There my wife and i already some long-haul journeys did, we were because of the partly very

On the dreamlike beach must you no word to say-the speaks for itself!

We were after a trip through Cuba for 3 days to relax in this hotel, i am no friend of all inclusive shed, but i have to say, the hotel is great, i know, there are always people who complain about, but you have to keep in mind, that we are not in Europa are, and the hotel was perfect for this a positive surprise. All people, service, cooks entertainers were very pleasant and accommodating. We were not on entertainment forced, a nice no thank you, and you will not further troubled. The beach is great and only for the ... hotel guests, chairs are enough vorhabden. One everywhere served, and there is only at the beach plastic cups. read more

The tainos is a very good all inclusive hotel. Except the hangers, the always down and the way too cold set air conditioning in the theater i can absolutely nothing complain about.
It could be however also on the mediterranean. Varadero is a tourist place and the typical karíbische flair i found here. That is the only reason, why i would not recommend. If you Cuba experience and feel wanted, could be better to Havanna.
The evening shows with absolute professional dancers really had a very high standard.
As well as the live band the lunch buffet and in the ... evening. It has a very informal atmosphere and the staff are extremely helpful and caring.
The weather in the november was not particularly good and there was always the yellow or red flag at the beach. read more

The exterior (entrance and lobby) we did not like. As well as the shabby room and the ageing bathroom. We were beireit 6 times on Cuba and you get similar hotels directly for a few hundred Euro less. We had in the cathedral. Republic of the Iberostar Bavaro, where we liked it so much. So we hoped. Also other hotels the Iberostar - chain a similar standard. The mix spoke to about 50% french, 40% Russian, followed by spanish, English, Italian and a little German. The guests were approximately between 1 and 80 years. The hotel is quite quiet and ... no partyhotel. Shade you get by the pool and beach until about 10:00 A. M. Pool and beach made a good impression. The hotel has a very nice beach section, wide, gently sloping beach without rock or rocks. To splash around and swimming suitable. The food we found average-you always found something. Shows we didn't visit. We would, however, expressly always friendly and quick hotel staff praise. The rooms were always clean. Every day there was fresh bedding and towels. The service in the restaurant and in the bars was everywhere ( even without tip) very attentive and friendly. For a relaxing vacation the hotel is well suited. If you for fourteen days all inclusive a price the 1,500, -€, you can in any case slamming. From about 2,000, -€ you get in Varadero for example the paradisus princesa del mar, where we last year were. A five star hotel, the us in Varadero by far the best pleased. read more

Waiters are always in a good mood.

Small, well-kept, lovely area, room changing possible (1st room was bungalow= run-down, Urine, balcony door by paint taped), second room= main building third floor right over Restaurantklimaanlage = constant noise and again balcony door taped, third room= main building third floor to the left of the lift, very badly soundproofed, but otherwise OK. In my opinion are the best rooms in the main building on the third floor of the lift, turn left, direction garden. Perhaps there was also renovated bungalows?

In May 2012 we were in the honeymoon at Cuba. It is a very nice hotel. Food, beach, animation etc. Everything was great. We are definitely coming again. You should also a trip to Havanna make. Cigar factory, Rummuseum, old town eTC. If the tour operator locally Katamarantouren are offered, you should go to a yacht for 4 people ask. It costs only 3 CUC per persons more. It is however much exclus. Than 40-80 people on board. Hint: when the exchange money there at the front desk sometimes problem, if the appearance small cracks had. Either new appearance carry ..., or when a bank in Varadero exchange. Passport not forget. So, then great vacation on Cuba. It is worthwhile. read more

This hotel is absolutely no four star hotel. Shredded towels, hair from the previous guests on the bed sheet,
Fridge dirty, bathroom completely worn, loungers by the pool constantly full bird excrement, chairs on the beach dirty and worn out. Cocktails partly not enjoyable. Quality only shortly before the weekly review by the guests something better. Glasses or cups at the pool bar were rarely clean. It is reasonable value for money here absolutely not. Good hotel, individual areas were used, like for instance the furniture in the lobby, partially room amenities but for Cuban proportions hardly expect. The only thing which was to be criticized, is the mold on the walls and curtains in the room and related musty odor. For asthmatics can be a solid problem be. Apart from that friendly staff in the hotel and at the beach, very beautiful hotel complex, beautiful beach. Peaceful location. For Cuban proportions the hotel is recommendable. read more

The hotel area was neat and very nice.
the complex consists of a main building I believe floors 4 and 2-story bungalows. In a bungalow are always four units.
the complex is not too big and not too small. It is a short walk, whether to the beach, restaurant, main building, pool, theater / disco and so on
partly you can see the age of the facility, but only minimally. Some bungalows it is the case, that the cleaner to small to peel, two paths lead a wooden jetty / wooden bridge to the beach, a wooden jetty is a ... few places rotten and therefore closed, but you can nevertheless without problems to the beach. We must not forget, that in Cuba and it is not so easy to get to building materials.

Dress warm, if you in the restaurant the hotel Los tainos go to eat. The air conditioning in the main restaurant is outdated and is not be regulated, either it is very cold ( the air conditioning was less than 15 degrees set) or the quite turned off. To each meal was the of the restaurant like stepping into a cold chamber. The numerous complaints as nothing really change, at best was the air conditioning completely turned off. The meal did not taste us, the beef was toe as leather, the Hühnerfilets were partly not even and geschmackfrei, the pasta ... was overcooked, sauces tasteless, the which fillets of fish had neither gesch nor consistency. The flummeries, those who were very sweet like, were good.
the watermelons gave it only to Christmas. Immaturity pineapple, grapefruits and bananas there was daily. To the freshly squeezed juices a good deal powder added. In the main restaurant was the coffee and the tea very thin. We had all inclusive booked the more we were surprised, that it for 2 guests together only every other day 1 large bottle of water gave. The chairs on the beach was really an impertinence. read more

We had hoped for more from the hotel, it is very shabby, the lobby is very old with rock hard chairs and a lot of smoke. The pool chairs on the beach and by the pool very old, dirty and worn. Beach was very nice but the water was too cold to swim in December 20 C about. Staff in the restaurant and pool bar lazy waiting on CUC's, then one is served. Rooms were cleaned badly. We are perfectly satisfied with our stay. Particularly positive we enjoyed the friendliness and willingness to help found the staff. The complex is very clean and constantly maintained. From its sight you can tell that the hotel is already a few years old. The biggest disadvantage were the elevators in the main building, friends of us had the pleasure to stay in there longer than they wanted. Which wasn't very pleasant, because it was quite warm in there. During our stay, there were also ongoing problems with the elevators. Whereas you can easily use the stairs when you don't have your suitcase with you (activity is good). The garden area was very nicely laid out and very well maintained. The rooms were normally cleaned pretty decently, and some ... beautiful hand towel figures were made. However, our boys twice had the problem that they got totally stained towels. The food was of varying quality, but we had always found something we liked. The most beautiful service experiences we had at the Japanese restaurant, highly recommended. You sat directly in front of the chef and he makes a small out of his work, in addition to all this, the Japanese food tasted very good (except for the sushi (a matter of taste). The cocktails were always varying concerning taste and alcohol content. The sea and the beach were really great, beautiful blue ocean and fine white sand. The only thing that missed to complete this dream beach were palm trees. We had a very negative experience at the beach with one of the lifeguards. Right on the first day was bad weather came up from the sea and there was a strong current. A guest told the lifeguard that there people on their mattresses were carried away, he didn't react for a long time. After some time, other employes of the hotel took the initiative and rescued those people. read more
