The hotel has a pleasant total and is not a huge concrete block. Yet the best times of the hotel over. It is partially very worn out and a renovation would be recommended. Wireless internet in the hotel not possible, internet only for a fee possible. 80% of the guests are Canada and often very celebration and drinking. Luckily we had our reiseaufenthalt outside the canadian holidays booked, so the average age 40 and up. read more

    Our first double room had the number 518 the catastrophe! The room was moldy, it smelled of mildew. There were ants on the bed around. The electrical was very poor. The adjacent disco basses our room until 2 o'clock mornings. Right after that was the entertainment by the often drunk guests further, the loudly your room went to. However we got 2 days later after our complaint a suite, whose condition acceptable was. Newcomers are apparently always in the hotel, if you are not early complained it is your own fault. Room 518 get 1 sun Room 133 gets 4 suns

    Restaurants and bars there are some. The quality of the dishes was not to our taste. (very greasy, überzuckerte and cold meals). Partly for us it was very difficult varied food to find.     The staff's hospitality was very mixed. Some were always happy, with a smile on their faces, while others only with tips managed and even then was the friendliness rather mau. With english one comes in this hotel actually always gets ahead. Some of them spoke even a little german. On request after a room change our concerns taken serious and we could the room to 2 days change.

    We didn't take advantage of the leisure activities on offer, but were offered. The pool was so cold and unhygienic that we didn't use it. The chairs at the beach were so saggy, that the slats on the vertebral column digging. If you're lucky one gets a somewhat better couch. But very often the case, was. Umbrellas and chairs were at the beach but always sufficiently available. The pool area give 2 suns and the beach 5 suns (because of the uncomfortable beach chairs)

    Distance to the airport and beach are great. To Varadero you drove in approximately 8 minutes by cab. Can one shoppen in Cuba in general rather bad, except for souvenirs, as well as cigars and rum. Varadero is a pure tourist town and with cuban flair nothing to do.

The hotel is great nice. We had 1 junior suite, the room was large and clean, a closet with 3 drawers and a clothes rail, well for 2 people too few. The bathroom was totally gutted and not clean. Showers in the bathtub, but you need a lot of time because the water pressure was missing. In this building there was a disco and a restaurant. In the 2 week incredibly noisy. The food was varied but the warm dishes as the vegetables were lukewarm and not. Of spices no speech. Also was missing many a time the jam and ... even had for two days no butter. Something should star hotel not happen. The beach was beautiful however the loungers totally worn out. Our fasit! Not recommendable. read more

Lots of negative allegations, the put on this platform written, i can't confirm. No matter wether you a small tip of 1 cuc or nothing at all the staff has, one was always very friendly and accommodating treated. The waiters me anstandsfrei served and the longer the stay in the hotel was, the family was also the atmosphere. It is true, that in the morning and at noon small sparrows and other birds in the open restaurant flies, around of table or plates to pilfer, however only when unattended plates and tables, the directly at the large open windows were. ... For us was the not a problem, as always at the table sat and the birds not to approach could not believe. For me was however the accommodation in the big main building, where the most rooms are, a bit of a problem. In this building, the way very clean and nice is, is located the disco. From 22 hours until 2 o'clock you can, the closer the disco lives, the bass well hear. The young party people, the from and on the corridors noisy talks, can to nightly disturbances lead. However, i have not asked, whether it would be possible, a different room in another part of the hotel relate to us. For only a week was this small inconvenience quite bearable. As another guest, which we know there learned, easy room could change, i can noise-sensitive guests only guess, are in one of the a lot of bungalows house to let. There is very nice and quiet. Furthermore have the entertainers the guests nothing and i felt the program offered quite pleasant. One had always your peace and the music, the beach bar to the beach over blowing, was not bothersome. In comparison to Thailand you are not at the beach by cuban traders bothered. They are only on those guests come, the actually interest in the goods had. Overall the hotel is also very safe. Next to several lifeguards have securitymänner amongst others the outputs to the beaches guarded. We were not even asked, whether we guests were, as they very quickly knew, if you are a hotel guest or not. All together the vacation was breezes very nice and very pleasant. We were never bored and quickly among the guests connection found. The hotel complex is not comparable to the high rise hotels in Varadero. The palm trees are higher than the accommodations. (max. 3 floors ) very well maintained, always green area with a numerous flowerage. An oasis for, where one looks. Area spread over many sq km. However, everything conveniently accessible. Well maintained accommodation (junior suites and suites with two rooms) vollfunktionstüchtigen air conditioning systems on the accommodation stepless variable including temp. All-inclusive plus. Bar at the front desk has around-the-clock opened. Guests from d, Canada, a, (mostly) children only starting from 16 years. Very quiet for relaxing. Had 3 weeks in this hotel booked. Because of overbooking we were the first week sol sirenas (see review) accommodated. Afterwards 2 weeks in this hotel. Room in the main building too close to hotel's own disco and on neighboring hotel ( whose theater and disco right next to it). As we had leaky ceiling water from the ceiling complained we were asked: Do you want to a different room? Had already enough from our Umzugsurlaub! And asked only to repair. In short: Caraïbes anytime again! Cuba no thank you! read more

