As a city hotel for one night to start a round trip acceptable. Unfortunately loud music and a permanent noise level, which one in the rooms the courtyard not to be missed. Also very badly soundproofed, you could hear every chairs back in the floor above. Huge room with bad facilities no mini bar, no hair dryer, only 2 small towels, air conditioning system not adjustable. Safety deposit box is available. Quick but also circuitous remedy small complaints. You can usefully dinner, while the breakfast in choice and quality below is. And before 7:00 o'clock early there were definitely ... nothing. read more

We arrived in the evening in the hotel at. The buffet for dinner was visible, the dishes were only warm. The dining room seemed to me like a fast food. The breakfast was good, different pasta, scrambled eggs. Room and service were very good. The next morning after the breakfast started our trip. read more

After our arrival in Cancun we simply slept there and the breakfast use it. Since we only 1 night spent there, we can no better Give any advice. For a hotel for a round trip but it was reasonable. read more

We only stayed one night in this hotel, since on the next day our tour started. I have two main points of criticism. First the food (we got a dinner for the purposes of the half board) was just ridiculous. We had the choice between fish or chicken and got a breaded with rice. The breakfast was just Sunday we had during the tour a number of hotels but was not to bad. Second level this our room was very noisy. From the outside we heard loud noises vonLüftungs and air-conditioning devices nrbst heavy traffic and everything inside which front ... desk area took place. In the tour we had no choice but vacation I would like to make there. read more

all in all the hotel is very well located secluded from hotel island, where many Americans romp. In the city center is a little quiet and there are more Mexican and Europeans. However you are therefore by bus to the beach to drive. For Tagesauflügler the close location to the bus station ideal. read more

    Positive: -big room -Large bed with good mattress -Large TV with Spanish and English channels -beautiful furniture -beautiful room decor with large desk and comfortable desk chair negative: -from the sewage in the washbasin it smelled rotten -in the bathroom were the long black hair the underside of the washbasin looks like a quarry -the air conditioning is noisy the hallway is loud and you can hear even noisy flip-flops

    Positive: -Cheap restaurant of the hotel -after several times over the American breakfast complained, we were given a free 'upgrade' to the breakfast buffet, which we found very positive. negative: -' American breakfast' consists of ham, potatoes and scrambled egg or quesadillas and is very greasy. -the buffet is quite offering a clear view and offers relatively much heavy dishes with meat and sauces -partly inflexible staff: the question, if the greasy quesadillas a rolls the ' American breakfast' have failed, the answer was initially a 'no' obsession.

This was our base for our round trip. Actually, we were completely satisfied. The breakfast could have been better, but we survived it. The rooms were tidy, large and clean with a flat screen TV. The check in and check-out was also good and the staff were friendly. read more

Round trip middle class hotel, that before this trip Yucatan-highlights was changed. Rooms are for a night oK, but a little noisy. Buffet in the evening was a bit poor, breakfast is brought on a plate to the place. Was A disaster. Check-in was from the travel guide carried out, check out and was fast. read more

the hotel is of middle size and quite manageable. it was very clean. Some people use this hotel tour groups start or base. there were no guests present the a beach vacation wanted to do in Cancun. the lobby is quite nice made, as well as the dining room. read more

    our room (section 234) was an outdoor corridor reachable. Our view from the room in the inner courtyard with pool. From here we could not noise from the street notice. There was a small balcony. our large, commodious room had 2 large King size beds with a large, carved headboard. In the camp buffet there was a TV. There was no mini bar. For 2 bottles of water and a coffee machine with coffee available. There was a safe, telephone and an alarm clock radio, air conditioning as well. A large desk with armchair was available. In the bathroom there was a big washbasin, bathtub with shower curtain. There was a hair dryer available, as well as small Bottles of shower stuff, kleenextücher etc. everything was very clean.

    In the evening buffet there was a wide selection of salads, there was fish and chicken, pasta and rice and soup. in the morning, there was also buffet, but our tour operators only American breakfast had booked (this was at the table served), you have to additional food at the buffet pay. you can of course (as someone review wrote) simply serve, but you on it it was pointed out, and you don't pay want, should you not just ignore them. the American breakfast was not to our taste. They had toast, ham and eggs. We preferred staying.

    We did not check, the took our tour operator. At reception I had solely the larger notes, which I in the airport changed exchanged, in smaller. The staff were very friendly. it was also English spoken. the cleaning of the rooms was great. complaints we didn't have any. other services we didn't use taken.

Für die eine Nacht war das Hotel völlig ausreichend. Da wir für die Rundreisereise keine Dreibettzimmer bekamen hatten wir zwei Zimmer.Beide waren waren in andren Bereichen des Hotels.Die Zimmer hatten eine andere Aufteilung und Einrichtung, waren aber sehr groß und sauber. Radiowecker,LCD Fernseher und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstück hätte besser sein können, Abendessen war OK. read more

After a long flight, not really short prior from the airport, in the hotel landed. Thank god! They gave us quite fast a room, a big rush, without english very bad, nobody spoke german, partly also very bad english. The room ok! Nothing more, nothing less, the location well, but the majority of the guests are only 1 night in this hotel. The food so, the breakfast is ok, but you should be there early, as almost at the same time want to eat there. You can to the beach bring, there is a Beach Club. And you get to ... see the first time. Water. Nicely blue. Great, but the club very loud music, enjoy that is unacceptable, the eating and drinking alright, could have been a bit cleaner. But Cancun for me, definitely worth a trip, so is a piece of earth destroyed. We are three nights there, because our trip only then started and we wanted to take the time to coach for the day, to be. It is almost a must ☺ We are a whole day with the dolphins been together, diving, swam, played and learnt much, it was all in english,but there is also one day in the week with german coach, with this program you can also the park with use, nice and refreshing. I have it on the internet from Germany from busy, it is cheaper, but the drive to dolpinaris is far and we have it with the taxi made. Www. Dolphinaris. com The hotel is located from the beach a whole piece and the correct urlaubssimmung is not, but it is enough around itself to the not so nice Cancun to investigate, this has much to do with Mexico to do! read more

