Top breakfast buffet with a big selection of fresh juices, fruit, pastry, warm and cold Foodhere no wishes remain unfulfilled. The cleanliness in the hotel and in the room is superficial oK, but not really corresponds to a 5 star resort. International audience and anytime again larger company groups, their meetings and Incentive Tourism make. The location of the hotel for any activities the closer surrounding field is extremely unattractive. There was neither a decent beach, or romantic pub ... -the hotel's own, small beach is poured and neither for swimming, still for sunbathing inviting. The sea is dirty and at low tide, the beach, where else the water is, until round 50 meters Rocky and muddy. We were after a walk on the beach until the next Bay never again on the sea. read more

    We had a hall-pool villa. This was spatially okay, in the second row to the sea via the one-bedroom Villas. The pool was a large bath tub and for the paid price for the journey a joke. After our complaint we got on the second day a complimentary upgrade to a one-bedroom pool villa. These are in the first row right over the sea, have a large living room with kitchen counter, free espresso machine, couch, large LCD TV and beautiful terrace with a 5 times 3 meters pool. In addition a separate bedroom also with LCD TV and a beautiful large bathroom with a view of the sea from the shower! Only fly in the ointment: the alleged heavenly bed could, other Westin hotels the water rich.

    We were except for the excellent breakfast only once in the Asian buffet in Eest, this was good, varied and with a little cooking very delicious. We sat in the open with a sea view and we had a beautiful evening. Otherwise we were all evenings in Phuket town for the food. Especially in the old town you will find many great restaurants, for every taste and great prices. Especially we can recommend the Dibuk in the same name street!

the hotel we really liked it-we have stayed in many five star hotels on the world, but this beats all. room and bathroom were daily cleaned, we felt very much at ease. the breakfast really has something for everyone offered, there were several juices, coffee, tea, smoothies( every day other), various sorts of fresh fruit, cereals, milk, Quark, edition, cheese, salad, hot soups, eggs in all preparations, fresh Omelet, roasted Chicken, Noodle meter Tomato Sauce, fresh Crepes, waffles, various sorts of bread, approximately 15 baskets with different cakes and so on. Just incredible. A few German guests, the majority of ... the guests came from Japan and China. we stayed in the two weeks not a single Bugs (in particular cockroaches) neither in the hotel still in the room! read more

    we had a room with pool access. The room was big, with a large closet, private safe, flat screen TV, minibar, individually-controlled air conditioning, huge large bed with 7 pillows! from the balcony you could directly in the swimming pool. In the middle room was the pool always for two rooms (but somewhat larger) the corner room had a private pool, but small. If you have more privacy would, should a hall-villa Rental- alone on the premises and has a small pool, terrace and lounge chairs (very nice). our bathroom was by a windowpane from the bedroom separately, so you whilst showering on the sea look could. as mentioned, the rooms were always clean -no creatures. in the room always sufficient towels, soap, drinking water, in the bathroom there was even an orchid-everything was really nice-we were not for the last time there!

    Absolutely super-we are otherwise rather sensitive and had in Thailand always at least once problems the stomach in this hotel: 0.00 we have only two of the three restaurants tested -the Italian restaurant was OK. Bit little choice and in my opinion a bit expensive. in the second restaurant we could share room-service-menu food but also much national kitchen and Chinese food. quality and price agreed here agree. We have gladly and often evening eaten. the Italian is completely open-the other restaurant is air-conditioned, but you can also eat outside and look at the sea.