We had a nice holiday hoped but when we arrived the hotel was Overbooked, although we in October had booked. Then in the Coral/ Sirenas hotel for a week. There were the rooms bad. Then we came finally the breezes and had a beautiful week. The room was beautiful and the food was not as bad as the Cuba says. The indicated overbook was there beautifully often since we are not the only were on the prior day. That is probably often Sunday In short once Cuba enough. read more

Very nice location, but some deficiencies, sometimes there was no tomatoes, no bananan, as the socialism this. Staff are very friendly, recommendable is the coffee bar. The neighboring hotel is very noisy, after we had complained, we got a quiet room made available. The majority of the guests are Canadians. Sometimes really beautiful striking. ( alcohol) read more

According to round trip in this hotel. Check in smoothly. We had a junior suite on the highest floor. In the closet we still found a T-shirt from the previous guests. Apart from that was the room always clean, it was large enough, and from the balcony a wonderful view of the garden and on the sea. In time, the bedside lamps against new exchanged, and a new fridge brought. Only the coffee implements were certainly already somewhat older, very hard. The staff in the restaurant was always friendly, at the pool bar was the not always the case. It ... was remarkable, if regular guests came, mostly Canadians, as warm it commends and hugs were. The beach was great, there were always beach chairs and sun screens, and if you to the left went, you could wonderful quiet and without music and animation beach chairs. From the evening shows we were a bit disappointed. Only the Tanzpaare were great. read more

The hotel is a large but also already quite old. One is apparently now the individual blocks to renovate. The junior suites are not recommendable, partially quite sad condition. A sliding door much me just contrary to, the shower head was completely filthy, the flexileitungen the bidet were black, the fridge rusty. Therefore, one could live, but the worst thing was the constant noise from the neighboring hotel. It started at 11:00 o'clock with cha cha cha and went until 23:15 o'clock and you had even with closed doors and tightened curtains the impression in the middle of ... in the disco to is possible. After complaint we are in another block in a very beautiful, quiet rooms have been accommodated. 80% he guests were canadians, the staff are very friendly and not pushy at all for tips. The food was durchschnitrtlich, typically socialism, sometimes there was no bananas. Then again no tomatoes. The hotel has a beautiful private beach, in the end everything rausreißt. Highly recommended are the à la carte restaurant. read more

The hotel area was very large and in a park garden embedded. There is a main building, the junior suites, that Italian the restaurant and the disco are. Apart from that there are 2-storey bungalows, in the whole hotel area. the hotel is in good condition, even if it is a building from the seventies. the majority of the guests canadians are middle age( however no party idiots, but really very nice people). Furthermore during our stay, there were also lots of Italians, French, Netherlands and German represented. read more

    We stayed in a junior suite in the main building building. Room everywhere furnished, with double bed, TV, sitting area, safety deposit box, fridge-but empty!, bathroom with bathtub, hair dryer. The room was rather sporadic cleaned. Towels were hardly changed. Our bed sheets had some clear stains. However for Caribbean proportions acceptable.

    It is the buffetRestaurant, that breakfast, lunch and dinner and three à la carterestaurants (a Italian restaurant, a Cuban and a grill 'restaurant', the during the day the grill and snack at the beach is). buffetRestaurant: breakfast: freshly squeezed juice, coffee from the machine, fruit, salad, bread, etc. You can also wash yourself omelet or fried egg freshly prepared. tip! At the pans by hand contact, whether this hot, as was often the scrambled egg, Beans etc..     the staff at the front desk is very friendly and spoke English. our maid we never encountered and may that's why none of its friendliness make. on the friendliness the restaurant and bar are our opinions differ. There are some, the very nice and accommodating are- even if one could not every day Giving tips! however we also had the experience make, that some waiters only serve, if you every day sufficient A tip. Of course we know, the staff from time to time a little tip, but we didn't spend any money to push, only then will we be able to our plates in the à la carte restaurant not get killed.

