This centrally located hotel features 50 rooms, lobby, restaurant outside guests, bar, elevator and front desk, the days usually occupied. The hotel makes a very well maintained clean impression. The 4 stars are for austrian standards appropriate. Parking spaces are sufficiently available. Guests were mostly german origin. Sufficiently large skistiefeltrockenraum (heated), as well as ski store room are also available. As far as safety is concerned is, however, a lot could be improved: everyone has access to the keys and the side entrance each (unauthorized) during the day access to the hotel (also to the ski room, the from the ... outside an access). read more

We had a double room with an extra bed. The room had a private balcony. The furniture are new (only the lamp did not look nice anymore, as they are already very unprofessional stuck). The bathroom was with a bath tub and window. The bathroom is also as good as new. It was missing however a shower curtain or shower wall, so that the bathroom after showering was quite wet. Everything was well-kept and clean. The walls have a new painting necessarily. There were small repairs on the walls and also whitened, which also is not to be overlooked. Small tubes tv with several programs was available. There was even a kind of safe: with the room key lockable bedside table-drawer.

You could in the evening between 3 dishes. There were also several times in the week a büfettabend (italian buffet, farmer's buffet, grill buffet). The menus were very varied and tasty, but some food was very salty were, which at the end of our stay but clearly improved. Always: large salad buffet. Beverage prices lay in the normal hotel level (for example 0,5 liter beer 3.70; 0.5 liter almdudler 4.00). Breakfast buffet was mostly the same every day, but wide choice. Therefore, we could already again and again vary. Special requests were fulfilled. One afternoon were the guests a studelbüfett invited (delicious!).

The staff of the hotel were very attentive and polite. Lack is immediately repaired. Special requests were fulfilled. Also the restaurant staff was very friendly and always immediately to the place.

The hotel has a pool with a heated outdoor area, and a sauna area with 3 different saunas and a relaxation room. The water in the pool but would have a few degrees warmer (especially in the outdoor area). A wrinkle also has the shower in the pool area: it is optically not separated. That means, everyone could when showering watch. Towels are free of charge to use. A bathrobe can one itself against a fee (2,50 Euro) borrow. Furthermore, there was a fitness room and a children's playroom is available. There were various massages and beauty treatments, which i also highly recommend.

The hotel is situated in the middle of place. There are altogether 3 hotels in krimml. Diagonally opposite there is a ski rental. The ski bus stop is only a few steps away. The bus drives however 30 minutes from the ski resort. In the location there were several restaurants, an après ski bar, a supermarket, two sports stores with ski rental, drugstore, bakery, pizzeria, disco and even a brewery. An ice skating rink are in the town unfortunately not. The nearest is in Neukirchen. The place krimml is not very big, therefore it is very easy to explore.
