The hotel is in a central location, directly at a busy main street. The rooms to the yard side are very quiet. The hotel has our opinion no 4 stars. The entrance hall and the breakfast room, everything is pretty cramped and dark. The hotel has no feel-good atmosphere from. The size of the room is satisfactory, the beds unacceptable. The mattresses are so soft, it is impossible, with 2 persons in a double bed quiet and relaxed sleep. Rotates the a in bed, the other the movements of the mattress automatically awake. We felt, as on the high seas. ... At breakfast, it was highly ago. Lots of people in small rooms, it was loud and uncomfortable. A bit like in a large cafeteria. Unfortunately, we didn't like it. There is really much better hotels in Berlin! read more

For a city break very suitable. Despite very strong occupancy because of fair, no hecticness, friendly staff and even for breakfast plenty of space in the restaurant. The bar in the evening alive with a good selection. The room was perfect, very quiet, pleasant design and really great bed for all cases. The location quite central, only the parking rates are rather in the area to high. All in all very recommendable. read more

Well run hotel not far from the Alex. Easy to reach by bus or train. The rooms are tastefully furnished, clean and spacious. The in the room price included breakfast was more than enough and delicious. Unfortunately the breakfast room was very busy and noisy. Somewhat unfortunate i found, that certain spaces in the restaurant not for breakfast released. Altogether but i stay suits well. read more

Relatively small room and bathroom. However practically equipped. Air conditioning, flat screen tv, internet access, free safety deposit box in the room. Daily cleaning- on request also fresh towels and bed linen. Staff very friendly and helpful. Laundry against payment. Free slippers, bathrobe and toiletries. Very centrally located. On foot to the Alex about 3 minutes. Overall very modern entire seeming. Breakfast was excellent with a massive selection. First class event management by the hotel read more

The freshly renovated and modern equipped hotel really pleased us. With the tram is you quickly on the train station Alexanderplatz (on foot it is not so close). The hotel surprised with a neat wellness area on the attic storey, with a nice view on east. The breakfast we really liked. The rooms are modernly furnished and have very comfortable beds. The hotel we would gladly book again. read more

Just a few meters until to Alexanderplatz. Direct connection to the bus, S-Bahn and u-bahn. Service as always convincing. We once again very comfortable and will definitely go back there again! read more

After my subjective assessment : best hotel in Berlin in its class. After many private and commercial berlinbesuchen is this hotel my personal favorite. Service, spa and rooms are in my opinion not to exceed. Only drawback is perhaps the somewhat remote this situation with ' only access to the tram. I personally would always a short walk to Alex prefer, before i signed the-at least in the rush hour-but always very full tram squeeze needs. read more

    Just fantastic (and i have seen many hotel rooms in Berlin seen). Here everything was great. Starting at cleanliness on the pleasant fragrant bed sheets to a very pleasant colour and lichtkomposition and modern and stylish furniture could the room fully convince. Only one negative - if it as such can only be described as the bottle opener of apollinaris. The latter was a little - so well - filthy. Please switch! But the positive general impression of the room not in the slightest disturbed.

    I have used the spa, which for me in a hotel always is very important. In this hotel you will find a finnish sauna and a steam room with a spacious shower. The relaxation area could be a bit bigger, but for a hotel of this standard completely fine. The whole spa area made a very clean and well-kept impression.

    So well, a little central it could already be located. But the Alex is within walking distance or within a few minutes' tram ride away. Just next door, there is a delicious steakhouse. Especially on monday with 50% discount on all steaks and because of the daily cocktail hour from 18 o'clock recommendable.

    The room was great, with warm colors, the bed comfortable, the sink very chic, but the slope to the überkleckern. The hair dryer was somewhat distorted, but it was still. There was a water heater in the room and a mini bar, only disturbing was, that it was very loud to hear was, when staff somewhat stressy on the patio took, which often happened.

    The hotel is located in the close to the Alex but already a bit towards friedrichshain. So not any longer completely in the turmoil of the Alex with its rather zwiespälzigen charm. The tram line 4 stops in front of the house, the Alex is 10 minutes away on foot reached.

Great hotel, however one should parking and the internet didn't use it, as it very expensive is. You would be free wi-fi be. Breakfast delicious ( rolls, warm meals ( egg, sausage ), however is the cheese- and sausage choice was a bit weak. Here you could leckerere sorts of desired. Very nice serving staff especially for breakfast! Altogether great hotel with only small improvements read more

Hotel lies in the city center, but nevertheless very quiet room. We were in the 4. stick accommodated. Only the breakfast is for our opinion with 19 €per person overpriced. read more
