! The room was very clean. All inclusive: In the restaurant, at every ... bar always very good dishes, drinks, etc. tasteful and very clean. Guest friendliness and friendliness were very important. read more

    The main restaurant was created very generously. What was great was that the circle (terrace) spread out over the hotel area with a view of the ocean. At all the pools there were bars which always offered drinks respectively food. The quality of the dishes was very good, extensive. The buffets were artistically created and in a great number so that it was difficult to choose the right thing. Hygiene was very important. Everyone who prepared food carried a hair net and gloves.

    Very friendly staff but sadly the language skills. Very bad English, hardly any German skills but nearly everybody spoke Russian. The room cleaning was reliable and clean.

    To the beach it was only a few steps. The sand was fine to rough, wide spread. Kilometer long walks also weren't a problem. The center wasn't far, the airport about 30 kilometers. There was a lot of entertainment in the hotel. Challenging theater performances every evening.

The hotel is indeed already older but nevertheless in good condition. We were in the small housing facility, which was nicely located in the middle of a very well-kept garden. The cleanliness of the facility was overall very orderly, especially during the meals ect. Cleanliness was paid attention to. There were many nationalities represented, but there were none who we did not like. Unfortuneately Germany was represented very little during the first week, which we found to be a shame, but you can't blame the hotel if you avoid it as a German family, because it was simply great. read more

    The room was very big and in awesome condition. With air conditioning, television, mini bar, and free safe. It was very well equipped with everything that you need. We had a double room with cot and inspite of it you still had plenty of space.

    The hotel had 2 normal Restaurants and a A la Carte Restaurant in which you could either eat authentic italian or turkish. There was every amount of bars, which you could use. The menus and drinks were outstanding. The cleanliness was super in the restaurant. The buffet and the tables were super. The kitchen style was typical to the country, and additionally there was a diet buffet mornings and evenings.

    The friendliness in this hotel was very good. They were helpful, competent, and their foreign language knowledge was predominantly good. The room cleanings were first class. Every second day we received upholstered beds, and everything was cleaned very well. Especially the bed.

    The sports entertainment and so on and so forth were sufficiently available. There were 2 open air clubs one large show stage an ampitheater and much more. The beach was great very clean sufficient beach chairs on the beach and at the pool. The pool was very well-kept exactly like everything else. There was a large waterpark, which was quick to reach despite remote location.

    The beach is only about 50 meters from the pool located just awesome so that you can reach everything very fast. Unfortuneately there is not so much in the surrounding area. You have to go into Belek but that is no problem, because a tractor drives (Price per person: 0.75 cents) the transfer takes you to the airport in fourty five minutes. Trips were also offered enough.
