All around friendly and attentive. 'salma' is to one with advice and act to the side. But also all other (nagui, Sabrina, Mario, maroo etc.) Care to every guest. In the low season begins of course not the bar, but in this hotel you can really take a break from everyday life. It speaks german, so that you without any problems could communicate. The room was always thoroughly cleaned. In the restaurant there is something for everyone. We will definitely come back again and i can definitely recommend this hotel. read more

An outdated hotel. Must urgently be renovated. For cleanliness and order is very much respected. We had during our current stay stop pitch and had very, very a lot of french people in the hotel. read more

    Yes... The was such a thing. Towels were changed daily. Our bathroom mirror has only twice seen a cloth. Stools or chairs there was not in the standard rooms. Toilet is extra. Heating worked great, but also massive smelly. We unfortunately too late announced. Phones didn't work

    Hm... The main restaurant was like a large hall. We were with the food not so satisfied, always white bread. It could really different types of bread and bread rolls are served. The waiters were always make an effort, and after a small tip still more ☺ The specialty restaurants we didn't use But the snack bar. Pizza and spaghetti very tasty.

    They are all very friendly and attentive. There was no problems in all, they were offered immediately. Thanks to salma, you are really the best. Room cleaning can be better. So not too much expect luxury. There is no mini bar in the normal rooms. We had a suite view, fridge available.

    The hotel is directly at the beach. To the airport approximately one hour. By taxi to Hammamet and yasemmin about 4 td. Already alone this trips worth ☺

    Never such witnessed food. We are then at night (especially also at new year's eve), despite the all-inclusive always to Hammamet to eat went (very recommendable: le barberousse ) and we always had lunch in the snack bar a pizza.

    We have never had such impudent and unfriendly staff experienced. There was constantly dispute between the other (french) guests, this treatment not much left, and the waiters, cooks. On the complaint over the quality of the food a guest he got from the chef to hear '... He should be foot and sit ', etc. Only the poor cleaning ladies were always nice, competent and friendly.

We had a very nice holiday and would go back although it is not everything perfect and the rooms not on the state but we found it to be very nice. I think the staff worries always everything no matter which one for an issue and the friendliness of each in this hotel is really remarkable. Can only recommend it. In comparison to other hotels in Tunisia, you are here much better repealed. Also the safety is here ensured. The complex is day and night well guarded. For me space 1 here in the hotel the restaurant. Every day different menus. read more

Good hotel. Fantastic location, good entertainment, good service. We were 7 days here, it is somewhat older but it was nevertheless clean and it was cleaned daily. The garden is a splendor and every day work since at least 2-3 people the food in the cafeteria was also ok, it was at every meal at 3 bodies' in front ' cooked or fried. Also the restaurants which in the all inclusive offer included would be great it was for example brazilian, italian and chinese offered. read more

Hotel is very clairaudient. The rooms are rather uncomfortable. The beautiful garden weighs a lot on, However there are a few room with a view of the sea. Apart from that the staff is to friendliness always friendly and tried the guest all wishes so well it goes to fulfill. read more

    For a short beach holiday more than adequate-beach/sea a few metre botanical garden 2 kilometer, old town about 3 kilometer -Jasmin Hammamet circa 7 kilometer, enfidha airport about 70 kilometer. Small shops in the immediate area. Plenty of taxis.

Who on vacation in an african country, in the 2 years, the government was overthrown and a four-star hotel bay, the can't expect that to eat caviar and champagne are served. And when a waiter not so friendly dreinschaut, it could also be because of it that he only 13 Dinar on the day! Deserves, so 6,50 Euro. And why? Because we all as cheaply as possible have a vacation want. So we were with the hotel the service the room the hotel and the beach very satisfied. Perhaps we will go again next year. read more

    The restaurant is the hardness defendendo. So a schweinefrass in a hotel i had never to me to take. Chicken with bones and fish and the every day for dinner. Such a armsliges buffet i really never seen. In addition every evening pasta which looked not wish they still have to eat. Now you could say i'm only complain but do you think it, almost all complained. In june i was this year already once in Hammamet also in a 4 star hotel and it was just simply great. Unfortunately this hotel fully booked. The employees in the restaurant have a face by the area of town, where i think well, maybe they had this fütter food. The picture has been even at breakfast not better. Example: one sort of sausage which sweet tasted a sort of cheese without any taste. If one cereal food wanted had one already so many lucky because there were almost never cups there. I could not continue it would not be better. Only so much the dining room also has no decoration. Cutlery on the table salt/pepper and that was it but also. I for my part was every time glad if i was ready and i have the ' meals' counted as i before me. In short a horror movie at the movie gate!

