Bungalow rooms are in a house with about 8 other Parties. The rooms are bigger than a standard room and very tastefully equipped. The dinner was very varied, there was no day the same dishes. Also side dishes repeated a week long not. Every day there were several dishes with fish, Pork, Beef, Chicken, Lamb... Once there was also an Asian accented evening with sushi. Pretty awesome! A trip after elafonissi to the dream beach is worthwhile very. Sonnenschirmpreis for 1 day 7 Euro. read more

Variety and quality of the dishes & drinks with the Karibik and Mexico comparable. Drinks in real glasses serves, what a exception in the' all inclusive' design is. The hotel is in very good Maintained. A exception the water temperature was in the pool. The water was a little cold-it warms it not. There is entertainment outside of the season not. It is one of the best hotels in Greece we havebeen. read more

The driving Directions from Heraklion airport to the hotel was a pain. Were about 3 hours on the way. The hotel itself is a dream. Service very good. Good bus connections. Spa area very good. read more

After our Imperial garden view room as too close to road, school and pizzeria had been, we were immediately moved to another room by the pool. A room with a view of the sea or in the upper area of the hotel was to be recommended in any case! Pools a... Cold in the October, but there is a heated indoor swimming pool. Staff very friendly, food was fine. read more

Safe had to be paid extra, therefore a small minus point. The pool was very cold at the end of October. You could hardly walk, therefor the sea was really warm. The wellness area with Hamann, sauna and Jacuzzi is not recommended. Smells musty and the water Hamann (Turkish) in the walls were moldy. But it is summer vacation place and we were only in the Spa, as the weather was not so good. The grounds are great and very spacious. Above all, one of the pool directly on the beach was very nice. The beach chairs at the beach ... had to be paid, of course not. The hotel is highly recommendable, again at any time. read more

the hotel consists of two complex, the together by a bridge linked: in the old complex, we have stayed in, is located the restaurant, the larger pool area (with its own, however overpriced, pool bar ), a tennis court as well as the front desk. The rooms here all have at least one terrace, some of the bungalows have a private pool. The cottages pool are the pool landscape through hedges separated, wherein however the pool visitors to the bungalow see. In the old part is further the spa-complex as well as a small mini market. All in all I ... would personally because of the Abwohnung the room the old complex 4 + stars. the new part boasts a flawless complex with wonderful rooms, some of which are also a Überlaufpool have. In the new complex there is also a smaller pool available, the highlight is definitely the sea-side restaurant with dreamlike Overlooking the private beach of the hotel velvet sea. the cleanliness was very high, everywhere was meticulous pay attention to, for example gardener the Rasenlandschaft maintained, the rooms were cleaned daily eTC. we chose half board decided, but bring any further significant reductions the beverages during dinner extra all nights will be charged. We have however also many guests with all inclusive-Bracelets seen. the guest structure was very mixed: very many Greeks, Scandinavian and German; further were Serbs, Armenian as well as Russians represented.     the size of the rooms was about 30 square meters. Every room has a bed, couch, small TV, climate, safe (unfortunately only for a fee ) as well as a box. Beware: not from the website, get distracted! On the homepage only the rooms of the new complex shown, none the room from the old complex you can see on the homepage. Therefore not shocked his, that the rooms not as luxurious are. on the first day we got a room the beyond good and mean is ( room 211 ): the view through a power poles (the was very loud ) hidden. Also there is below this room the Müllraum: accordingly loud were the trash collection. The box in this room has eased and almost hurt! No, such a situation could not go on: at the front desk we have a new room requires. Since on the day everything was fully booked, we have on the next day a new room get. So: avoid definitely room 211 as well as the guests or underlying room!

The main restaurant offers a variety of food in buffet-form ( dinner ); every day there is a other selection, the however in the one-week rhythm repeated. the breakfast is however everyday the same , is however because of the large quantity of the food never boring. was hygienic the restaurant immaculate, the tables for each new Visitors again set. the Küchnstil varied: Greek, Italian, spanish etc. the prices for the beverages are accordingly the stars expensive: so costs a big bottle of mineral water 2,80 euros. once a week grilled: dannstellen the chefs including the Grillern out and conjure up all kinds of delights.     For Privatebeach it was approximately 100 meters. Because of the surprisingly very strong waves in we hardly used this. The next town is platanias and on foot in 10 minutes on the main street reachable. The main street unfortunately in a bad state, with our baby carriage we had often trouble. As the Greeks a very nice and would people is we were bring any further significant reductions often compromise ( for example the people maintained until we know the narrow street happened and have ourselves not over the heaps coagulated ). The airport transfer fraud with the taxi about 30 minutes in platanias there are many purchaseand entertainment possibilities. It is however generally families aligned, discos and clubs here are not there. There are sport bars, fish fun ( very recommendable, small fischchen the cornea from the feet wegknabbern ☺ restaurants, Souvenir shops and car rentals. Mc Donalds there was no ( luckily, the gyros variations are excellent ). Nearby from our hotel there was a Lidl-supermarket, as you can with food and things for children (we have disposable diapers bought, they are on an island natural much more expensive ) setting. possibilities for excursions offers Crete very many. We are in the West remained and with a rent-a-car villages and the coast explored and once after Chania dangers ( worth seeing: the Venetian port ).

We stayed at this hotel really felt comfortable all around. After a somewhat long journey from Zurich on Berlin-Tegel after Chania, we have a truly luxurious and well-appointed the hotel was pretty good. The friendliness of the staff and the facilities at the hotel were very satisfied. A few employees spoke German, but with English you could get by very well. A bit of a hassle is the reserving of the beach chairs in the morning, as there are more about the hotel, but on the beach there is an adequate number of places. There are the umbrellas and sun-silvered ... small than in the pool area, but therefor is the view of the Sea and the quiet compensation enough. Very positive is the size and decor of the Imperial rooms! We had a really nice stay and can recommend this hotel with good conscience recommend it. read more