    All employees were always friendly - on the second day knew the already, which our room was. By the pool there was free water and melons -is the place. Laundry a bit expensive but very fast. with English one comes everywhere further. 24 hour room service - very recommendable. front desk and bar always friendly and very helpful. in the entire hotel drive small trains the people to their rooms -the is good, because who at the top lives, has much to walk. lots of stairs in the hotel area (about 80 steps between the individual level) but as mentioned - small trains drive ☺ who in the hotel want to change money, should ensure that the notes no cracks have, they will then not changed ☺

    the hotel has all in all three pools and no matter how lots of people at the same time in the hotel were, there was always and at any time a place by the pool. We have actually a pool and other two 'only' photographed. One of the pools is further up in the area, the wide horizon pool is located directly in front of the sea. none of the pools is especially deep. we had additional a room with a pool access, but we didn't used and you have to at the hotel wasn't... in the morning was always half hour aqua gymnastics, during the day ran music by the pool but not pushy... at the pools and on the beach, there was more than enough Couches and sun screens, everything very well maintained and clean. towels stayed in the pool area free and everyone could be the same-so much he wanted-or even to change, if the wet were... the toilets stayed in the pool area exactly clean as the our room. water in the pool was always clean. the hotel has its own kids club that we but due to lack of children not used...

    the hotel lies all alone on a mountain, has a small beach. In the area there are two restaurants, on foot but a piece walk... the fish restaurant get a but from ☺ apart from that has the hotel every day several shuttles either a shopping mall or directly to Phuket town. Taxi costs for a whole day about 75 euros -take the a everywhere now, where you want to go-then one goes around the in my opinion stressful sightseeing with sales activity and looks is just the at, what one to see wants. Definitely recommendable is a Thai massage - in the hotel a little expensive, but in Phuket town, 15,00 euros for 2 hour very affordable.

We stayed at the January 2012 in this hotel. We recommend not recommend this hotel. The hotel's own beach was very small and especially very dirty. At the end of the beach was a dump (tyres, old clothes) to find. Also in the beach glass pieces were to find. Most of the hotel guests spent the time by the pool. The pool was simply too small. The hotel itself was nice, however overpriced. Many guests therefore to Phuket there cheaper to eat. The shuttle bus was however crowded and it came to waiting times. In the hotel area there was ... no infrastructure. In the night ran everywhere dangerous dogs around. We are really not a sensitive couple and have experienced a lot in my time, but for this price range and for Thailand you should expect more for your money. For us, this vacation was disappointing, if you are traveling far to Thailand. read more

The appearance of the hotel is beautiful to look at, a disaster and is not in the more beautiful part of Phuket. The hotel is on a slope built and with eternal Staircases. Unfortunately, it takes from the building below and from the top. So I had to climb over 100 steps to take the lift my room to shut down. The complex is well kept and visually appealing. The breakfast buffet was sensational. From the muesli up to roasted Pasta you get everything. Perhaps also, because the hotel is visited by many Asians. read more

    The man sandy beach naturally leads over many steps. The sea is very shallow, rocky and silty. Swimming in the sea You can almost forget. The hotel is located on a mountain slope, therefore you from every room unlimited view of the bay. Nice, the service is that it is, that the main building/ front desk the rooms at any time with a golf car is driven. You can but the steep or stairs. For women it is rather flat shoes in this area to ☺ rooms are large, new, well equipped. The doors to shower and toilet are clear glass. To be recommended the rooms with a private pool. The choice of the breakfast was excellent! Guests more Asian, hardly guests from Europe. Cleaning ... of the rooms was perfect. The beach in front of the hotel is clean or cleaned intensively is served each morning. For swimming it is more beautiful beaches. The worst service I have ever experienced in a resort. I complete disappointment. The property is beautiful but not maintained and cared for. The beach is on a muddy bay. So muddy we would not get in the water. The workers were completely disorganized and more concerned about socializing with each other than servicing guests. The pools were not well maintained and serviced and the location of the property is very poor and you cannot walk off property. read more

