We stayed in this hotel a day after our Sri Lanka round trip and in front of the departure on the Maldives. The hotel is from the outside very pleasant. The check in and check out went without a problem. The room. In the bathroom everywhere mold; to unique showering the bathroom underwater. The toilet did not work. An immediate personal complaint at the front desk brought nothing at all, for the grievances were not fixed. The restaurants - particularly the drinks are in comparison to other we visited hotels overpriced. We can't recommend the hotel. Please note, if you ... from the hotel apply, they are latent of some people addressed, the only travels in the small train want to sell. On our whole 8 tg. Round trip are such pushy people in Sri Lanka not begegenet -the but only secondary a bit with the hotel to do. As mentioned, from the outside sees the hotel very pleasant from, is certainly good right next to the sea, but a moldy bathroom in a Ramada is a absolute no-go! read more

As a conclusion our round trip by Sri Lanka we had to before it on the Maldives went for one night to this hotel check in. You enter the large hotel, I wanted all you not bad, what a Splendor. But quickly notice you, here is the lack from. Diesel hotel is in the middle of town Colombo, just a few meters away from the sea. Check in/ check-out was a breeze. Dinner had we ourselves pay, got only breakfast. The breakfast from the buffet was very reasonable. The rooms are spacious and not noisy. The staff were friendly and ... helpful, all speak only English. The facilities are nice getting very old. The windows didn't open, as it is a high rise building is. The air conditioning dripped, in the bathroom everywhere mold. Ramada knew I had already differently. The restaurant is also not the real, the sit partly with cobble repaired and very stained. The hotel owns a small pool, which we didn't make use of. Here is the lack from, the notices one fast, if you took a closer look. The in the closet ownership safe didn't work, as well as the door, with the help of the room key be opened had. Since we had only the roomboy get. Beautiful city hotel. Have a night during our round trip there spent. Check in/ out quick. A little noisy, but this is in the immediate vicinity of the city due. Food a la carte was all right but not outstanding. read more

    the rooms are spacious and not noisy. Everything is very getting old, not Ramadastandard. Coffee machine is available, but I did because of the calcification not used.

    there's a restaurant and several function rooms for events. A bar is available, but not for stay a, because it is very dark and musty. Hygiene of the breakfast restaurant I found okay. The Complete atmosphere is rather gloomy...

    the staff were friendly and helpful. English is the second language, so it also worked with the Communication. Complaints I had no and in the room at least the bed clean.

    the hotel is about 30 kilometers away from the airport and is centrally located in Colombo. From the hotel one reaches everything you need as regards shopping, food and sights. The beach and a beautiful old in colonial style kept hotel I believe bile farce is in the immediate vicinity at the beach.

the hotel lies in the center Colombos. We only stayed one night there. The rooms are large and clean, the furnishing but a bit getting old. The choice of the breakfast room was large, there was something for everyone. read more
