Hotel Crowne Plaza Eilat^{(5 stars)}

Makes up for it, so you can the Crowne Plaza in Eilat, in the Marina and about five minutes walk from the center of town, call. We were a party of two early November 2009, pleasant travel time. Positive: - Very friendly and helpful staff - pool was totally okay, renovated enough beach chairs/umbrellas (even if not always completely clean) - a gym available (5.50 euros) - cheap food/beverages in the restaurants and bars ( compared with town) - rooms were clean, spacious ( view of pool) - sufficient parking available Negatives: - Noisy foyer (= also bar area) ... - breakfast chaotic but never end of variety - price is too high ( we paid 160 USD per night) - internet WIFI cost extra (15 EUR for 24 hours) and just with credit card orderbar (? ) To conclude you say that this 5 -star hotel more like a 4 star hotel in Europe entschricht. The building is of course not the newest and somewhat worn. The price is a little high, that is very clear. Always something for Europeans befremfdlich these masses of tourists from Russia and the local regions. You have to be a little tough, what the behavior of the people. Still a nice getaway! read more
