It could have been a really good holiday. The weather was great. 24-29°c and almost always sunshine. The rooms, we had a suite, were very nicely furnished and very spacious. A tv, which we didn't use, also had a few german channels for offer. In the lobby was wi-fi, with fairly weak signal strength, free for offer. 4 or 5 bars, and other facilities should be for the well-being of the guests concerns. The food in buffet form gave it to all three meals and local drinks were inclusive. Near the guests we could except germans there were also some ... bulgarians and Hungary find. read more

    We had all-inclusive. The problem with the supply between the meals i had already marked. The buffet during dinner times was quite narrow and a little varied.     I start with the good. We gave us a lot of german at least make yourself understood. The rooms were daily and well cleaned. The staff's hospitality is rather with a 3 rating, if we ever seen.     A very nice pool area in which we also could have fun. Just be careful, outside of the pool there is significant danger of slipping. Entertainment, kids club and disco was on the day of our arrival, and thus for us not available. We were prior to not out.

    To the beach went along other hotels and many shops. After 5-10 you were already there. A lovely wide and quite empty beach. On some days was also waves jumping announced. We had have fun. Since we our fun to have wanted, we also booked a couple more desk with spaßgarantie oppositionally. The Jeep Safari with the old russian uas is my top tip. One may however not fearful and be squeamish. From the property to get out, you should a rental car take. Here i can recommend still the from the hotel offered man to use. The is just as professional as the tour operator, but about 20% cheaper. The streets in Bulgaria, especially somewhat remote the main roads are very bad.

The all-inclusive offer in the hotel was very bad coffee and other drinks we had to all inclusive times pay on our way back we got a pack but we had to coffee pay. The budget room were very small but clean. View to the main street not recommendable read more

    Distance to the beach 10 to 15 minutes over a very bad way. At night this way avoid, because not lit and very bumpy. Purchase- and entertainment possibilities circa 5. minutes away

Not a four star hotel, at best, 3. Food & choice was rather bad. Soap on the toilets are not refilled, although one each hour see. Little to not any free time possibility. Mediocre at best three star hotel. The double rooms are larger kennel, very badly soundproofed. - Too far out of the way from town& beach ( cIRCA 1/2 kilometer or more) Two elevators for the all the guests are too few. Training equipment, pool in the desolate condition. Animation but trouble and is nice. - Terrible, one of the foreign activities of the adjoining hotels twice treated ... to music. In short: no hotel to be comfortable, food isn't good, however the rooms are clean. Hotel lobby otherwise OK. read more

The toilet seat had more than one season. Yellow and the Aiflageflächen at the bottom Were broken. We have no 2. room card which was very inconvenient if you're disconnected want to go out. This was my 10.Bulgaria vacation! Compared to other hotels this category, crosses the hotel Madara well. We felt good overall. The Maintenance the hotel and the room service are very good. The food was varied and rich. The kitchen staff gave a lot of effort! Somewhat disappointing are the difficulties understanding at the front desk. ( hardly German was already times much better) read more

The hotel has a pleasant size and number of beds betriefft. Alone the hotel was very clean, but we thought the cleaning lady in the room quiet more often than one time per week vacuum. About the food/drink we could no complaints. The guests were both of the origin but also very mixed ages. read more

    We had although it is only booked an economy room, but would be a shelve space, as well as capacity for the luggages 't have been bad. In principle the cleaning ladies tidy, but mostly only with the making of the beds and bathroom nicely make. There the room carpet had, could often can be vacuumed. The other ausstattungentsprach the data and our expectations. The shower was nice and big and had a firm separation and no adhesive plastic.

    For us there was enough variation at mealtimes. Even my wife as vegetarierin is always find something and full. In the morning, there was a good choice at verschidensten plenty of different sorts of bread, muesli, jogurht and warm dishes. Praiseworthy is the left coffee machine with freshly ground coffee.     The entertainment team was super, great effort (thank you Danny for morning exercises). Also in case of bad weather it did they always think of something. The cleaning staff by the pool was very attentive and has always for order and cleanliness one provided. All employees have geachten the no glasses, but only plastic cups at the pool to be taken.

