We arrived on the recommendation and were very dissapointed! The hotel is outdated, but it is not a problem, if everything else would fit! Of a family hotel nothing was to be felt, the boss distant, partly unfriendly and without interest in guest! At home on vacation, enjoy, the werbeleitspruch is simply not to feel! The young service staff ( Tanja, Sam and zsolt) was always friendly and gave a lot of effort! The hotel has no charm, everything is very simple, almost carelessly! On the tables dried decoration, a ölkerze the no evening burned, stray ausgemergelte poinsettia! The fireplace ... stübel invites you not as described for comfort a, first it was a couple of days not accessible because of a youth group, then all the lights, we felt like intruders, when we evenings once have a drink and to sit wanted! The breakfast buffet was ok, every day the same sausage, on the pile and a sort of cheese, we could not regional beonderheit discover! And so they were happy about the selection more delicious rolls and different fruit juices. The dinner was ok, but nothing special, also here definitely not worth 4 stars kitchen! The rooms were as already several times described simply furnished, beds hard and extremely creaky, carpets old, heating not to be adjusted (we had at night as well 24 degrees ) and the bathroom ancient, mold in the tiles joints, the fußbodenfließen not identical, and the ventilation system has güllegeruch feparated! In the baby crib was not mattress available, but a zurechtgefaltete ceiling! Here times no 4 stars! Have photos of them, if you're interested i can personally send! The cleaning staff was perfect nice, spoke the children been personally and made great work, at this point big praise and thanks for the interest in the guest! Guests too many older couple, the regular guests, even with a tranparent welcome and goodbye, all other go under! In summary, we felt very uncomfortable and not feel welcome, guaranteed not stay there again and value for money is reasonable here not at all! read more

We stayed there for christmas and new year's. The atmosphere in the hotel interpreted however not on the public holiday back (no sweet, no cosiness, new year's eve not a only decoration). The food was everything but good-the soups to appetizer the half board were 'water with instant' and without any taste, mostly too salty.
Facilities: since devaluate from the 20 years renovation but very clean

Very nice and great short break, unfortunately too short. Eating and drinking are in my opinion always matter of taste, but for us it was very good. Was great for us as a family the summer-card. read more

the hotel is already getting old - however everything very clean and comfortable!
also the designed small sauna facility we liked to use the cross-country skiing. However would be more blind appropriate, from the neighboring building has a clear view into the sauna!
extremely negative however the so-called ski room-garages character, it smells musty and musty and ancient Upholstered chairs, cushions were ripped them, they are seating possibility go to shoes! read more

The hotel is outside of the town in a very peaceful location, with access to the trails. The decor of the room is a bit old, the Spa is small and basic. Of the four stars is in my opinion too much. read more

In the wake of the 18 years already times in Ramsau were, we decided in the short term with our adult son again already in Ramsau to drive.
In spite of the not so good weather we had a beautiful holiday, and felt Knollhof. The wood, beautiful wooden ceilings (where there are still) gave us a very good feeling, the hospitality

We had booked with breakfast, which was really generous, four different kinds of breads, as well as different types of bread, many sorts of sausages,
We don't know ... but tasted very good, daily boiled eggs, or
Scrambled eggs with bacon, it was missing to us at nothing, left nothing to be desired.
A few times we had dinner in the evening on the menu, the tasted very good to us, once there was a bar-B-que, where we invite in the kitchen-great.
We enjoyed it very much, we will come again read more
