Here the upgrade game excessive played. The rear-facing rooms with a partial view of the sea have a sea view only hinüberlehnen on scrollwork balcony railings, otherwise view of partially landscaped courtyard and different rooms. The spa features changing only in toilets, the sauna has no frischluftzugang, when it was raining were about 25 people in the small pool with 15 than facilities. Facilities and cleanliness completely okay, currently new flat screen tv. We had a room with lateral sea view to the pool %blank%. Evening is lovely lit, ensures that a great atmosphere.

This is the in my opinion biggest fault. Here was about 3 years more and more saved. We complained after a week, because the portions the antipasti were always small and constantly repeated. The salads are presently in small haushaltsschüsseln set up, formerly plates. A week was no fish on the vorspeisenplan. There were at least 2 times the week a theme evening, fish, meat, always wonderful and plenty of choice. First in the 2. week it got a bit better, Suddenly there was mackerel, tuna, shrimp also as a starter. Probably was the visit of the regionalchefs the Iberostar group the reason... Us it was right. Here must the hotel watch out, that it was not on a three stars standard sank and to death saves.

If you so often as we guests were there, then we will always exceedingly friendly from the waiters and waitresses welcomes. That was good. The friendliness we believe generally good, even if occasionally daily fluctuations are seen. The front desk spoke very good german. The cleaning of the rooms is good and friendly. The service is overall completely okay.

We are already 13 times been in this hotel, this time were groups (company), extended, and many more dominant. Children are children, that is well known, but if a few children, evening for evening, the dining room with unbelievable volume fill and the parents the great find, would have eventually the directorate for some restraint requests. We have children and grandchildren large get, but this magic we would not have gone through, -allowed. If you respect urges must also can respect. Apart from that, the hotel is a beautiful, a little familiar, area. The hotel is well-kept and clean. The guest structure has something changed, the earlier 'fine' middle class, you also met once famous' faces' has changed, not unpleasant, but the all-inclusive still no hotel so really helped. We had the half board.

100 meters through the dunes to this dream beach, spectacular. We always get a rental car for the time, so that we are independent and the whole beautiful area to explore, in Cadiz shopping,- beautiful. The golf course of novo santi petri is lovely close, simply over the street. The two 18 hole courses are gorgeous and well maintained. But be careful before the Marshall, this is a guy 'small stable flies', The tone he has not really in control, but perhaps he had only a bad day? The lady, the in the hotel the green fees arranged is super friendly and helpful.

Size of the room and facilities good. The only downside are the mattresses. They are hard as a board. You will on request were replaced, but it was always the same sort of harsh. We then the foam pads the pool are point, then shut.

Beautiful and functional with flat screen-tv and adequate closet space. Bathroom very big and beautiful. Great was the view of the sea in the 3rd floor.

In the first 10 days our stay was each at the entrance to the dining room a shelly and a tapa's ( every day another sort of). These we found exceptionally nice and the us and all other guests very good. Unfortunately it was our last 4 days not more, but what very disappointing was, what we also other guests confirmed. Apart from that we were already in Iberostar-hotels, the food, in particular appropriate sauces for each offered meat, more had to offer. But apart from that good choice and quality. Also often again special actions. Negative, that frühstücksmarmeladen no special small containers were available and therefore larger containers had to take and thereby usually too much jams with nahm. You should in any case improve, because you could a lot of jams save. Otherwise often missing ice cream sundae during dinner, which led, that the people with see aushalfen and then soon no see more were there.

The staff are mostly friendly and speaks generally also a little German, so that the communication not a problem at all is. Room and other premises and toilets were always clean.

No sporting activities, no animation. At least bingo 2a 3 times the week you could offer could. Evenings always live music, but no shows. They should actually in the neighboring hotel royal andalus soutenant. The lousy quantity a musicals but we were of Iberostar and not at all used, so we would visit beließen. Hotel is very beautiful in the andalusia style. The size is manageable with nice in U-form arranged buildings, all in good condition are. Guests too many German. Age at least 80% with 60 rather over 70.

The hotel lies at the wonderful sandy beach overlooking the atlantic ocean with pleasant radiant blue skies. You can go shopping approximately 400 meters away novo center with a small supermarket. Otherwise dead in the surroundings. Of the four rainy days was pretty limited. The circa 12 kilometer away town of chiclana is not lots to offer. Excursions amongst others to Cadiz, Jerez, Sevilla, Tarifa and Gibraltar.

Room well and furnished to a high standard, very spacious. Large indoor bathroom with a bath. Every room has terrace respectively balcony, preisaufsteigend of view of bushes on lateral up to direct view of the sea. Of course climate, fridge and flat -tv ( a few German-speaking. Program). The in every room existing safe for €3/day for hire. Condition and cleanliness the complete - complex still good.

Sufficient restaurant area, little hecticness at the buffet. Large dining room, also outdoor tables available. Frequent repetitions of the food, variety is often by multiple-placement feinted. Fruit- cakes- and cheese buffet almost every day the same. Altogether poor quality, cheap, simple ingredients. Here should urgently be improved! This is by far the weakest point of the hotel, not really 4 stars.

The staff are poor friendly, mostly with good foreign languages skills. No position seems overstaffed and you can tell, that - especially in the kitchen-and restaurant area- not the zufriedenste mood prevails. Also a better coordination would service-quality improve and gaps with the staff close.

Pool area large, clean, well-kept. No free spa access. unmerkliches sporting activities (1/ -hour water aerobics). Thankfully no obtrusive clown- animation. Several golf courses in the immediate area. Daily, often repeated 2-man -evening agenda.

Attractive four star hotel in the andalusia architectural style, middle size. The hotel is in very well maintained condition, the surrounding gardens. Generous pool area! The guests came too many from Germany, because of after -vacation period rather 60 +, No' all inclusive' duration -alcohol- konsumierter! The rooms are very fine categorized (with corresponding high preisabständen ) from the 'basement' with sea in earshot to suites with real view of the sea. Unpleasant screen praise from possible room-updates, spa -use (19/day ) hotel garage (€10/day), in-room safes (€3/day ), wi-fi (€4/day in the lobby-area)-pushy and unworthy. The pressure to profit maximization is here, as in the tight lack of and the less attractive dining negative noticeable.

Wonderful, really quiet secluded location, far from through roads away, hard to find. Massive golf courses behind, between some hotels the upper class and the kilometer long, fine sandy atlantic - beach placed. Beach is over wooden jetty by beautiful dunes landscape reachable. Close to is small shopping center, with restaurants the lower category, few business, small supermarket. With bus are the next places reachable. Whom however the permanent seclusion fast too much will, should rental car think!

We are 4 time in a row in this excellent hotel, in the last two years is a deutlicge increase in all areas to see, great management, sensitive, motivated, very friendly staff and above all the offer from previamed under the chairmanship of mr michael tofan in sportphysiotherapie, schm erzbehandlungen for any kind of back problems- wirbelsäluenprobleme, stressbehandlung are for us a must, annually to come back after 2 weeks always really cured and painless leave to be able.! Furthermore, there was also the hotel's own wellness offer with free fitness program very recommendable. The quality of the food is very good, the speisensngebot was compared to the last year was reduced but still excellent! The beach is uniquely beautiful, disturbing I find the waste by the evening excursions on horse-back at the beach lagging behind!
