We booked 2 rooms for a week's stay and got the Standard room. Rooms are very spacious and very clean, the bathroom is a plus for me. It's squeaky clean! Almost brand-new. I really appreciated the little amenities, like the makeup counter for example. You can tell that they are very keen on details.
The staff were incredibly nice and efficient. They always cleaned the room every time we asked for it. Breakfast was a good spread, but don't expect bacon and fried eggs. It's more European/continental.
The biggest plus was it's proximity to the subway. There's this lift across ... the hotel that goes straight to the subway. We were always tired every day and it was such a godsend how we don't have to walk very far going home. We always remarked on that every time we went home. The U1 line is perfect and is 2-3 stops away from the centre, where everything is. The hotel was close to perfect except that the rooms did not have a refrigerator (I was told they have this in the upgraded rooms). Would have loved to have cold beer/chilled wine during our stay!
Oh yeah, another huge plus was the free wifi, decent speed. It was a huge help as I was working during the trip.
Would DEFINITELY stay at this place again. read more

I stayed at this hotel property for 7 nights
to begin with the location of the hotel was good, well connected to the Praterstern station so you could arrive from the airport using the S7 (which is a cheaper option). the Nestroyplatz underground station is just opposite to the hotel making local travel easy too.
the interiors of the rooms are well done with detailed effort taken to make the guest stay comfortable.

Prior ideal, the lift at the station stops right in front of the hotel. We had a room at the back of the hotel, it was at night very quiet. During the day there is some noise, as on 2 floors renovated. Wasn't a problem however, since we rarely during the day in the hotel were. Room, breakfast and staff excellent. Gladly again! read more

The hotel appearance is deceptively basic, if not unattractive. However once you are inside the small reception area, you feel the warmth of the reception. I arrived for an early check-in at 10 am and my room still needed another 10 minutes. I was served immediately a hot earl grey tea with a cookie (you'd appreciate it if you knew how cold it was and that i had just been in over 15 hours of flight) The room was impeccably clean and to my surprise, very spacious for a standard room. You'd be glad to know that it has a ... lift, so no worries for carrying your bag up the stairs. The hotel provides breakfast (I do not know about other meals as I always ate outside) and if like me, you are looking for cleanliness, good value for money, comfort and good service but no fussiness, very convenient wi-fi, this is absolutely the place for you. read more

The service at Hotel Capri for the past 36 years has been outstanding. That is how long we have been going to Hotel Capri.
Over the years, my husband goes on business and our family including 2 children sometimes joined him.
They have been helpful with transportation especially to and from the airport. There is outdoor parking behind the hotel. read more

Underground station on the doorstep, with the elevator you directly in front of the hotel. Excellent for guests, after a long walk through the city no unnecessary step more want to walk/can ☺

The perfect hotel for a visit in Wien. Best traffic connection and location to the center. Top clean. Room very spacious. This quality of bed and bathroom unfortunately rarely, with more stars. What a lovely friendly place to stay! So many positives, all staff most friendly and helpful, nothing was too much trouble.
Room was very spacious. Breakfast plentiful, excelllent choices. Location great, just a ten minute walk to centre or two stops on the underground which is just outside the front door.Will certainly stay here again when I next visit Vienna. read more

For new year's we were for 4 nights in the Hotel Capri. The house is in good and well maintained condition and will be constantly renewed. The staff members were consistently very friendly, helpful and competent. Though i am the night's sleep in the first two next in room 209 by the cracking of the expanding heating pipes not easy. For the two last night there was no circumstances room 601 and everything was spotless. The breakfast buffet was above average well stocked and everything very tasty and fresh. The büfettdamen kept inspite of the full hotel and accordingly beengeten ... breakfast rooms always good about. read more
