As already said the food was delicious. The quality the food and drinks fresh, 3 dining rooms including one with no non-smoking.

The service was friendly. Language skills, there was no.

The beach was gepfl. Egt, as well as the loungers and the umbrellas

Nice hotel with approximately 90 rooms, from small to big, furnished nicely with a beautiful shower, small fridge for a. liter alletage free with non-alcoholic drinks refilled. The rooms very clean, daily fresh towels, every 2 days dasbett changed. The food was tasty 3 warm meals and many salads, the dessert there was of course not. The staff is really very nice and helpful, particularly worthy of mention manager askim. Nationalities german, dutch, norwegian, turkish. Average age 20-80 years. I can recommend the hotel. Will be back.

The hotel is close to the town circa 10 minutes, the beach 5 minutes away, restaurants right in the immediate area, unfortunately takes the trip to the airport somewhat longer, about 2 hours. ,public transportation are reachable in a few minutes.

The size of the room was sufficient, however a bit cramped between beds and desk/ vanity. The bathroom was a shower bath with a beautiful rain shower. Also here was the size enough. To the room had a balcony with a table and two chairs. The design of the room was good. Two separate beds, the pushed together could be, no worn furniture, a flat screen tv, air conditioning, as well as kettle. In the bathroom there was still a lighted makeup mirror and a hair dryer.

In Grand Bali there is a' restaurant'. In the morning, afternoons and evenings there is a buffet with too many dishes typical of the country. The quality of the meals and drinks was good to very good. Evenings there were on the courtyard terrace or specialties respectively freshly in front of the guest prepared food or simply times a chicken döner skewer. In all-inclusive are the local drinks, as well as Pepsi included in the price. Wishes they weren't, you have to for the 'foreign' drinks pay.

The staff themselves was nice, not to exaggerated, but just the coerced. If you don't have friends are looking for absolutely sufficient. Very accommodating, and without tip, was tolgahan from the reception, as well as his colleague with glasses, I unfortunately forgot his name. From the service in the restaurant, as well as in the bar was Kemal the nicest. If you didn't work at all, was Bilal. Even if many almost loved, I can this for us personally don't understand. Just rude! The room was cleaned thoroughly. If you don't want to be disturbed, it was in the morning taken into account. One decided later but for a cleaning and pressed the switch, was the room around noon/afternoon cleaned. Top!

As described above, there is a small shop with separated shallow pool and a jacuzzi. The couch surfaces are very limited. To the pool have a small, beautiful bar. Because we the pool not taken into account have, I can not judge.

As some before me wrote, is this hotel with its 98 rooms in comparison to many other in Alanya quite small. Included here the swimming pool. For the number of rooms and related guests definitely too small. However is this hotel a city hotel, the about 3 minutes hike to the beach and 10 to 15 minutes to the flaniermeile in Alanya away. Pushy animation you will not find here, which I personally very pleasant found. The cleanliness, at least as lobby, the hallway to the room, as well as the room itself, is great! We had all-inclusive and the food was positively surprised. Only the breakfast we could not really convince, but white bread and jams confidently food. The average age with the guests was too many 45 + and the nationalities mixed. Scandinavia, Holland, Germany, England, Estonia and so on

As mentioned above, is this hotel rather in the city and offers therefore no large pool area, hotel-disco, animation and so on Who on the above things want, is in the right place here! To it is about 3 minutes to the beach on foot, to to the harbor from Alanya approximately 10 to 15 minutes. On the way back to the harbor you have several restaurants and one or another bar. Excursions you can for example opposite the hotel book ( on the corner). Like here the prices looks and the actual transaction is, I cannot judge, there not taken into account. From the airport to the hotel there are about 130 kilometer, the transfer took arrival about 3, for the return trip 2 hours. This was because, because the hotel the last and the first on the way was and before other guests drop or were taken.

We had One room with balcony and toilet + shower. Room was big enough for 2 people. It was nice, that cleaning woman filled ours minibar every day with water and sodas. Furniture were pretty and bathroom clean and okay. We had a safe box at ours room and it was easy to use.

Waiters were great and dining areas was pretty clean. Only those damn cats were something i didnt like.

Stuff was great and friendly. The waiters were skilled and they had a good sense of humor. They spoke english well and some finnish words too. Cleaning woman kept ouer room clean and she teached us how to make and elephant from towels. That was nice!

At the hotel, there was 2 computers and internet connection. But who wants to sit at the computer when its holiday ;) Hotel had swimming pool and a hot tub. I didnt swim there, sun wasnt shine over the swimming pool area. Beach was great.

