The repeated stay we experienced no disappointment. Fits the value for money excellent. We had a very spacious apartment. The word hospitality is important here. We stayed for a family celebration for new year's 2012 three vacation apartments rented and were very satisfied with everything. Facilities, location very good, attractive, functional and very clean. The service is all around very pleasant friendly. A broken kettle was for example immediately exchanged. Binz is anyway always worth a trip. So, for our purposes the hotel was ideal.

The rooms are tastefully decorated and clean. Unfortunately leaves the cleanliness in the bathroom to be desired. The shower cabins are lot of lime and there is massive black mold in the fuger on the shower and in the joints of the wall tiles up at eye level.

We were 2 families and had the vacation apartment next to each other booked. We were accommodated in different houses. The bedroom door could not open properly. The 2. bathroom was so small and the washbasin was also very small and could hardly be used. The value for money value for money is good in the vacation apartments not. read more

So, we were new year 11/12 in binz and chalets was very nice. The complex is great and very well-appointed rooms. We had self catering and there was everything there from the toaster to claw to dishwasher+ 1 tab (neht still some of at home with)! For 4 people it was apartment very adequate. The bathroom was a bit small, but very clean, as well as the rest of the apartment. Nice Operations at the front desk! The pool on the other Page of the kids street there was also a highlight( the pool is in a separate building, like ... a small spa Temple ☺! You can also pool and darts! And it is important that you estimated M to the beach ^ ^ runs I can only recommend! read more

Great area-for every guest group-unlimited recommended. The pool is great. All the same whether single, couple or family. You feel at all corners and ends, that the owner is active in day-to-day personally. Great-one feels as guest simply serious taken. I will definitely go back with family. Only 200 meters from the beach, about. Hundert meters away from the center, complimentary pick-up from the train station, games and books in a rich selection and a heated indoor pool, these are the advantages of this apartment hotel. As our tour operator only the condo to the busy street had ordered, it was still possible, two exchange apartments to offer. We opted for a nice loft-apartment with a small balcony overlooking a park covered with greenery inner courtyard. The functional equipped living room in the retro style with-tv, CD player and in the back of a modern kitchenette with ... all accessories. The separate bedroom had comfortable beds, good mattresses, a CRT tv-apartment and plenty of places for storage. All s e r clean. Unfortunately our week in binz was rainy, but there are plenty of options in binz for excursions. (Schloss granitz, grappas eighth lake, a great long promenade and, of course, the rügen chalk). Conclusion: a nice apartment-Hotel, nothing special, a b e r helpful staff super friendly, the debate always competent. We can recommend this apartment hotel. read more

We highly recommend this apartment to others. The location was perfect, furniture was adequate, staff at the front desk very helpful. Luckily we had the in-house beautiful, brand new indoor swimming pool opposite, since we had three days of rain. A supermarket was about 300 metres around the corner. Great central location, to the beach only a five-minute walk. read more

We were at the end of the year and the second time on the island of rügen in binz.
The complex is very well maintained.
It is located right in the centre of binz and the beach is a few minutes walking distance.
The staff was always friendly and competent stuff help.
The room (apartment) was a bit small for six adults and a child, but for three days.
Only a balcony we missed, as a non-smoking room was of course the room, that would be not bad former.
Our conclusion: we come back gladly! read more

Super pleasant apartment complex with sufficient amenities for a longer stay. Comfortable walk to the next shopping possibilities and the beach is also guaranteed. Parking is available in a nearby parking garage for 5 €per day.
The level of cleanliness of the apartment and in the outdoor area very much importance is attached.
We were all around satisfied, since the price was hard to beat in the low season. We were already the second time here and would definitely come back. read more

The apartment was very clean, well appointed and in a quiet location. The beds were okay even!, you don't want to have. which means the We felt very comfortable. Bakery just across the street, everything else is just around the corner.
To the beach about 200 meters, the main street is a bit closer. Prices were also Okay. Soon we'll come in summer! read more

We stayed over Easter for 4 days at the resort and had a large 4 bedroom apartment. Rented. This was a very nice amenities and two bathrooms, plus Gästeklo. The kitchen and spacious balcony were more than adequate for the 5 of us people. With more than two people would also a good apartment. One must tidy steps. For handicapped people so not recommended. The bakery just a good breakfast. Otherwise there is the town of Binz and the island Rügen more than enough to go swimming weather, good not to keep you occupied. Difficult it but when you evening ... tried to create a table for more than 4 people in a restaurant. We would like you time taking a highly recommend the island. You will see how beautiful and large Rugen is. read more

The holiday home is situated in old-binz just 250m away from the beach. So you could jump for a few minutes to the sea and then return to the hotel. The rooms are appropriately equipped, so you have everything you need, for example, microwave, hair dryer and toaster. In the immediate vicinity there are some great things to discover, for example, the long beach promenade of binz, Cape arkona or the museums in process. The check-in process was exceptional. Since the weather was not quite as nice, there two days Mallorcaähnliche beach and there was no space for more. That ... is why it is appropriate, a beachbasket the day before to get. The beach was definitely in the hostel, if one runs direction beach. A small drawback was there but, the bathroom was quite tiny, but you live there didn't use it, so half bad. The new ozeaneum worth is not, in my view. So, if you in Berlin, Fehmarn or elsewhere in a Marine was, it was rather disappointed by this object. But the drive was that much nicer. Well, but on balance, it was a relaxing holiday without the noise and stress. read more

Dining options are nearby. Bakery for fresh cake bread and rolls are also just opposite.
Highly recommended is the restaurant 'in' the right is about. The prices were normal, the food was great and the service is quick. read more