    The way to the beach is really not far, maximum 10 minutes. So much time one should on vacation already have. On the way there you will find lots of small stores, as well as restaurants and bars for any taste. Despite all inclusive we are a couple of outside food, which you can only recommend (very cheap and delicious). There are various excursions were offered, which we did not participate.

The hotel and it's facilities is exactly like on the photos appears. Hotel is not too big, makes a comfortable impression. We had fz in 5th floor. Fz is 2 double rooms with a connecting door and the rooms were okay, also large enough, bathroom, shower, beds, closets. Everything was right. I think the simple double rooms are spacious. Balcony available, we rarely used. Tv well, ARD and cable, for those who need it. Room/ bathroom everything was clean, light signs of wear here and there, but normal, nothing special. Facilitities are a bit small side, but the bothered us ... not. There are 3 hotel on closer area. You can hear a little music from next door. Complex makes a tidy impression, will also cared. Whole hotel was also in the high season clean and tidy. About the food there is nothing to complain about. No English in the hotel, for this international guests, russians/ romanians/danish/ Poland/ belgian/french/ Bulgaria/ niederl. And also lots of young people, everything as a part of, no problems had. read more

    Fz are completely okay, 2 double rooms with connecting door, shower, balcony, everything in good condition, sleep we could also, air conditioning available, also, furniture are ok and not too little.     There's a restaurant, on the terrace you could also food, 3 bars, there are no snakes, everything quite relaxed. We found the food ok, varied, everything was there, every day, as it is. For those who want more, should book more stars and more pay. There is also ice, cakes, fruit, fits already. In the restaurant very very clean, as mentioned, it was really high season, time here and there-no matter. There are bulg. Dishes, international, theme evenings, fish, meat, pasta, salad, everyone could find something. 1 times we ate court in the restaurant, 2 menus to choose from, I recommend the ice cream cake. There is also pizza, burger, fries by the pool, pizza was delicious. Apart from that you can also in the center food, looked good and value for money it is at the gold beach also, starved since 100% ig none. For the men there is delicious reasonably priced beer on goldtsrand, 1 euros 0.5 liter during the day. Evenings were also times cocktail, 2 for 6 leva, different offers, look and choose. Outside of the gold beach is Bulgaria much reasonably priced. In supermarkets, everywhere could details bought, we had all-inclusive, since bought only times water and delicious kemenitza.

    We found the service well, as normal there is also nothing to complain about. Everybody was nice, as it was adequate, the a nice or not sunday German at the front desk spoken, completely sufficiently, little reiseenglisch can almost everyone. The bar guys were fun, maybe it was us. If someone not so happy and nice popular, you should note, as long the staff works, 12 hours, 16 hours, 24 hours(?) and immerlächeln for everything guests, impossible. Rooms were cleaned each day, good enough and better, towels could be changed every day, bed sheets 1-2 times the week. We needed for the daughter a doctor.     Pool is maybe slightly small, however as mentioned peak season. At the start no chairs and schirmprobleme for the whole day, totally stress free. As a hotel was full, we had to towel war participate, otherwise there was no chairs/ umbrella, is boring, lots of people are impossible, but it is everywhere so, the beach is perfect than ausweich, and we also had 5 days really waves. Animation fits, we don't really so, but the young and girls are ok, especially nerves not. Bocchia, archery, darts, dd, we made also times with. The son played soccer and so what with. Stops pleasant in borders with the entertainment, water aerobics and so what has been praised, shows were also okay, wife and daughter gefiels. Wi-fi there is free at reception. Massage there is also in the hotel, as well as indoor pool. The lifeguard you should by the pool no trust, if something was wrong.