    There is a fitness room, in the old rusty devices and my friend to almost the knees would have broken. The stay of leave! animation is there but not annoying. The beach was guarded by a security guard from the hotel. There are the whole day vendors past, but not pushy. beach chairs you don't have to reserve. We are only on the beach and have always a couch with sun screen found!

    The hotel area was very large and in a park garden embedded. There is a main building, the junior suites, that Italian the restaurant and the disco are. Apart from that there are 2-storey bungalows, in the whole hotel area. the hotel is in good condition, even if it is a building from the seventies. the majority of the guests canadians are middle age( however no party idiots, but really very nice people). Furthermore during our stay, there were also lots of Italians, French, Netherlands and German represented.

    The location of the hotel is direct at the beach. by bus/ taxi is about 15 minutes in the center of Varadero. In bad weather there is the possibility to shop for a 5 CUC per day(about 3-4 euros) by bus the island Watch or various caves to visit or a show at the dolphin arum to visit. (Wherein we firmly opposed to this cruelty!) in Varadero in different restaurants and bars or also a little shop.

Old hotel from the probably 60' years loud music from the pool so that you in the room its own word even more understands, the food was totally tasteless as well as the plates for food( small Tossed salads). We should here a week beach vacation make, but after 10 minutes I wanted to leave. The hotel is a party hotel for Canadians and tourist with small Budget without some expectations. We left after one week cruise arrived at the breezes. Check-in, room, was fast and without problems. The room was massive, very clean and nice equipped. Although our room direct at the pool bar was, it was at night no choice noise. We felt good overall. Waiter, maid service and other staff are very friendly, many could speak a bit of German speak. We will definitely again come back. read more

In any case again! We had a great large room with massive balcony. The complex is anytime again newly renovated, is not intrusive. The beach a dream enough loungers available. Food sharpened and all very friendly. A two day trip to Havanna made highly recommendable! In the pool we were not only times. A super entertainment team available! And the evening shows were great entertaining. Next year in any case to this hotel again! read more

Who Cuban proportions observed everything looked not so tight ☺ everything is not high by the cleanliness as with us but honestly of is personally no matter to me former. The staff needs only a training because the details the complaints are you can easily and quick fix. ( coffee spoons missing often and by some staff not brought the say then with the knife stir up). A really wonderful beach and the sea a dream. I am so impressed by the country that I again fly only tours to make. read more

the hotel consists of several Houses. For the European guests there is a large main building with junior suites. There is also a sort of bungalow village with numerous two-storey houses, which newly renovated were or part. our vacation in the renovation there. the suites are very well maintained and very clean, equipped with a TV, DVD, bathroom, King beds and a small kitchen with coffee machine and fridge. The Suites in the house for the European guests are a bit bigger, but the disco a little noisy. We are in one of the bungalows drawn, since there quiet is. ... altogether we were with the service, the move necessary made very satisfied. all rooms air conditioned. in the hotel gives it to 95% Canadian guests, with a very good Manage is. The remaining 5% share German and Italians on. With the Canadian guests it is mainly regular guests, the every year return, the average age is upscale, but very pleasant. the hotel is located in the middle of a massive palm trees garden close to the villa DuPond on Pudertzuckerfeinen and white beach of Varadero. To the town center you need a taxi (about 6 CUC) or you can take the bus into town (5 CUC/person)-the ticket is the whole day valid. read more

    the hotel is not the newest, however was constantly renovated, painted or improved and improving. the rooms are very clean and very generous and are equipped with tv, here unfortunately only a German program (but who wants to this paradise even before the TV sit), a DVD player, balcony, a huge large bed, air conditioning, kitchen and modern and very clean Bathroom. A safe is available and a key service, use is free of charge. the room offered several opportunities to sit, a desk, as well as a fridge.

