We were cordially and we were very comfortable. Meter and and had the best tips for restaurants and excursions. Somerset is an ideal place to spend your vacation: short distances to the beach (close to beach with bathing), to the wine tasting, in the beautiful places stellenbosch and franchoek, as well as in cape town. read more

A very nice hotel with an unbelievably good atmosphere with great hosts. A piece of at home in South Africa. It's a dream in the garden, to may, stars to watch and the whole accompanied by an excellent wine from the freely accessible wine fridge (everything on confidence basis). Pure romance. Vacation with friends, so we can, Marion and Rolf, only our seven day long stay in the last week of October, 2012 at guesthouse 4 heaven designate. Right from the first day we felt more than comfortable at Melanie and Uwe. Both were host, as you can hardly imagine. Accommodating, friendly, discreet, but also with very much positive proximity to us. Always good tips ready we could the environment of Somerset re-experience, although we have been four times in this region were. The entire team at rose, Nelson and co rounded our time off. The guesthouse offers everything your heart ... desires. As already mentioned in the title: we will be back! read more

As part of our 14-day South Africa round trip we have here altogether 6 nights in 4 heaven to stay and were really with all very satisfied. From the first email contact until the adoption we felt very comfortable and felt like at home:-) the hosts, as well as Rose and the gardener ( name unfortunately forget )-) were always friendly and helpful. Whether the driver for the wine tasting or for dinner a table reserve. Melanie and Uwe are very behliflich and always good tips. So if you are looking for a good starting point for Cape ... town, vineyards, Hermanus etc. Searches is in the right place here. 30 minutes away from the airport. Breakfast was really very tasty and rich. We had the African suite. Really nicely furnished with much attention to detail. We felt very comfortable and felt like at home!-) read more

Beautiful kapholländisches building with German, very nice hosts, the persönlidh to us cared and with whom it well chat left over South Africa ( from German view). Very clean and a cultivated ambience with stylish lounge ( self-service for snacks, drinks and a variety of good local wines) and well-kept garden. Very nice location in a quiet, upscale residential area, where you however over a car are provided with should. It is an ideal starting point for excursions in the area ( Cape town, Stellenbosch, Hermanus, Cape of good hope, etc.). In the South African winter (August)-as everywhere in ... South Africa - the toilet a bit chill announced. Altogether very recommendable. read more

We were in the absolute low season and because of the weather so unfortunately the absolutely dreamlike garden-/ pool area didn't use it. However we were by a very large and comfortable lobby with fireplace made up for it. In the size of the room and equipment was furthermore not saved. The lodge's location offers ideal for a variety of excursions to, for their proposals and organization Melanie and Uwe in any case with advice and act available were. Remain unforgotten for example a shark-diving and a guided wine-tasting tour. We can lodge thoroughly recommend. read more

Two and a half years ago I visited the guesthouse for 1st time alone. This year I had the opportunity again with my husband on the Cape to be. Since I wanted to it not to be missed, him the gem to show. Melanie and Uwe have the rooms for example by larger TVs, nice Booths in the rooms yet improve can. The garden with a pool and loungers is very welcoming. Everything is great and very recommendable. read more

We were with our children (9,11 years) while around 10 days in April 2012 guest by Melani and Uwe in the 4-heaven. The cape dutch house is very beautiful, the rooms and lounge very spacious and well maintained and the garden is a dream. Melanie and Uwe are great host, nice and easy, and at all times helpful with super tips for excursions, food, and so on We will definitely come again! read more