    Hotel lies not directly in the center, what we liked, hotel lies rather quiet and almost in green surroundings. From the airport we were in 45 minutes, but it was the absolute peak season. To the beach we walked just 10 minutes, with shortcut through the Mimosa hotel, apart from that so 15 minutes, what überaupt not a problem is. Shops, great market are 3. minutes away. There is a way should be used, on the street one runs only detours. Path leads by the pool/ football field from the hotel. Direct to the center, shopping/pubs, everything there is 5 to 10 minutes beach we really liked. Very clean, no seaweeds and so on, fine sand. But we were not on the ' jugendstrand ', so I said the, it is a bit different. Bus station after varna 2 minutes away. Excursions there is also in Bulgaria, in the immediate vicinity is aladze monastery, caves and rock monastery, tip, are by taxi(12 leva) himself and 4 kilometer through the bulg. The hotel has 6 floors with approximately approximately 30 rooms per floor. The complex is kept clean, however not too demanding decorated. The loungers were mostly about, however you could manage it normally a couch to get. The water of the pool was clean but a bit cold. About dirt one could not complain, it was always clean made.     The rooms were decent size, enough for 2 persons easy. A small balcony was also there and also the bathroom was large enough. The furniture was all in good condition and relatively modern. The air conditioning was like mentioned rather a air ventilation ( costs this category a sun ) a mini bar there was not, but a fridge, this could things however also not too very cool, as he was rather under the category fan to be classified. The inclusive drinks could not one to no more sometime see, as they somehow always something watery tasted. Closer I am not a, since my clear recommendation is: take no all inclusive and allow in the numerous restaurants something to eat. It tasted very good and one comes only minimal more expensive than if you all inclusive bay ( example: A zwischensnack, a slice of pizza and a cup beer costs 1.25 Euro (2,50 leva)

    The staff were very friendly, with the foreign languages skills rather bad. At least the ladies at the reception could relatively well German. The cleaning of the rooms was done well-very good. Since one could not suspend anything. When we arrived there was the air conditioning broken, this was repaired immediately. To the air conditioning but I must still get something off my chest: the air conditioning is more like a fan than an airco. The dimensioning was apparently totally wrong planned. During the day if lots of people and therefore little air-conditioning devices ran (, because the climate only with inserted room card runs), the cooling was reasonably good. Evenings and at night was the cooling however not satisfactory and in the morning when the wake up was the fan really only without cooling.

    The location of the hotel is about 15 minutes' walk from the beach. Due to the many stalls, there will be on the way not boring.     We were 4 -headed family two double rooms with connecting door building. The rooms were small, however for sleeping enough. Which in it was missing, was a table with 2 chairs, so that it was not possible, evenings times around the table to sit and maps to spilen. This we had to on the bed do. The furnishing besides that was all right it was a mini - tv with ARD, ZDF and RTL available. That was enough. The bathroom with shower was big enough and with hair dryer stocked.

    There was a restaurant. There was almost always the same. If we lunch to eat arrived, we knew already, what it evenings give. We were already alone the sight on third day. For breakfast, if one early around seven came, you could even a rolls eat. We were always about 9:15 A. M. and got white bread. The one could eat, however would be also little variety have been nice. Otherwise there were two burners, where individual omelet prepared. The chef took always only one hob, which is always a huge queue formed. If you are employed and finally it was, the rest of the family the breakfast completed. Point 10:00 A. M. will be switched off the light, so that even the last person understands, that the breakfast only until 10:00 is. I doubt, if the local kitchen was. So one-sided and unbalanced we on vacation never fed. There was always fries, brussel sprouts and carrots. And apart from that something gematschtes.