    We had super all inclusive booked. in the hotel there are three à la carte restaurant, as well as a buffet restaurant. very recommendable are the Italian and the Cuban restaurant. Less was delicious the food in the buffet restaurant been. This applies however only for the evening. We were mainly in the à la carte restaurant and we had a very in good hands felt. the dishes were international and typical of the country. The Selection at the buffet was not huge, but it was full when we left. To The Hygiene one can only say: everything very clean. for breakfast there were freshly squeezed juices and Smoothis . lunch we usually skipped, since we at the beach were. nevertheless we have now and then a burger or a pizza offered in the beach grill and were treated ourselves very satisfied. the hotel has several bars. Depending upon gusto you could here relaxation or on the cleaner belt. Very recommend the bar Duna, in Tania and Roberto the Sceptre hold. delicious cocktails, Longdrinks and other drinks are on the map. National and international. During my vacation i had my birthday. Spontaneously the staff the bar Duna and of the restaurant Martino, as well as the Supervisorin Mabel a small party in the afternoon for me there. With music and birthday cake. many thanks for that. for the evening we had the small pavilion reserved, we best steaks, lobster and many other delicious things enjoyed have. Wine and champagne included also to our Arrnagement , what I about 50 CUC extra paid. This unlikely worth it. It was beautiful. the atmosphere is loose. For the à la carte restaurant you should appropriate Clothes along. In The buffet restaurant it was rustic to. I can only anytime again stress, that the people of Cuba incredibly friendly, helpful and left are. the prices are angemessn and the tips were gladly taken, are however no obligation. I am however think, you, if you the whole day a first class service claim, not picky should be.

    the service in the hotel is excellent. very friendly staff, both in bars, as well as in everything restaurants. All Service staff speak several languages, the best way however with English. German is not so common, however you could also with German durchfummeln . the hotel has a nurse and a few meters away is an international hospital. on arrival we had a very loud room directly above the disco, this we could however on the next day exchange, without any problems. the reception staff are very friendly very service-oriented and tried almost every wish to fulfill. the hotel is the first, on which I do not reason to make a complaint. in case it once a small something gave, was fast and uncomplicated to be clarified. many thanks.

    the hotel offers a discreet animation program and in the evening some quality beautiful Shows. furthermore there are in every restaurant live music. With such a beautiful beach we have the pool didn't use it, he was however very clean and pleasant temperature. recommendable the Jacuzzies , the pleasant 38 degrees and 24 hours are open. the beach is simply beautiful. It is very tidy and the staff at the beach eighth point, that no trash being done. There are more than enough Couches and sun screens available. The twist are comfy Palmenhütten with Lederbezogenen mattresses, to which it is correctly relax can. Here it could be perhaps still a few be more.

    the hotel is directly at the beach, depending on the room you have to the palm trees garden cross and then got on a very well maintained beach section with plenty of beach chairs and sun screens. The Village center of Varadero one reaches after around 30 minutes away on foot or within a few minutes with the taxi. Varadero is a small town with numerous stands and a purchase Center, however not spectacular. Some excellent restaurants are in Varadero, so that El Rancho or a Italian restaurant in the park. For all wild dancing there is a chic Bar with live music and salsa. From The tour operators, as well as from the hotel numerous excursions in the immediately ort after Havana or Pinar del Rio are available. Also several car rentals are in the immediate proximity, so that longer Jaunts no limits. the airport Varadero isn't far away, but you get in the hotel anything from it. the airport Havanna is in about 2. 5 h by bus to reach.

Cuba is a very nice destination with very nice and friendly people, in spite of the Poverty and the poor economic situation. The excursions are in proportion very expensive, but it really worth seeing. The hotel is nothing special. To 90% are the guests from Canada and very drinking. Hardly German. The 4 stars are not justified. We had molded walls and dirty sheets. Bathroom and rooms were never really cleaned, also not after tips has been lodged. The interior fittings was also very shabby. Also without tip are not gladly seen and you will also accordingly Served, badly or ... not at all. We had our table sometimes even setting, cutlery and plates were mostly not really clean. From the tablecloth we could the menu of two days still reading. The food was also quite monotonous. The service staff spent your time mostly off the beaten track from the holidaymakers and drank prefer wine and beer, instead of their work to go to. The evening entertainment was always really short and on the Canadian guests cropped. After 21:15 o'clock was in the hotel nothing more loosely. The outdoor area is however very well maintained and the beach was also clean. Postcards should not in the hotel be delivered. They will not be sent! They make the stamps and sell the go. We have at least 10 maps delivered. Until today (28-02-2012) is not somewhere arrived. We can the hotel not recommended. read more
