My 3. stay at this hotel. In the first room it has as already known again by nthe ceiling from the leaking pipes rain. The 2. room was ok. Great view direct on the beach and the sea. Room very tidy and clean. Many evenings 2. service on the day with new towels, beds left, curtains to close, chocolate, etc.
Food in the buffet restaurant good to very good. The specialty restaurants are definitely not the racer, many have quality deteriorated. Excellent was the gourmet restaurant (free for vip members).
Drinks at the bars of a very good quality (in ... comparison to many other hotels in Punta Cana).
Activities sometimes extremely primitive, but probably the level the vacationer adjusted. Typical are the flip-flops for dinner, swimming trunks for men for dinner etc.
Beach is very good. Swim in the very warm water because waves and current during permanent red flag hardly possible. (very many holidaymakers still in the water, a woman was shortly before drowning).

Because of the many bad evaluations (also from the sister hotel sirenis tropical) we are with mixed feelings drove, but we were just passing through. In our opinion there is nothing major to complain about. The hotel is very tidy and clean, the staff friendly, the reasonable food, the offered drinks is super (very wide selection of cocktails) and the beach is an absolute dream!
However you must be aware, that it on this coast is very windy (we had not a single windless day), and that it often is cloudy. The sea is relatively noisy, so it was swimming ... but not longer swim. This is the reason for, that it was (still) quite a few hotels is, what in our opinion rather an advantage is. One can wonderful long and peaceful beach walks undertake.
Which we at the hotel missed, was a possibility, in the open to have breakfast or an evening meal. The two buffet-style restaurant is completely closed and it is accordingly loud. Furthermore we would have gladly a bar without much hustle and loud music had, in which you to 2. could sit very comfortably. read more

A hotel rather for those seeking tranquillity, although animation and child care are offered. Have now all rooms renovated, are functional and clean. Legendary the kindness and warmth of the staff, as well as the variety of the dishes with daily changing themed buffet. The beach is clean and was kept clean every day. The reef a few meters from the beach great waves and is ideal for snorkeling especially at low tide the view is the best, even for children and non-swimmer easy. The staff in the hotel are all very pleasant and encouraged.
A trip on Saona is worthwhile. The island is dreamlike nice.

We were end of April-middle May in sierenes Cocatal. Early morning 7:00 A. M. on arrival we were welcomed in a friendly manner and received immediately our room. The large lobby seemed cozy and inviting. The fresh
Renovated houses located in a tropical landscaped complex there, made a very good impression. The rooms were bright friendly and clean and the furniture was in good condition.
The complete hotel staff was up to a few Ausnamen always friendly and accommodating. On drinks at the bar, as well as during dinner we never had to wait long.
The selection and the ... variety at the buffet was very good only the bread and range of rolls was modest.
Chairs on the beach and pool were sufficient.
All together spent we 2 beautiful relaxing weeks in this hotel which something off the beaten track is.

Never a 5 star! Outdated, renovation work urgently necessary, otherwise in 2 years no sirenis more. Whole team they tried to guests content, but unfortunately it was in the whole Infraestruktur of hotel is not at all invested since longer time. read more

A nice vacation if it still may be. Very remote. Huge large complex. The food was super good staff very nice and funny. Parting much Sher. Very for relaxing recommendable.
Beach was very nice for walking lonely not to lots of people. No noise. Dogs at the beach life accompany the walk and go next to a forth. Could as delicious slope. Are poor and appreciate it when you a detail bring along.

All in all it was a very nice vacation. Only there was no day without wind.
But it is so on the Atlantic coast.
Nearby there is a loading of a German Auswanderein businesses is. Look at is worthwhile( lies directly at the beach) you can't walk past.
And in any case land and people tour, so you can see a bit from the civilization. Really interesting.
I will not go back again, but this did not to do with the not gefallern has, but only the flight I too strenuous.

We have our vacation at sirenis cocotal beach resort casino & spa in holiday check the reviews read and have to admit, that we at the start a few were sceptical, which we probably for a hotel will expect, after we here so some bad evaluation here.
But then we were really positively surprised and would this hotel after the 2 weeks, which we spent there, definitely book it again.
The area is large, but you get at check in an overview map, the at the start for orientation, if one then times 1 or 2 days around walking, one ... adjusted very quickly.
The hotel closes of 2 complexes ('cocotal beach resort casino & spa' and 'tropical suites') together. The renovation from the rooms and corridors that is as we heard in blocks (but without disturbing noise for the hotel guest) from.
The hygiene is reasonable - all of the staff are to the cleanliness and the well-being of the hotel guests from early until late concerned.
Some meticulous people but always find something to complain about, if you look at (what but also in some german hotels is the case).
We had booked all inclusive. Drinks and food around the hour.
You got a plan, which the breakfast, lunch, snack and times for dinner read.
At the time in which we in the hotel were, were mostly americans, french and spanish present. German we met a few in.

the hotel is very remote. The employees put in the effort everything clean to keep, but with some holidaymakers already is difficult, since their trash everywhere leave. The rooms are beautiful, two beds cIRCA 1.40 times 2 meters, bathroom very large and everything was kept clean.

The employees are always friendly. Cleaning of the rooms is OK. The rooms are big and spacious. In the case of complaints to try the employees the problem easy to remove. The bartender are lonely sharpened always friendly and accommodating, also without tips! There are different theme restaurants, we have Japanese and Mexican try it. Japanese is very recommendable, Mexicana was so not at all our case. There are two pools, one rather quiet the other with very much animation, various games at the beach and at the pool, if you like it, a lot of busy. The beach is ... beautiful and inviting for walking again. US was the water too cold in January, but apart from that we had a great vacation. We were the second time in this hotel and it was a relaxing vacation. The rooms are cleaned every day and it was very clean. The whole staff were very friendly. Unfortunately we had for 2 days extremely many mosquitos in the room, but the cleaning maid, thanks to a spray, remedy. At the beach were enough beach chairs. The food was great well and every day you could something else food. Unfortunately, there was only a German program, the little varied and only 4 hours German sendetet.
