Absolutely-giant hotel. We floge on sab tours. Everything perfect. Any information and explanation about the country and its sights. einfasch just top! Cleanliness and friendliness of the staff not to beat! We had all-inclusive - definitely recommendable. The only fault, that it may have been-it was the food not very hot, but rather lukewarm and warm. Nevertheless was the taste and the richness of the food terrific. read more

Since we have a child under 2 years Alltours no family room book, we have in the hotel transferred. It was after some back and forth also. 400 Euro extra for 10 nights. A 2. Room and a 2. Bathroom. The baths are super closely. With small child not recommendable.
For the child we got no kinderreisebett. This is a all metal parts with substances to. The upper part one could with a reisverschluss trim. This was probably also washed. The bottom part probably not really. Altogether a dangerous bed! Our child had the material fully sucked down and emigrate ..., in the dark hurt can or who knows what! Who so child in the next room in safety believes, deceptive! We have our child never alone in the room left.

The beach was a disappointment! In the travel agency was something else promised and just the good reviews shown. Nothing as rock. However the water is great. Really clean! When entering one must be careful. About a meter far rock, afterwards sand.

Staff are really nice and friendly.
Drinks rather disappointing. The offered 'Bacardi',' Campari' etc. Are poor quality cheap. The softdrinkts are also not from renowned manufacturers. These as well as in other countries from concentrates with tap water produced. Water with or without ' gas' is tap water. So we have our child a kettle bring along, where we mineral water ( in the kiosk for about 0.60 Euro a bottle) boiled have.
Right juices there was not at all in the all inclusive-package. Also no drinks to the room.

The food was consistently bland and without any seasoning. Also the greek evening was not impressive. The bland food was outside built and there were potatoes in the furnace pushed and little something grilled. This was the difference to the other evenings. And the quantity was raised.
Itself the food was always cold. Which continued to disturb us not. With small child is the food eh always cold, until you to eat comes. Except for the fries it was annoying.
The high chairs were just disgusting! There disinfectant wipes brought to nothing more. Initially we had requested, the chair cleaned. But the score difference not to the original condition. At home eat our small child everything from our table with. In hydramis didn't want to eat, except for fruit ( have everything geschählt ) and on some evenings potatoe chips from the oven. This is food for thought-) we had luckily concern all meal times in jars and glasses from Germany bring along.
Small glass there is also there to buy. However only a very small selection, only from a manufacturer ( in any case we only found. This has no butene letters and heart in the lettering.) and crazy-prices! Also the menus are not like in Germany, rather typical of the country (at least. In the hotel is the food not typical of the country).
German diapers are also to buy. Cost however about 40 piece 19,98 Euro! German feuttücher: 60 sheet for 5,98 Euro!
You cannot get a massage therapist/in get in. That was really good! A la mamma -massage takes 50 minutes and costs 35 Euro. The fits! The massage ( back, neck, short poor and hands, face, head) is really good! After the first times had mom sore muscles.
The massage must be directly paid cash and cannot to the room to be booked, as the masseurs not to the hotel belong.
To summarize: Kreta definitely again! Weather and water simply great! However in another hotel! This is neither star the price! And with small child not recommendable! However one has already seen worse-but that was without child. read more

For us a wonderful relaxing vacation. Very nice hotel, many flowers, not too huge,
But everything very well distributed, everybody was very nice and helpful.
Extensive breakfast, lunch and dinner, also the greek evening once a week was very great.
The beach consists of sand with a strip gravel right at the waterfront. A long jetty leads directly into the sea,
The slow slope. Ideal for kids.
With the bar at the great pool you had always something cold drink, fruits and small snacks and the children always a ice to eat. read more

Beautiful hotel and beach, but who 4 star expected, will clear disappointed. The food not diverse, lukewarm and partially not enjoyable! Everything drowns in fat. The staff are very friendly, with the cleanliness it is missing unfortunately again. The fitness room was despite complaints not even deseamed and stuck on sweat and dirt. Thanks to all of the hotel staff for this great holiday. Everything was perfect! The kindness of the employees cannot be topped! The hotel is clean, great selection of food and the selection of drinks is great. We had two very nice large double room with a huge terrace.
Chairs were at the beach and pool always available, although the hotel was fully booked. These was, as always Greece as it was, and always will be! Friendly, cheerful, sunny, stress-free and relaxing. No country could have together offer!
