I spent 6 days at Hotel Donat the last week of September and I am very satisfied. Near to the beach and good food and refreshments, not excellent but quite Ok. But remember that all kinds of drinks are not included. There were not lifts everywhere, so if you don’t want to use stairs you have to ask for a room, where you needn’t walk in stairs. read more

We were now 2 weeks in question hotel we were satisfied as it three stars has nevertheless very surprised
Every day change of towels short minimal cleaning the room was a great diversity of food and plenty of selection at the buffet local cuisine no extra specialties. Hotel somewhat older simple castles in the doors
No safe in the room only front desk airco in the room good. The carpets in the hallways were dirty
Of some Repairs which from the staff not more sauberbekommen is. Food could be afternoons and evenings somewhat warmer sometimes almost cold. In view of ... the lots of tourists a tidy hotel we will book it again.

Who a 3 star hotel expected get a 3 star hotel - hotel in an older state - service comes on the waiters at-some good, some not - the food disappointed no gladly fish, spaghetti and fries eats-great variety not really - however, the fish and rare meat dishes good in terms of taste. The beach is no 2 minutes away and there, there are also possibilities for jet skiing and banana boating and paddle boats. The hotel's swimming pool is from the staff only moderately waited. Distance to the site 25 minutes walk. Caution to all early in the ... period at the end of may beginning june: it seems in Croatia usual, that school classes in this period your schulferienwoche in hotels at the beach spend. When we were there, there were in 8 days 4 grades rotateing present-old between 10 and 12 years - the pool was sometimes only by the hour to use-otherwise standards like you are in outdoor swimming pool in the middle of summer-unfortunately sometimes unsupervised-(was on the present guardians ) after complaint better but still not well. For a short break the Donat all inclusive suitable. We were surprised by the dishes. Good fish in the offer, what in the all inclusive prices on the upside. All all inclusive-drinks to tap; juices, Soda, beer, coffee and tea are drinkable. Point 22 hours, the faucet turned off. read more

We were 17 people and all very happy at Hotel Donat. The food was really good and there was something for every taste. The hotel staff was very friendly and always helpful. Complaints were handled immediately and without conditions carried out. The rooms were cleaned every day. The pool was always clean, the water temperature pleasant. We enjoyed it very much and we will be going back in Donat. read more

The staff is very nice and friendly, only you can choose from an old hotel no new charms.
The owner has obviously failed, the money the traveller makes sense to invest.
The location of the hotel is actually priceless, directly at the beach, great pine forest between hotel and beach, with lots of natural shade.
The rooms are very shabby. The bathroom has several types of tiles (repairs in the course of the time). Not recommendable in the current condition. read more

The hotel is divided in two buildings: 1 big white 5 - floor box with dining room and 1 orange main building, closer to the sea with reception, all inclusive bar, game lounge, pool... this is of course better choice.
Cleanliness was very good. We had all inclusive (breakfast, lunch and dinner + all you can drink at all inclusive bar.
Guests: at that time 60% from Slovakia, 20% from Slovenia, other Hungarians, some Italians, Germans... read more

The personnel was rather unfriendly, floor in the room was from laminate, so was moved as the of the children have hurt, with 1a 2 centimeter gap in the middle of it all, the food was always the same and from the day before. Entertainment is equal to 0. At the risk of injury is, are replaced by those made from wood and not attached. Mainly pensioners and school children without supervision. We stayed in a family room, which consisted of two rooms, a bathroom, a small kitchen corner and a balcony. It is great for a family, even with three or more children.
We had all inclusive offer, the food was tasty. You can use the all inclusive bar from 10 am to 10 pm.
The swimming pool was nice with warm water, unfortunately there was no outdoor toilet
The hotel is situated at the beach, which is apropriate for children, there is also a sandy beach nearby. From the hotel there is a city train to the centre of Zadar ..., the price is 10 kuna (app. 1,3 €) for one way
We were happy we chose this hotel. read more

The Donat consists of 2 hotel complexes. A somewhat unspektakulärer white 5stöckiger “box” and the complex at the sea, which emerge also in all descriptions as picture. We had our room in 4. Stick in the white “box”. Since we arrived at the same time as a bus traveler with approximately 40 other guests and wanted after 2tägiger journey finally on the rooms, it was noticeable at first negatively that there is a only one tiny elevator in this building. That did not disturb no more then however in the further process, because he was always alike actually to the ... place, if we requested him. That may be in the high season different. If we went nevertheless times to foot, however the spotted floor covering in the floors was noticeable. Who knows, what was there everything before-before within one season. We had all inclusive. In our bus travel folder it was located that it would give a small Mittagssnack to noon. As our astonishment was large, when we noticed that the buffet was just as rich at midday as in the evening. At this season many older guests were present, predominant Austrians. read more
