    We had all-inclusive There was a main restaurant in which breakfast, lunch, afternoon cakes and dinner in buffet form to itself take can. In addition there is at the pool bar in the morning for late risers a few snacks and afternoon pizza slices, ice cream and cakes. Of course, there is also a beach bar In additional mediterranean restaurant after reservation lunch or dinner against an extra charge offered. Lunch is all-inclusive and very recommendable.

But if you want to your peace -even not a problem at all, the animation is not intrusive as one it unfortunately often knows, and the hotel complex is so spacious that you can find a quiet spot where one does not hear anything and nothing is The swimming pool and the beach are every day neat Beach chairs, umbrellas & towels are always abundant, the reserve chairs early in the morning, you could here save confidently ☺

    If you Marsa Alam Airport local-great-shuttle about 12 minutes - despite being close to the airport no noise Airport Hurghada isn't recommendable - the transfer by bus takes about 4 hours Great location of the hotel, directly at the beach, for swimming you had to step over the footbridge into, or there is a beautiful huge salt water lagoon in the pool area in which we always for swimming and for snorkelling into the sea.

Big hotel with average facilities. Room clean. We booked all-inclusive. No beach, reef distance over bars. Very clairaudient. Smoke außerim restaurant almost everywhere permitted. No free wi-fi access. Some italian guests. Better neighboring hotel, also the beach, pool etc. Only for a fee usable. read more

    Sometimes we sat in the children's area, because too few places were available. Spartan facilities (chairs, furniture worn, etc.). Food with little variety and selection.     In the middle of the desert, nearby the fluhafens and the port, which also at the beach to be heard. At the port small shops, but as almost everywhere in Egypt very pushy salesmen the wait. So makes shopping no fun. Pharmacy only with shuttle distance... Too few chairs and umbrellas at the beach, and pool. Hunts on beach chairs already in the morning starting from 06:30 opened... :-(

Itself with the window closed was the entertainment louder than the tv at normal volume. But it was easy a different room assigned in a distant part the hotel. Typical and attractive atmosphere in the whole area of the restaurant, lobby, bars etc. In the outdoor area of the restaurant for spoiled guests the structure of service hard to comprehend, as only after announcement of his chosen table had been set. Beautiful green complex, big room and a great nearby reef the major advantages of this complex. In terms of cleanliness, facilities and service it is however not luxury. During our stay in July 2012 were the loungers worn, upholstery burst and the pool dirty. The service in the restaurant was bad, the low number of tables was never set, served only who attracted attention made, the cleanliness the tables left to be desired. The food was good but not very varied. A nice vacation overall with drawbacks. read more

I really enjoyed my stay at Crown plaza hotel, the hotel was really comfortable in everything, food & beverages were also great, the hotel staff were very helpful & great, in which they were serving us smoothly & in a delighting way, coming on the top of those great staff, a staff member called "Shady" (Lobby Bar Man), as although we were asking him for variuos drinks in the same time, he was serving us efficiently & quickly, I think your main success hides behind the top management careful choice for all staff members & learning them the way of ... how to serve guests while delighting them, am completely satsified with all staff service & all the hotel offers & services, I enjoyed the safari the gym in which Mr. Ashraf Eldakhakhny was very helpful & polite person also. etc. In my opinion, am really proud to have an hotel like Crown Plaza at Egypt. read more

The lying off coral reef is okay to get your moneys worth: clear ter water, wonderful Vegetation (is now more spared, because less people are staying there), turtles, Moray, Napoleon fish, Riesenzackenbarsche... Everything looks at the extensive snorkeling. The kitchen convinced by a large diversity, including beautiful lamb and fish stews ink, vegetable stew, salad with pulses, inventive desserts and daily fresh sweet breakfast pastries. the hotel itself would be really nice. But a Congress pursues the next. Relaxation searching tourists should definitely avoid this hotel. the staff are unfriendly and totally overwhelmed. The quality of the food left a lot to be desired. We have such a nightmare really have never experienced something like that. One wonders really 5 stars for what. the whole day fly airplanes over the complex. you can relaxation searching really only warning. Stay away from this hotel!. read more