    Even the sun is for the service nor too much. I have already seen a lot, but such an unfriendly and partly putrid staff (restaurant) i have never experienced. Arrived i should next to my friends for a week there were (the poor pigs ) my room received. Sentence with x... Although you at arrival specified and it also was promised, it was not. Supposedly, it is not known as so much in this shop. In the room arrived and then only once out. Late in the evening to the room in order to determine the no towels there are. Ok right to the front desk and this information on. Now you are assuming that there is a people in the location is to solve this problem. In the movie gate the service was adequate. After any tried, so toilet paper for drying of the hands. Showering much so in the evening and also in the morning looks shit from with a toilet paper! After a very loud night early the room changed and behold what miracle, there is in the afternoon towels! Next problem but not long in coming. To change cold water and no hair dryer in the bathroom. Once again to the front desk you know now so slow and a description of the problems. To 2 days and a thick neck how unusual... A hair dryer was there! Room cleaning went even if dead insects also times 2 days in the bathroom were but one was now already tough. As this' hotel ' with complaints, i have not seen. Sluggish without limits hardly times a kind word.

Vacation in Hotel Miramar Movie gate (so called the hotel now) On arrival was so far all good. Also at check in. When we a safe wanted and this saw we returned from astonished not want to leave. Very simple junkers, and wanted the money. Afterwards we went on our room. It was a beautiful room bathroom and toilet were separated. To three days was the bathtub clogged. It took 2 days to it was repaired. Then was so far all good. The complex was in very good condition. Also the beach was in an excellent condition. The food was ... also good. There was no wide choice, but you could be satisfied. in the dining room was mostly a large crowd. The hotel was with approximately 800 guests occupied. Too many Russians and French. There was also a Italian, Braselianisches, Asian and Mediterranisches restaurant. The snack bar had from 24 to 24 o'clock open. So around the hour. The pools were clean and in good condition. For all loungers there were mats. The service was friendly and helpful. The rooms were cleaned daily and there was also regularly new hand and bath towels. All in all we were very satisfied. Then the last week, our toilet was clogged, we have three to four times reported but it did nothing. We had a public toilet go. Then it became too colorful and I complained. I said to a staff, if not immediately what is done I go to the director or to the travel guide. Point out we got immediately a different room. Even a suite. A sincere thank you at the service, maids and the Strandwärter. read more

The hotel complex is by the size and the number of the room reasonable. The general condition met however only after tunisian proportions the 4 star ( for example railing to the indoor pool is totally rusty and wobbly) The possibility, around the hour at catering to come, is given. ( it is next to breakfast-, lunch and dinner buffet, a 24 hours pizza, as well as a around the hour open bar ) the front desk is always occupied. Multicolored mixed guest structure. Of families with small children, to retirees everything was represented. A lot of french people, lots ... of russians. However easy to work with and easy to deal with. read more

    The double room was big enough. The wardrobe was large enough, the bathroom also. The separate toilet was small, but sufficient. A safe in the room wouldn't be bad been. We had a balcony, which with a table and two chairs the hotel was good. A tv was also available. The news perfectly adequate. The air conditioning has strange smell. So we during the day not let it run, but in the afternoon the balcony door open ( on the first floor this is possible without a problem) the door then also open. So sleep pleasant, if it were not for these gnats! Totally annoying! So: in absolutely no way - as we-the autan spray at home forget! You get in the pharmacy an ointment or a spray, but against it seems the bugs immune to...

    The staff at the buffet was attentive and friendly. With a little tip we booked without large what to say always a table got and the usual drinks were-without asking or additional cash benefits-serves. The food is very, very greasy and oily. The dishes are always refilled. If you fresh fruits sets, is in this hotel unfortunately disappointed! It is always a bit' fresh' ready, but the condition and the choice is very strong to be desired. In the shelf there is daily basis alternating oranges, apples, nectarines, as well as water- and honeydew melon. Sounds initially not bad in, but as mentioned, the quality was not the best, and gone is the coveted' fresh' fruit also very fast. Dishes typical of the country in vain.

    The staff were always friendly. On the first evening was noticeable to us, that the hair dryer is defective. We immediately addressed. The next morning, no 12 hours later, was a new, workable hair dryer appropriate. The staff speaks too many french. English worked also very good, even with German one gets ahead. ( with the one or another misunderstanding, but over the communication with hands and feet one gets which one would like) The bed linen is unfortunately obviously only once the week changed. The blood stain a beaten to death gnat in the bathroom from the 2. Day of vacation was also on the day of departure ( eight days later) not away! After a small accident on the slide, had a wound disinfected. We are on the entertainers openly and were immediately taken care of!

    The animation is very bad. You have to the entertainers high credit, that absolutely hard, their job well! That, what they are just bad and is embarrassing, but can't. The access to the internet at the front desk is possible, work however not always. The beach is wonderful. Many beautiful and above all broad, as described. We have a lot of value on the quality of the beach, as well as of the water and we weren't disappointed. The pools we have not at all used. These have however a clean impression made.

