The hotel is very nicely equipped and very neat. Deterring something is the at the entrance ownership security, one occurs oneself as at the airport. We had to however never this walk. The hotel has wireless internet at the front desk, however not on the rooms. Half-board was offered, but also only with breakfast or room only. The guests were mostly businessmen, pilots, stewardesses, but also 'families and also some couples. read more

    The hair dryer was not really usable. I would recommend a hair dryer to bring, even with relatively short hair takes it forever. The room was nicely equipped and by the size also ideal. We had a nice view enjoy the outdoor pool and on the sea. The mini bar is extremely expensive, there is every day a 0.5 liter bottle of free of charge. The air conditioning was unfortunately only on warm to adjust or it came only warm air out, it was probably however because of the season. There was a kettle and 2 tea bags and 1 time coffee. There were 3 german channels.

    The food was very tasty, unfortunately, we had 2 a hair in the food. For dinner there was only water free of charge in addition, for breakfast freshly pressed orange and grapefruit juice, black tea (from bags? Anyhow so tasty-unfortunately!) , normal tea and coffee. What personally bothered me, that one before each meal after the room point. Asked, since there was neither bracelets other identifier is, if you are paying for half board or breakfast. Well well, so that you could still live. But we found it not alright, that once simply a bill over 90 tl (circa 40 €) on the table attention. On demand they told us, that we the food to pay, since we apparently only booked breakfast could have been. We were able to the misunderstanding and had of course nothing to pay. But other evenings are the manager also partly nachgelaufen to go after our room number. To questions. So everything was quite chaotic. The waiters were sometimes a bit slow with the clearing of the tables or with the filling up of the water. Otherwise were the waiters and cooks very pleasant. There is an à-la-carte restaurant, which is very expensive. Generally we find the food and drinks quite expensive in the hotel. For the same price you can even by taxi into town and food, is still cheaper than in the hotel.

    The staff members were everything very friendly and accommodating. The cleaning of the rooms was perfect. With complaints was good.

    There is a hamam, but separated by men and women was, we were never there have achieved. The hot tubs were also separated by men and women. The indoor pool was nice and warm (38 degrees) and the outdoor pool (31 °c ), particularly the outdoor swimming pool we liked. There is also an outdoor pool for the summer, the not heated is. The loungers in the interior area were a little bit, partly we didn't place, but because the hotel not fully booked it went. Towels and bathrobes were in the spa, you could but also the bathrobes from the room take. The massages we found quite expensive and therefore no taken into account.

    The hotel is located on a higher hill, a bit outside the city. We are but daily into town run it takes a maximum of 20 minutes one can well shoppen (in a center called kipa ) and especially delicious and cheap food. Especially in gözlemevi, there, there are delicious pasta and other turkish food. From the airport it was about 20 minutes.

A very nice and clean hotel. The staff very friendly and helpful. Car will be driven up. Clean room, but it was a smoker's room. We stayed one night and arrived relatively late at night at. This wasn't a problem, the hotel is on all prepared, next to us checked in even pilots a. On the next day with the check out, they asked us, if the a problem was, because it a smoker's room is, we said, we have enjoyed a non-smoking room preference could, this however not a problem was. Breakfast is really very good, varied and very ... clean. When we here in our stay had, was a special event, a tennis tournament in the hotel, but that was not an issue and no obstacle. With some hotels all have seasonal busy and so on not here. We have peace had. Unfortunately the time was not enough the spa area to explore, but the fitness room was very beautiful and pleasant and clean. We have for the return trip just had an overnight stay for 4 days later back here in advance already booked and wanted, if it is the same room have again. This has been a Willkommenspreis rewarded, which also is not self-evident. We know, if we in Izmir are, where we go. This was a very nice hotel. We will be back. read more

The hotel is by car 20 minutes from the airport and at least 15 minutes to the city, is located in nowhere, car or taxi a must. On the first glance everything is neat and well maintained, although inside and outside the brown colors a bit boring work. I cannot say, that it is a business or vacation hotel is. The split gets the hotel not, nothing is really the one or other. The rooms are big, also as a couple, with a desk, mini bar ( very expensive), coffee station, bathroom with shower, LCD TV, A/C. Unfortunately no balcony. ... In the hotel I have nowhere Wi-Fi found, only LAN in the room at the desk ( fast and free ). There is many pools, sauna, steam room, jacuzzi etc., house guests free of charge. Peeling paint in the spa everywhere from, pools only with bathing cap (is provided, is however unusual ). Fitness room very modern device. Evenings there is a à la carte restaurant, which was however closed. Otherwise evenings all inclusive buffet for 45 TL, appetizers, salad and dessert were very good, the main course felt a bit cheap. Drinks here and at the bar very expensive (0. 33 liter efes for 11 TL). Otherwise you have to take taxi or about 15 minutes walking, there enough restaurants. Breakfast also as a buffet and very good. All together, it is still recommendable, as a business traveler somewhat more suitable; and tourist for a few days is the offer rather limited. read more

Friendly and helpful staff hotel and it's facilities very clean, food from the menu not more expensive than outside in the restaurant. Drinks (beer 033 liter) 11 tl very overpriced. It would have been better if a the beverages in a zevilen framework would move. Otherwise you had no reason to complain. read more

Because of a storm over Antalya we had forced to Izmir dodging and were greeted by the airline company (Condor) then in the hotel Kaya Izmir thermal & SpA till the connecting flight accommodated. we were at the hotel for 2 days and therefore could only a few of the offered Services notice. Thermalhotel is situated on a hill in a wooded area, about 8 kilometers away of the town center Izmir. about 2 kilometers away from the hotel there are several large shopping malls. at 12:00 o'clock lunch drives a hotel- own shuttle bus free for the shopping ... center and at 15:00 o'clock the return trip. public busand mini bus- connections are in the immediate proximity also available. International airport from Izmir is located in about 20 kilometer distance. For the beach vacation is this hotel only partially suitable. during our stay were in the hotel many businessmen, manager and so on ( fair Izmir). read more

This hotel is very, very interesting and lots of wellness offers program, but it is more convenient for travellers like maybe the flight pers pool, business people and not for tourist decorated. Massages are not recommendable and in the swimming pools a bathing cap should be taken into account. Prices at the bar or by the pool are very high. read more

    The drive from the airport has about a quarter of an hour. The drive for close to ten shopping center takes with the taxi about 5 and by bus about 15 minutes. The hotel is not directly on the shore, but with the taxi 10 minutes are no to the banks.