    The friendliness leaves much to be desired. There is no hello, no joke on the edge over a counter made. Also the staff in the restaurant never had a smile on the lips. Terrible! It looks, as do the people only their work and see us German rather only from the back. Foreign languages skills there was no. But who in the hotel on a front desk or bar works, should be reflected in the international language as we can communicate with German or English. But it came us in such a way before, than do not communicate with us. What positive should be emphasized, the daily cleaning of the rooms and the change of towels. There was a mini club, we didn't use it. The equipment for playing, as bow and arrow, rackets or billiards is totally out of date and broken, so that with bow and arrow not any use more take place should. Is rather under perilous insufficient. A doctor we would have 24 hours can. I am glad, that we did not use. There was also a 'lifeguard' locally. A mannist by the pool hard fall and with the head of the tiles slammed. He bled crazy. The lifeguard ran to the front desk and came only with the doctor 10 to 15 minutes later again. There was no first aid instead. -> under all cannon!

    It is located directly on a main road. Left, right, up, down borders more hotels at. To the beach walk was about 20 minutes. You can but also with a small railroad for 4 leva per person. From the airport we heard nothing, we were far enough. Shops there were enough. This is like the polenmarkt left and right the street. There was also entertainment possibilities ( disco), which we didn't use. Excursions we have to do. The offer was available.

Super hotel! Very clean, friendly staff, large and nice rooms! Were to party at the golden sands and everything was perfect for this. Bad reviews i can't understand. The way to the beach takes about 10 minutes, completely okay because everywhere stands and bars are. In a flash' you are at the beach. In my eyes the gold beach is however not necessarily suitable for a family vacation. Who party to make wants is at the gold beach just perfect. The entertainment team was super and the employees were very friendly. Our family room was not very big and the tv from the last century. We had to us on the ubiquitous loud music used, whether at the beach or pool! Unfortunately was also here early in the morning fight for the chairs and sunscreens. The Pirate ship trip was perfect and not only the kids had fun. Definitely a day of shopping in the Grand mall plan! read more

The hotel is in terms of the facilities good and seemed well-kept. It race also constantly staff rum and are hard to keep everything clean. To the beach was one about 25 minutes on the way, as you have baby carriage not the abbreviation over the stairs take could. At the beach irritating all the cigarette butts, as our recent in the mouth wanted. Two loungers with umbrella cost on the day circa 13,50 Euro, rather overpriced. Felt therefore a sun screen for half bought. The few open spaces at the beach, where you towel spread could were very ... limited and at the water front directly accordingly fully and closely. The sea was great and refreshing. In the mini club no one could German as far as, that our kids would have to be understood. The offered food was adequate, but it tasted almost everything bland, partly very greasy. The best tasting the cheese and the melons. The front desk could partly give any information, for example what costs a stamp for a postcard to Germany, where the mini disco instead of. It was however not so bad, since one becomes full and answers you can also somewhere else get. The worst was the volume, as this not always could avoid, especially evenings if the children schlafenn should. The Hotelgrundstücke are close together and are relatively small. The outdoor area of the hotel is almost like a inner courtyard between other hotels and the noise was even worse. In the morning went with full volume the entertainment program los. In the neighboring hotels also. That means you heard several entertainers and Musiksongs at once. Mini disco was always so loud, that we after short time always disappeared. A evening karaoke in the neighboring hotel until 23:30 instead. Constantly were the same songs, totally noisy and wrong Sung, the own loud program in the hotel, the generally until 23:00 o'clock went. We are in the hotel room fled and Dar what it so loud, sleep was not to be thought. If you evenings outside sat, was a relaxed conversation hardly possible. It is just important, which I for a one time vacation would. For party and fun the hotel is good and sufficient. For relaxation and beach vacation rather less. The hotel is close together with other attachments. You feel rather observed and get a lot with the other hotel. The entertainment gave a lot of effort, you can't really say anything else, only evenings little was the matter. The food was, yeah can I say, you can have breakfast and rest to survive. Tasted greasy and cold, as well as vegetables also fairly 'hard to chew'-) which naturally always ... is pizza, fries and burger. Only truthfully, do they not want it 7 days the week food. We were then evenings always different bars drinks and food. Was really great. Apart from that many steps and stairs, for disabled and children not suitable. The rooms were really clean, no reason to complain. Apart from that I would not go there as a couple travel there. Value for money is in other resorts much better.
