Right on the main square a traditional hotel in a historic building (leftovers from the gothic and Renaissance in the hotel courtyard and in the entrance area). Best traffic connections, underground parking (public) directly under the main square (24 hours sunday). In the access to the rooms you in another era offset-from the Renaissance to baroque. Breakfast room with a view of the main square. Overall very charming! read more

We were one night in the wolfinger's and very satisfied. Especially the breakfast buffet was excellent.
Our only point of criticism is:we were on the caravanmesse in Wels and wanted, because we have two weeks before so were satisfied, specially to Linz drive, to go back one night in the wolfinger's to spend.
When i called, you demanded almost 20,- the night more. As i said, that i the last time shortly before accordingly less had paid, i was told only with, that you only this room available would have, and this is why the price. I think ... that is less good. So we stayed in Wels. read more

I was now several times in the hotel Wolfinger's, had every time a different room and up to now always content. Pleasant size of room and bathroom, everything very clean. At the front desk it is very friendly and attentive. The rooms in the inner courtyard are nice and quiet, but no nice view, the rooms in the main building view on the main square, so but also a bit noisy (TRAM ). Breakfast buffet offers for my needs more than enough selection with good quality, for gourmets there is the salmon and champagne. Sport, fitness and wellness you are ... looking for in the hotel in vain. In the immediate vicinity you find everything you need, options for shopping, bars, Pub's, excellent restaurants
In short: for a towns-or business trip exactly the right hotel in great location! read more

A beautiful old hotel, with historic flair. Hotel right at the main square of Linz centre. The breakfast is good. What impressed me most was the handling of a complaint. Although I have stayed at home was I money refunded. As very many hoteliers, especially here in Germany could learn a lot. Very good! read more

The central location of the hotel on the main square in Linz was very good. The breakfast good quality (including freshly squeezed orange juice, various coffees at the automat selectable). Rooms with old dark furniture, but rather worn when antique. By courtyard little natural light in the room. read more

The location of the hotel is perfect, right on the main square of Linz.
The hotel is old, but it has a very good atmosphere, many of the rooms are in an almost covered courtyard. The furnishing is on 'old' made, but has a very good flavor. The offered breakfast buffet was good, but for the price it may also be offered hot food! The clearing away of breakfast table now, could work better and faster so few guests. All in all, I can further recommend the hotel! read more

a hotel with Charme, beautiful old style houses in wonderful full of nooks and crannies. The spirit of past centuries in the hallways and rooms is romantic feeling in general. Antiques, old pictures where you look at. Most of the rooms have been recently renovated.
The hosts cared personally for the guests, very individually, especially for a city hotel-the service.
Almost all the criteria for a four stars hotel are met, only one elevator installation is not possible due to the old fabric former. read more

The capital of culture-farewell square 09 was in an ideal location, in order to partying here also right new Year's Eve. For our 3-day stay we chose the hotel wolfinger, located directly on the main square, a pleasant feeling when you after the celebration of not too far from the hotel or drive. The lovingly equipped rooms (for example, the breakfast room), as well as the romantic inner courtyard (we got to our room) conveyed a feeling of 'at home' be, 'feel good'. The breakfast buffet of seven to eleven was ideal for us late sleepers ☺ so we could ... find around ten o'clock a full, lots of variety and it tasted excellent.
It was a very good choice, we will come again. read more

We were on a weeks Advent Hotel wolfinger Linz after all, the location could not be better, right on the main square. The Advent market was directly in front of the door. It is an old, historical house and for a weekend stay at Linz ideal location to explore and priced okay.
Tram stop and Pöstlingbergbahn in front of the door. Good restaurants for all the pockets around, within walking distance-a tip: the horses liver cheese at the 'leberkäs Pepsi' just vis-a-vis in a side street... It is also of other animals ☺ for horse enthusiasts. Is a sensation. read more
