Grand Hotel Baglioni^{(4 stars)}

It was especially the location of the hotel, why we elected it: right next to the train station and only 5 minutes on foot to the cathedral and the touristic center. If we go back to Florence drive, we will in any case by train and spend a night in this hotel. We were this time by car there - only fly in the ointment: we stayed for the garage Euro 135, -paid, as you every time pay must, if the car collected. read more

An old building with many deficits. The livrierte page at the Eingangsdrehtür is a mind, you are Grace Kelly, but that depends on unfortunately the mildew smell of drains on the lobby and in the bar. In my very small and dark single room waberten the dust bunnies under the bed. The breakfast area on the roofs florence is a real splendour, but the selection for breakfast is so poor and the pastries so old and dry, that one of the first Cappuccinopause in the town dreams. A very nice, typical hotel in great location. It is in the middle approximately 500 meters zum Dom, you can everywhere eating and drinking, Souvenir shops and designer shops without end. The Abfahrtspunk of the city tour, is opposite at the street the rooms are by air conditioning adjustable, because open window the sleep too loud. Great spacious bathroom, comfortable large bed, two Queen beds in the room. Breakfast was top, we had everything that we needed. Only the bread in Florence tasted German definitely not. But that's typical of the country. Okay the lifts are also somewhat slow. But ... apart from that there are nothing to fault. read more

The hotel is very central nearby the train station and within walking distance of the city and the cathedral, etc. In comparison to our other tuscany hotels was the price unbelievably cheap (100,- Euro per room a night) and we also got the best breakfast the whole team with a nice view city views. The room and particularly the bathroom was already a bit small, but still ok. The hotel has it best times already seen, it seemed but not dingy or sunday We have the new nh collection viewed (also room), of course very nice new, but also ... clearly more costs. So for the price the baglioni our recommendation, who but also more spend should perhaps the nh take. read more

Good Hotel, right next to the train station across the street-convenient for the journey from the airport. Bus takes 25 minutes and costs five euros. Breakfast terrace on the fifth floor with a nice view of the city and surrounding area, it is a pity, that the attached terrace during the day as a cafe to use. Ideal: short ways to the city center and quiet atmosphere, despite the 190 rooms. We had room to the courtyard with beautiful furniture. read more

The hotel is one of the most storied of Florence. It is located next to the main railway station and is very good with the airport shuttle bus attainable. The public is international with predominantly American and french tourists. The restaurant on the fifth floor with views over Florence offers first-class food and it was worth going there to dine. The rooftop terrace offers a spectacular view of Florence. Probably the best vantage point of the city! Unfortunately no service on the terrace. Since the hotel is sold under value. Our room was something small ('classic' type), but but very ... quiet and with a very beautiful parquet floors. Room service perfect. The breakfast is OK, compared to other can but four star hotels to be improved. The staff is friendly and helpful. The hotel offers wireless Internet access in the lobby, and free access on two computers set. read more

The hotel is located in a nice area, to the streets in the direction of the market visit.
