Very pleasant hotel and easy to reach. Especially recommendable the diverse and rich breakfast. The rooms to the rear are especially peaceful pleasant. The staff is altogether very polite and helpful. read more

All in all a hotel which i always book it again would. From the front desk until the departure everything was right. Cleanliness was very important, as well as friendliness of the entire staff. The rooms are very spacious and equipped with everything you need. Breakfast buffet plentiful, with everything that belonged to it. read more

For a city trip excellent suitable hotel with good transport connection, friendly and helpful staff. Without large frills like wellness etc.. Parking available directly at the hotel (15 Euro/day). Had a quiet room to the inner courtyard on the top floor (executive). Very recommendable. read more

We booked 2 rooms for a week's stay and got the Standard room. Rooms are very spacious and very clean, the bathroom is a plus for me. It's squeaky clean! Almost brand-new. I really appreciated the little amenities, like the makeup counter for example. You can tell that they are very keen on details. The staff were incredibly nice and efficient. They always cleaned the room every time we asked for it. Breakfast was a good spread, but don't expect bacon and fried eggs. It's more European/continental. The biggest plus was it's proximity to the subway. There's this lift across ... the hotel that goes straight to the subway. We were always tired every day and it was such a godsend how we don't have to walk very far going home. We always remarked on that every time we went home. The U1 line is perfect and is 2-3 stops away from the centre, where everything is. The hotel was close to perfect except that the rooms did not have a refrigerator (I was told they have this in the upgraded rooms). Would have loved to have cold beer/chilled wine during our stay! Oh yeah, another huge plus was the free wifi, decent speed. It was a huge help as I was working during the trip. Would DEFINITELY stay at this place again. read more

For a city break in Wien really recommendable. We traveled with the airplane and with the S-Bahn in it city. From our aussteigebahnhof (Praterstern) we could on foot to hotel, with suitcases. There is also a underground station (Nestroyplatz) right on the doorstep. Also the breakfast was for a 3 star hotel very good. In the room you can get a tea or coffee cook. A computer for free internet access is next to the reception. Zum prater is you in not even 10 minutes, to Stephansplatz there are only 2 underground stations. For a city trip i would choose ... this hotel again. read more

I was on a short business trip in the Hotel and slept only for 1 night there. From outside it did not look so good, but all-inclusive all it is a good option to stay for a few days in vienna. Breakfast is good, wifi is included. read more

I stayed at this hotel property for 7 nights to begin with the location of the hotel was good, well connected to the Praterstern station so you could arrive from the airport using the S7 (which is a cheaper option). the Nestroyplatz underground station is just opposite to the hotel making local travel easy too. the interiors of the rooms are well done with detailed effort taken to make the guest stay comfortable. spacious rooms. the decor is nice, no clustering of furniture. the breakfast spread was good, catering to people coming from all over the world, including the vegetarians. ... friendly people at the desk, always helping you with smallest of queries. read more

Especially friendly and competent staff. Large, well equipped room, free wi-fi for up to 3 terminals, simple login. With the room the courtyard is absolutely quiet. Cheap is also the location right next to the underground station netroyplatz. When it rains, you won't wet the way in the subway. read more

Prior ideal, the lift at the station stops right in front of the hotel. We had a room at the back of the hotel, it was at night very quiet. During the day there is some noise, as on 2 floors renovated. Wasn't a problem however, since we rarely during the day in the hotel were. Room, breakfast and staff excellent. Gladly again! read more

The hotel appearance is deceptively basic, if not unattractive. However once you are inside the small reception area, you feel the warmth of the reception. I arrived for an early check-in at 10 am and my room still needed another 10 minutes. I was served immediately a hot earl grey tea with a cookie (you'd appreciate it if you knew how cold it was and that i had just been in over 15 hours of flight) The room was impeccably clean and to my surprise, very spacious for a standard room. You'd be glad to know that it has a ... lift, so no worries for carrying your bag up the stairs. The hotel provides breakfast (I do not know about other meals as I always ate outside) and if like me, you are looking for cleanliness, good value for money, comfort and good service but no fussiness, very convenient wi-fi, this is absolutely the place for you. read more

    The room is comfortably spacious, and clean. You don't feel crammed and it was equipped with TV, minibar, coffee and tea and a kettle, safe etc. The bathroom towels were a bit skimpy and did not feel luxurious at all (very thin towels) I would wish the toilet paper to be less rough but it seems these are the common brands used in Austria.

    Only one breakfast room on the second floor as far as I know. Breakfast was more than adequate, and anyone accustomed to continental breakfast (ie not the American type ) will find their choice of beverage (juices, coffee , tea) cold cuts and cheese, salad and bakeries more than satisfying. Those who must have bacon and egg may be slightly disappointed. However , replenishing of fresh food and drinks very efficient during the service period.

    The staff was about the friendliest you could expect. Very helpful and considerate, and you felt during your stay (as this is not a mega hotel but a small one with about 50 rooms) they really knew you and treated you as guests/friends. No exorbitant charges on anything (wi-fi free, breakfast included, tea and coffee inside the room: i was charged 35 Euro at Hotel Bristol, Vienna, for a comparable breakfast and wi-fi cost another 10 euro per day for the so-called 5 star "treatment"!(which was cold and indifferent) The staff all speak English, and every one was willing to help. (Except sometimes you have to wait as there are too many wanting their attention!)

    The hotel appearance is deceptively basic, if not unattractive. However once you are inside the small reception area, you feel the warmth of the reception. I arrived for an early check-in at 10 am and my room still needed another 10 minutes. I was served immediately a hot earl grey tea with a cookie (you'd appreciate it if you knew how cold it was and that i had just been in over 15 hours of flight) The room was impeccably clean and to my surprise, very spacious for a standard room. You'd be glad to know that it has a lift, so no worries for carrying your bag up the stairs. The hotel provides breakfast (I do not know about other meals as I always ate outside) and if like me, you are looking for cleanliness, good value for money, comfort and good service but no fussiness, very convenient wi-fi, this is absolutely the place for you.

    Location very convenient for airport and town centre (it's in the second district), however, not a usual spot for a hotel (more like a residential/commercial area). Shopping facilities ... there seemed to be some convenience shops about 5 minutes walk. The Nestroplaze station exit is directly at the hotel door. If you want to go to centre, it's two stations away, if you want to go to the airport, you can go from the station and switch to Schnell-bahn. Very convenient and cheap transportation.

Underground station on the doorstep, with the elevator you directly in front of the hotel. Excellent for guests, after a long walk through the city no unnecessary step more want to walk/can ☺ Well furnished hotel, friendly staff. read more