Rooms at hotel was in a good shape and clean. There was lots of cats at the outside and hotels reception place smelled like cat urine. Service was good and waitresses were really nice. Food was good and they had a lots of different kind of food, always founded something i liked. And those cakes,yummy!! =P Other guests were great company, me and my mom founded nice Finnish men and they took me dancing to the disco. There were Estonians, Norwegians and Finnish people. Xperia Grand Bali had no events at all and the swimminpool area was really small. I hope that the next time i come to Xperia grand bali, they have some events, maybe a little disco lights and music at night???!! =)

Me and my mom, we walked to the beach (150m) and we walked to main street and to bazaar area. No need taxi at all. One day we went to obas market place. We took buss, it was easy and cheap trip. There was lots of excursions, but we didnt take them.

Had a room on the third floor with balcony. Was very tastefully designed, big enough and the hotel description accordingly. Still to mention is, that a kettle and mugs for instantkaffee and DTE and whilst there was as well as the mini bar (water, coke, Fanta, sprite) daily filled was. LCD TV with 5 German programs (ARD, ZDF, RTL, sat. 1, Vox) and various foreign, CNN, RTV, EFT etc. was also available. only shortcoming: the rooms are on a annoying Kind of noisy, not at all steps or conversations, but I think because of the wall mounting the screens-on TV noise. Our elderly neighbor, it could not, point 7 hours the TV on 'pensioners vol' turn then, after an hour television, punctual at 8 o'clock for breakfast to go. Our plan was actually more until 9:15 o'clock to sleep... Breakfast there are until 10:00 o'clock! but by a conversation and 2 Rakis with the neighbors was the following days at least not a problem more.

Had'all inclusive' and we thus three times daily on cold-hot buffet served. food very adequate. We loved, that it to 90% only Turkish dishes - delicious! evenings there was always a selection of four meat-main courses and vegetarian alternative, as well as several side dishes, as well as lots of different salads and about 14 appetizers + 1 soup. Were different Turkish Desserts (very sweet!) served. For lunch it was the same, whereas only with 1-2 meat dishes and vegetarian alternative. waiters in the restaurant are unobtrusive and nevertheless straight to the drinks order at the table and are not begging for tips. But almost always 'tipped', everything so smooth relaxed drain. dishes and glasses were always clean, as well as the tables were after every guest with a new tablecloth oversight and were newly set.

entire staff very friendly, waiters unobtrusive and very quick in the drinks bring. All speak good English, the waiters even German. But the Einfachkeithalber especially communicated in English, therefore it is possible, the front desk staff also German speak. daily room clean and very thorough, for example under the bed fallen jewelry lay to cleaning on the pillows. only shortcoming was the in-house photographer, whose Geblitzte for the food disturbing was. We are not so on with'all inclusive'-Abdomen and loaded up plates on the hotel homepage to appear ☺ Came but also only once within 5 days before.

we didn't use. Pool was outdoor, in other words, to cold around in February used to be. sauna and Hammam we didn't use

the hotel makes a very attractive, modern impression. The location is perfect (1 minutes to the beach and 10 minutes to the port). audience especially German and in the retirement age. rooms were very nice and big enough. Only shortcoming was, that the course on the upper floors only with weak pears lit, what the hallways a little dark power.

distance to the 'Cleopatra' beach- 1 minutes to the port - 10 minutes next mini market- directly opposite the entrance of the hotel next supermarket (Migros)-5 minute restaurant/bar -2 minute everything within walking distance. So in my opinion best location, especially for people, not 24 hours in the hotel want to spend.

Room very friendly and well equipped, the daily cleaning very praise-worthy... air conditioning, LCD TV, balcony, Tel, fridge with available drinks, which especially great was... Free and good w-LAN connection! the only drawback was that the mattresses worn out, thus a bit uncomfortable sleep... recommend not, the rooms above the restaurant to take, because you up every morning by loud noise will probably be woken up (first floor)

The food was very surprised I personally! the morning buffet was rich, decent assortment, and fresh! the buffet in the evening was excellent and very delicious, top top top! it was cakes, salads, pastry, drinks, warm and cold buffet offered! Friendly and with jeweilgen signs excellent..., as already mentioned... Very, very delicious!

the staff can the German Language understand and speak. the waiters are friendly, by daily tip went very accommodating! little services, except under other massage, Turkish bath. in the entrance hall two computers with Internet access, 3 euros for one hour

sporty activities available, pool available, but not what the eye, small and for children quite unsuitable! No entertainment! the hotel is for families rather unsuitable, boring and few to no opportunities, the children somehow to do! hotel is not at the beach, to the beach about 1 kilometer.