Wir hatten das hotel zum Anfang unserer Rundreise gebucht, für die eine Nacht war das Hotel völlig ausreichend. Die Zimmer groß und sauber. Radiowecker,LCD Fernseher und Klimaanlage vorhanden. Das Frühstück war eines der BESTEN auf unserer Rundreise! 5 Minuten entfernt ist alles zu finden was man braucht, ATM, Supermarkt, MC donald ☺ ATM funktioniert mit normaler EC Karte und nur geringen gebühren von ca. 50 cent pro abhebung! read more

Von allen Rundreise-Hotels das deutlich schlechteste. Schlecht ist auch zu hart, aber ich würde es mit 2-3 *** einstufen. Es ist lieblos, recht gross, aber die Facilities passen nicht zur Masse der Leute: beim Frühstück lange Schlange weil alle Rundreise-Gäste (ca 5-6 Rundreisen starteten gleichzeitig) natürlich gleichzeitig frühstücken möchten. Die Zimmer wirkten schon etwas abgewohnt und lieblos. read more

As a hotel for a stopover on a tour is OK. For longer stays not recommended, even if only in terms of location. Had a room facing the street and it was quite busy. Breakfast buffet was OK and had a good selection. read more

Schönes Stadthotel ca. 10 Gehminuten vom ADO Busterminal entfernt,ansonsten ist in der näheren Hotelumgebung nicht viel geboten.Die Zimmer sind gut ausgestattet geräumig und sauber, das Frühstücksbüfett ist ebenfalls gut und abwechslungsreich.Poolbereich zum sonnen geeignet die Wasserqualität war aber nicht so toll.Check in- Check out funktionierten problemlos auch das Personal war freundlich und hilfsbereit.Wir hatten das Hotel für 2 Übernachtungen gebucht eigentlich nur um Isla Mujeres zu besichtigen. read more

Wir waren in diesem Hotel nur zu Durchreise, deswegen können wir nicht so viel beantworten. Aber das Essen war gut und die Zimmer in einem guten Zustand nur das Bad ist mit der Duschbadewanne gewöhnungsbedürftig. Ich denke für ein paar Tage okay aber nicht für länger! read more

Insgesamt drei Zwischenstopps für jeweils eine Nacht eingelegt, in drei verschiedenen Zimmern, aber leider immer eher Hinterhofatmosphäre. Und das egal ob mit oder ohne Balkon. Bettwäsche mit Hinweise auf den Vornutzer und Sauberkeit bei zwei von drei Zimmern/Aufenthalten leider nicht groß geschrieben. Wasser sehr chlorhaltig. Frühstücksraum, wenn Hotel voll besetzt, leider viel zu klein. Was bedeuted, dass Wartezeit einzurechnen ist. Nachfüllen des ziemlich schnell leergefutterten Buffets dauert auch einige Zeit. Für Kurzaufenthalte oder Ziwchenstopps kann man jedoch nichts falsch machen. read more

Bei unserer Yucatan-Rundreise verbrachten wir zwei Tage / Nächte im Radisson Cancun. Das Personal war immer freundlich und half auch bei kleinen Anfragen gerne weiter. Die Zimmer sind hell und freundlich mit zwei großen Doppelbetten, einem Schrank inkl. Kleiderbügel und Safe, Fernseher und Schreibtisch eingerichtet. Im Bad gab es genügend Handtücher, welche täglich gewechselt wurden. Die Lobby, mit ihren Sitzmöglichkeiten, diente gleichzeitig als Treffpunkt für einen Cocktail am Abend. Das Frühstücksbuffet war abwechslungsreich und die Auswahl hatte für jedem etwas zu bieten. Außer Toast und süßen Teilchen konnte man sich Omelett zubereiten lassen. Wurst, Käse, Obst, ja sogar Müsli standen ... ebenfalls zur Auswahl. Das Hotel war sauber und der kleine Pool für eine Erfrischung genau das Richtige. Wer sein Abendessen nicht im Hotel einnehmen will, hat in der näheren Umgebung viele kleine (auch typisch mexikanische) Restaurants, die man bequem zu Fuß erreicht. Für die „Durchreise“ kann man das Hotel sehr empfehlen. read more

die lage empfanden wir als nicht so gut, denn als wir im dunkeln noch was essen gehen wollten, haben wir nur mc donalds gefunden und uns auf den strassen sehr unwohl gefühlt.von der einrichtung her und von der speisenauswahl war es nicht das, was wir von radisson erwartet hatten,trotzdem für eine nacht ok. read more

Bevor meine Rundreise startete, war ich für eine Nacht im Hotel untergebracht. Für eine Nacht war das Hotel akzeptabel, es lag ruhig in einer Seitenstraße, nach 12 Stunden Flug hätte ich aber auch neben einer 6spurigen Schnellstraße so gut geschlafen. Die Betten sind groß und bequem, alles wichtige war im Zimmer vorhanden. Das Badezimmer angenehm groß. Das reichhaltige Frühstück war nett präsentiert, wer hier nichts fand, war selbst schuld. Längerfristig würde ich das Hotel nicht besuchen, aber wie gesagt, für eine Nacht..... read more
