Good drinks even without giving any tip. Staff at the 'drinks station' very friendly. Pool not heated and therefore in january not usable (estimated 16 degrees celsius); there were also in october a week there, as the water temperature was still okay. Sauna, jacuzzi costs extra, also in all-inclusive. Beach dirty. We went in the sea neither in october still in january baden. Entertainers unimaginative. Coils always the same program from. So made the daily water polo game in october still fun, in january found at 16 degrees water temperature of course no takers. The entertainer was a wet suit ... on. Staff at the reception not so friendly; there pool towels to get, designed multiple times hakelig. Double room for 2 adults big enough. We were with a child, therefore drawbacks. International and pleasant guests. For cat lovers-as we are-are various fellige vielbeiner to feed and pet is required. Recommendation, because value for money is very good (small price, middle performance) read more

The hotel and the rooms make on the first glance a decent impression. However after the first follows the 2. We have 2 double rooms booked for private use. The wanted us on arrival but only a double room give. Then 2 rooms and high. In a room the balcony door not worn. So it is always someone into the room. If the toilet is used it starts loud to rattle. Cleanliness is ok straight still acceptable. As zimmerschlussel there were punch cards. Never seen something like that. In the lobby and end in your rooms there is wi-fi. I ... have the feeling, we at the end of 30 the average age dramatically reduce. Nationalities were german, french, russian. We booked all inclusive. read more

    There's a restaurant. The choice is poor the quality average. There are 8 speisenwärmer. 2 for the hauptspiegeln and 6 for the side dishes. There is also a pasta station. Additionally a salad and dessert. Now here not much going on, but nevertheless enough places in the restaurant not. What to do if it is full?

    Friendly: yes. Foreign languages: not really. The dearest. French. If it really must be english. But this is not all. German not at all. Room cleaning: ok You can tell who the waiters gladly seen and who does not. Who much give a tip gets its beverages also time. The rest had to walk yourself.

    Entertainment is poor. Seats just by the pool and the radio on. Otherwise some music and the entertainment tried in the daytime the guests to individual activities to move ( darts and so on). Our highlight is always the evening entertainment. It is always a; hosts live entertainment. Where then a sang and played. To this end, the older people then tango, waltz and co. Dances. On the first evening was a local group in the hotel the pounded and whistled have until the ears way flying and we voluntarily went. The other evenings were then events with? Exactly. Dancing. Every evening the same music for standardtänze. The pool is okay, but if the hotel is full too small.

After a zeiwöchigen bit of a difficult trip through Marocco we could (both 70 +) us in this hotel rest. At the front desk and in the food court the staff was very friendly; also by the pool we were served perfectly well. We had booked all inclusive and with eating and drinking very satisfied. The room was spacious and clean, also the air conditioning worked. Ultimately we could not negative. read more

Depending on location the room day and night noise from the main 4 lane street. The location and the entrance to the (sometimes dirty ) beach was already described. The noise Pollution at the beach stemming from a large inlet a sewage treatment plant, so Baden in the sea an illusion. Despite renovation before 2 years: the hotel is outdated. Suffered from our impression by contrast to another hotel the same ' PICALBATROS ' group, the Albatros Garden in Marrakech, as is not only one star, however rather already worlds in between. read more

Pleasant very clean hotel with friendly staff, nice ambience and every evening live music and entertainment. We liked it very much, the food was however a bit monotonous, but one becomes full always. To the beach you have to climb a long staircase and then a street and cross the boardwalk, a long way, the beach section of the hotel to reach. To walks on the beach to make but it is OK. read more

We were as a couple and could excursions and but also recover. The hotel how does very clean and the food was international and the personality were very friendly and could partially speak German. The weather was between 20 and 30 degrees so in the morning and evenings beschien around the 20 degrees and lunch 30. So perfect for sunbathing. read more

Went to Agadir with my best friend to celebrate our 25th Birthday, and turned out to be the best celebration! These 10 days we were around the best people! The hotel was very clean, all the staff were very very friendly and the entertainment was fantastic! plenty of activities through the day including amazing dance classes with the wonderful Yassir (boy can he move!), waterpolo and aqua gym with the sweet sweet Yassine! You can pop over to the spa and indulge in beautiful Argon oil massage to enhance that tan.then a shiatzu one to complete your stay. The ... evening had various entertainment through the week and ofcourse plenty of opportunity to practice those moves Yassir taught us in the day class. I have to say Yassir and Yassine realy made our holiday one we will never forget they were so friendly with all guests, polite, considerate and went to great efforts working all day and night to ensure we had an amazing time.including playing some great music by the pool and in the hotel club. They are a great asset to the hotel, thank you for being so amazing guys. All the bar staff were amazing- making the best cocktails.housekeeping worked extremely hard keeping the place spotless and reception were also amazing and available 24/z. over all we couldnt have celebrated our 25th in anyother way, and all thanks to The animation team (Yassir and Yassine), the bar staff,restaurant staff, spa team and all other at Albatros. W e will reccomend this hotel to anyone looking to travel to morocco. xxx read more

    The Hotel is very good located. The Beach is only 300 Meters Away and the Promenade where you can go Shopping and stuff like that, too. There are so many Shops and Restaurants. A good Club (I think 'Actors' was the Name) is only 500 Meters Away.

We can recommend the hotel. The hotel isn't the newest but it does what it says on the tin. It has the advantage that the hotel 6 floors high, from there you had a beautiful overview of Agadir. The staff are friendly and make an effort the wishes of the customers to fulfill. read more

The hotel normally: good. Dining: varied. Sport, recreation and pool: music by the pool: many! Too loud. Live music - great. Children's entertainment - much praise goes to the staff. read more

Good hotel and very nice people with a big heart for babies. The guys of the animation where very nice. We had a lot of fun with them on the pool and every night in the bar. The hotel is close to the beach and the center of the city. read more

Holiday at the hotel were wonderful. Rooms are very clean, beds comfortable, and plus for polish television a wonderful view from the balcony. The food was very good and for everyone. Service in restaurants and bars very nice. Very large selection of cktails and a variety of alcohol. Pool cleaned regularly. Comfortable chairs and clean towels every day. Entertainment provided daily. Every day, a very interesting show. Table tennis, minigol fand many other entertainments. Finally, i would love to thank othmane and aminew ho very well encourage people to have fun. Very nice and very helpful staff. Took people to ... dance and have fun. read more

Only point of criticism: staff does not speak German, however perfect English and French. Furthermore it would be nice, if you are in the beach area of the hotel yet a shower setup would. Apart from that, the hotel is absolutely great, particularly the hospitality of the staff. read more

I enjoyed my stay here. The staff were always at hand and the food was amazing. Plenty of activities available such as golf, tennis, football, garden chess, spa. We didn't feel we had to leave the hotel. The tajine restaurant was simply sublime with fantastic three course meals. I will definantly be returning real soon. Faraj read more