As I was there January, for me it was temeraturmäßig reasonable... for many older transportation to and from the hotel was cold, and this hotel (in winter) term not again book. the hotel has little to offer, for a hotel..., to sleep and food, this hotel is good! hotel is up to date, and before 2 years renovated by!

from the airport Antalya to the hotel/ Xperia Grand Bali/Alanya is about 140 kilometer, the transfer takes about 2 hours the hotel is in a good location, to the beach about 1 kilometer, to the city about 1 kilometer. Around the hotel, there are different Turkish vendors, several restaurants and several grocery stores. the beach and the adjacent places for entertainment, play areas and so on are very attractive. in the hotel, and in the center are several suppliers, (TRIPS) to the day trips sights offer, prices comparisons!

the size of the room was pleasant, the furnishing was rather modern, large flat screen appropriate, so you with bad weather television could really. The bath we liked it very much, as a great shower with rain shower in the bath was. Also, there is a kettle in the room, so that one coffee or tea. In the fridge were coke, Fanta and water, which was refilled. Also the balcony was very nice. A nice rooms.

The food-all 3 meal times -is in buffet form-and I believe, that something for everyone -i personally tasted the sausage, the service is offered, not at all, but that is not a problem, some tastes it. Apart from that was the quality of the dishes excellent and since it has a rather small hotel is, that was buffet of course not so enormous, as in the big hotel complex -but just fine. Also, there is always fresh salads and fruit. The dishes were rather typical for the country, much vegetables, which very delicious prepared was, and most of the meat or poultry dishes and sauces. The atmosphere was pleasant and the guests were from all over Europe. Tips were naturally gladly taken, but the staff were also friendly and courteous without.

the staff were super friendly and almost all of them spoke very good German, but with English you got everywhere by. The cleaning of the rooms worked great and every day everything was clean.

A pleasant city hotel, that obviously freshly renovated was, modern rooms, super shower, cleaning has also worked great, the food was simply perfect cooked, even if the selection at noon perhaps not really so big, but I think, that everyone found something-just cooked well-for all inclusive it was nearly too much - either main course or appetizer -both would not. The guests were from all over Europe were mixed and also age group was represented.

distance to the beach was about 5 minutes, on foot, and we were daily at the beach in the sun. Transfer from the airport 2 hour good, but it was worth it to us, because we wanted to definitely in this city. Options for shopping -out of season-simply fantastic from price forth. We are every day to the port and it is also outside the bathing season, lots of possibilities for excursions and the people are glad, that tourists in the winter in the city. Also on excursions the prices of course better as in the summer.

* size of the room was ok * good double bed with good mattresses, lcd - tv with some german programs (ARD, ZDF, RTL, satellite. 1, VOX, Eurosport), small fridge, small desk, air conditioning, kettle, telephone, very good sanitary furnishings and a nice balcony. * since last renovation 2010 carried out was everything in good condition * our room was on the 1st floor over of the kitchen and the dining room, since it apparently no sound insulation in the ceilings is, was at 07:00 o'clock the night.

* there was a dining room, a smoking room, as well as a restaurant. For breakfast there was some sausage which aufkrempelte and already somewhat smelled. * turkish/international food * in the dining room there was a atmosphere between wartesaal 3. class and nursing home, musical untermalung 8 weeks the same cd

* very frequent turnover, there was a few friendly staff. But prevailed a certain people, i had the impression ' time tear off and wait for the end of workday. ' * a large part of the staff had good english and knowledge of german * the cleaning of the rooms was mostly satisfactory * near complaints was as a part of the possibilities response.

*entertainment programme at night didn't take place. At 23:00 o'clock were all lamps deleted and there was nothing more for hard currency. The tv was switched off and we were asked to our room to go. * there was free wi-fi access on the rooms, one of the its laptop with had.

* the hotel was 2010 good scrub down, the rooms were good equipped and were clean, disturbing were the außengeräte the air-conditioning devices. On our balcony were 3 device installed. At night constant noise. * the cleanliness left often to be desired. * all inclusive * too many german, between 65 and 85 years

* centrally located about 150 meters to the beach, 400 meters to the center * lots of small shops and pubs nearby, also department stores and supermarkets were easy to reach. * good and reasonably priced city bus network. Single ticket 1.25 tl (€0.75) Modern long-distance touring motor-coaches for trips into the closer and far environment. Good offer the travel agencies for excursions
