Hotel Swaraj Resort^{(3 stars)}

This hotel was absolutely wonderful. Bharatpur is a small place with not much to do apart from the bird sanctuary but we had a wonderful time there, in Swaraj Resorts. The hotel is very large (largest in the city I am told, in terms of area), with a lovely pool, balconies/private gardens and fridges in each room, and gardens, and fountains and colorful lights. It's no nicely done. We got a room for about $28 which was a steal. One of the owners of this hotel is a Canadian, and that explains the authentic continental food. My wife absolutely loved ... chatting with the canadian owners (extremely polite lady). The rooms were beautiful and the staff was always ready to help.