The hotel is very large, approximately 260 rooms, and the decision for the Westin was with mixed feelings taken. But our experiences with other Westins I was very confident. The hotel was 2010 opened, so the status of new here be given. In Sections the hotel makes the impression as if it 7a 10 years on the embossment. Worn-out Seating in the lobby, the Fliesenlegarbeiten are incredibly bad, in every area of the hotel I have seen. The architecture of the complex is very contemporary and attractive. If evenings the rooms and the balcony lighting was turned on is offers ... this is a really beautiful Sight. We took the TUC TUC service mostly from the lobby from used, the waiting in either processed. The Splash- pool from, the other end of complex to our room was, was the waiting time approximately 5 to 10 minutes.     We had a deluxe ocean view room. Very nice, large and functional, offers also for a large wardrobe enough space. Also very nice large bathroom. The view from our balcony to the bay and lying off Islands was terrific. The bed! Since we already several times in different Westin's guest were can I absolute Confidently say: 'this is no heavenly bed.' after the backbone to very sagged had a reinforcement are inserted, as to the matter a little better made. Not so good: -after a few days I had fancy a drinks from the mini bar, but the fridge was except business.     The Westin there are three restaurants we all extensively tested as we basically in the hotel food. SEASONAL KEY Breakfast and International restaurant The breakfast is gigantic and offers everything what you can imagine. Asian (Japanese, Chinese, and of course Thai) I can not the names of dishes enumerate, but when you see with the stamina and enthusiasm the guests already in the morning appetite had, it was fantastic. For us there was juices, Smoothies, egg dishes, Buttergemüse, salmon, roasted Bacon, grilled chicken, beef and pork, furthermore sweet Pastries and bread, in large selection, even ice cream in six different kinds of and so on. The rush of the guests for about 8 hours 30 to about 9 hours 30 from staff hardly be mastered, since the restaurant too small for the size of the hotel. There it also didn't help if from 6 o'clock in the morning is open as it was only from guests in use, the a tour or to the airport needs. The rest, the vast majority, has vacation and there is at 9 o'clock breakfast announced. Sometimes you felt like being in a cafeteria in a mittelständigen undertake at lunchtime.     Check in was easy and we were able to our room after half an hour waiting time relate. The English of the staff with the guests in contact is are for certain better than our. The employees are exceptionally friendly and tried to fulfill every request. We enjoyed the willingness to help very good. We had a very open nature and this was from the staff and replayed. At this point once again warm thanks for the friendly Affection. Room service was clean and OK, but evenings not the bed was opened and no bed was offered. The suggestions made to improve a awkward situation were timely implementation.

    Most hotels on Phuket are situated on the west side. This complex directly at the port in Phuket town to the east. To the center and central festival you need about 10 to 15 minutes. For holiday-makers who are in search of peace and quiet these are good conditions. The hotel offers a simply great view for each room, although the stairs sometimes disturbed. Unfortunately only very few restaurants in the area. The Spa area should have been much nicer in the complex are capable of integrating. Missed opportunity. read more

Very beautiful, new opened hotel of the Starwood group. Excellent service, beautiful, well-kept hotel area. Unfortunately relatively large Resort and beach/sea at low tide (from about 16:00 o'clock) not to use. Therefor many well-maintained pools. Absolutely recommendable. read more

the hotel itself is new and beautiful. the prices for Thai proportions however incredibly high, both in terms of dining, as well as the SPA regards. 1 hour-amassage costs about 2000 Baht, is however on every corner equally good for 250 Baht to have! Most disappointingly was however the beach, the number of absolutely not, which the pictures promised. Was actually only white sand. You have no shoes in the sea, without the feet of rocks plaintiffs and beds, or (!) in the mud to sink, should be made clear anywhere. altogether you can get a great beach holiday everywhere ... in better and especially cheaper Thailand spend. read more

Brand new hotel in one private Bay. Due to the hillside location is however permanently on the stairs. Each room has but also a perfect view of the sea. the staff there are a lot of effort and was always very friendly, even with one in the middle of the night fancy airconditioning, someone was there and we could without problems immediately always change (as a repair unfortunately was not possible). there is a shuttle to Phuket town for shopping and dining very convenient (to the hotel we only had 2 small Thai restaurants found, but in walking distance and ... very tasty!). read more