    The complex has direct access to the beach. The airport in Tunis it is an hour's drive away. The beach is very clean, the water is clear. The loungers, as well as the cushions and towels are included in the all inclusive-price for everyone. For the towels a deposit of ever 10 Euro will be charged. In the surroundings there is enough shops. The next bigger towns are easy within a few minutes with the taxi to reach.

Of al I here the negative reviews read, I thought the reviews come from some ete- petete people to high expectations have. Because I did not for the first time in a tunisian four star hotel I can that whole realistically estimate. The hotel is a total catastrophe. The outside area looks really nice from the palms the slides etc. However the rooms are repulsive indeed. As also helps the directly at the beach. To the beach you can achieve anything. The shops on the doorstep pool chairs didn't really lots to offer and the area is everything but nice. ... I would advise anyone from this, the Hammamet garden hotel and the El Mouradi hotel varies (as we done have) recommend this from his list. We both have hotels enter and looked at and were really sad that we are for that movie gate hotel decided. Our assessment: Space 1 El Mouradi space 2 Hammamet garden. ( all 3 in the same price range and all 3 have 4 stars) read more

    I have really no high expectations however: Abnormal! Toilets disgusting, we didn't even have a shower curtain, the tv was broken. The toilet was broken on arrival-was repaired and then dripped the flushing from the toilettenrohr -disgusting! Mold was behind the mirror and behind a picture tucked away. In the next room, where 2 of my friends stay 'had' dripped it from the ceiling-that can in a four star hotel not be.

    Food: diarrhea leaves regards... It tasted also not... Drink: who on cocktails the pure syrups taste, gestreckts beer and vodka after spiritus tastes is in the right place here... As I that last time in Tunisia has everything to lavender tasty (it was really matter of taste but ok-there were at least after somewhat tasted. - here everything has somehow the same, no taste...) I don't know as one not even spaghetti bolognese wangle can? That way you but with 12... Even the fries had a strange consistency.

    The waiters were nice, if you tip has been made. The cleaning ladies however not... I have the cleaning lady 10 Dinar given, since that room simply disgusting was. It has itself nothing changed the rooms saw still abnormally from... Also the toilets were never cleaned properly... Horror As I 2 years in another tunisian hotel was and the cleaning lady 2€ (4 Dinar) did we later come back on our bed were rose petals-sheets, from 2 towels were 2 swans formed a was shown... Everything was so nice... Something there was not. TO the issue tip: we had a nice seller conversation on the wages the waiter etc. If you think the poor people have no money is you wrongly! A waiter get 500 Dinar salary (250 €with the tip he comes however on 3000€ in the month! Exactly how these beach vendors... The sellers told like this beach vendors its son then a golf 4 bought at the time when the golf 5 came out. The son wanted the golf 4 not so the beach vendors him the gulf 5 bought... He had thus for 2 cars money and cars costs not really less... Everything rip-off... Worse than all the beggars on the streets in the dusk in their Mercedes enter.

    You could archery ( although it is only at a certain time but it was fun-I middle met) you could beach volleyball play soccer play tennis play basketball table tennis jogging at the beach... So when it comes it was ok. You had 3 slides the steepest unfortunately was closed. The slides were ok, the pools were small.

    Walking is nothing reachable only a couple shops where one that coerced get... You can with the taxi 5 kilometer far to Hammamet-yasmine drive (5 Dinar - 2,50 Euro) as it looks completely different and more selection. Shops with fixed price available. The beach is right next to the hotel that's why the 3 suns otherwise I would not a sun... We have the other hotels see, between those we have faltered and we really for that beschissenste decided. For the same price we had a lot of better may have. I would advise anyone the hotel El Mouradi in Hammamet Yasmine recommend... As the neighborhood looks better the beach is also right on the other side of the street and there are many shops and cared for beautiful streets on the doorstep. In Hammamet Yasmine one is quasi in another world. The hotel Hammamet garden we saw and could this rather taken instead of movie gate...

Why has 3 months so much has changed? The choice of drinks and food has decreased dramatically. The so far proven and extremely friendly staff goes away, but young staff after, but the kindness and speed leaves often much to be desired. We would wish, the old staff to get and good pay, because it is worthwhile. This people have helped, that in this hotel a family-friendly air conditioning prevailed has. If you are in the Miramar arrived, one felt immediately at home. If you like we more often in this hotel was, One with much respect received and treated. ... We have no 24 hours in this hotel work. The outside area ( pool, etc...) were in a bad state. Chairs were broken, cups flew by the complex, the employees were so grim. The pool with the slides was Moosgrün and the lawn equal rather a field. There were more guests in the hotel as chairs available were. From local Tourenverkäufern to be silent completely.
