Very pleasant hotel, 202 rooms on 3 floors, 4 stars, well maintained and sauberl. Half and full board possible. Plus for me : no children! Only from 18 years old available. Many older guests-couples, singles, but also young, athletic people. Mostly german public, a few english, french and spanish guests. read more

    I stayed alone and without an extra charge a spacious double room (2 beds together posed ) with a balcony (views of the distant atlantic ocean). The furnishings: large digital tv with 12 preset german programs, minibar (empty, but good for storing bottles of water), bathroom with a toilet and tub/shower. About the cleaning it was for me nothing to complain about.

    There is a big restaurant and a pool bar, in the probably of hotel giftun azur were quite pleasant meal. The majority of the guests seemed like i to have booked half board. The food is in my opinion very good and varied - also the coffee out of the machines is good. Once a week there is a spanish dinner with some specialities ( gofiagebäck, Paella etc.). I heard complaints, the food was hardly seasoned. But you will find at a seasonable practically all possible ways to spice things up. The ambiance in the restaurant with light music i found calm and pleasant.

    The staff at the hotel is exceptionally friendly and all spoke sufficient german. You can find open ears for questions and complaints. Daily room clean with the exception of wednesday and sunday-what i would call clean. There was an entertainment program with bewegungskursen, in some evenings, two musicians in the lobby on piano and guitar to dance or listen. The bar open. On other nights, bingo or are (english) films. I tried, on course 'relaxation' teilzumehen, what disappointing to me was: the durchgeistigte trainer made a full hour only complicated yoga exercises, for which i with my artificial hip joints not able am. My opinion: for a course should half an hour rich and the exercises should be so, that not physically abled guests a lift have!

    Hotel lies on a hill rather a long way from the beach away (the specified 900 metres i doubt!). Shuttle bus to the beach and back several times daily was included-but refuse some bus drivers, occasionally in town to hold and stubborn to the outside nearby beach! Innerörtliche buses does not exist more-stops still exist, are but shut down (supposedly too few used). There are regular buses to the north (Puerto del Rosario) and south (Jandia, Morro Jable). Costa Calma is a strange place without center, actually only a cluster of hotels and the apartment area with a few connected to shopping malls and local.

Loud Alltours-catalog 'in the summer 2011 elaborately renovated'. Find we were only by the pool and the new building from the restaurant, better station concourse, find. Possibly was also the lobby 'lavish' renovated, however not appealing. The hallways to the rooms were terrible. The carpet stained, the furniture old and worn. Outwardly ok, but for the handicapped on foot difficult to climb, as a steep ascent is. In no case 4 stars, all not more than with a heavy heart three stars because of the very nice pool area.     The size room and bathroom were adequate. The furnishings was tired and worn. The most up-to-date was the tv. The cleanliness was superficially clean. The toilet however, was up around 'clean', below sticky and dusty, delicious. One day before our departure our bed was again changed, why? The cleaning lady knew supposedly not the we on the next day leave!? And this is supposed to be a 4-star hotel are?!

    The 'train station', is the great problem... You walk in, take a look in the faces of the waitresses and believes air. No smile, no daily... The food is exactly as the furnishing: - a nightmare- Peas, carrots, beans, Gulasch (bright), fries, noodles, Meatballs, chicken, fish, mixed salad, and so on. - totally german. No theme nights, no food typical of the country. The breakfast, there can't go wrong. The coffee maker is easy to use: you pressed into a button and any ' plürre', it tasted everything right. - disgusting- Respect : shortly before 10:00 hours the curtains closed and then the lights, don't be shocked! But 10 minutes before a big basket with different bread laid out, who can understand. At the cleanliness was in the ' hall ' nothing to complain about.

    The pool area is very nice, as shown in the catalog. Entertainment by the pool we had not. Was also very pleasant. The loungers and umbrellas were sufficiently available. But: if you by the pool coffee does not believe, that someone these cups also clears. Our cups were 4 days there. Might still. If the loungers in the evening be put right, why is the table-ware, glasses, bottles, full ashtrays and so on. Not cleared. There was also the other are some accumulated.

    Without a car starting at this hotel nothing, since the distances to the beach and the next shopping possibilities just too far. Decent bars or restaurants in the immediate vicinity we didn't find. - we have but also not miss it, as we were traveling by car. - The advantage the location, at night you can very good and quiet night's sleep.

    I have already much about the food i said, what i can say it had several times, yes almost all days moldy fruit on the buffet. Ah for cold food, imagine times sprouts or noodles before, 14 days always the same and yet cold... If you don't fish and no lamb food is this buffet so or so nothing for you.

    The staff was mostly unfriendly Almost all speak german The room was clean and the maid service very friendly ( is the exception) The food is a real catastrophe, we have 14 days booked, always the same food, everything tastes the same, and is still cold. We complained, the lady was abusive. The director gave us another hotel's offers, which we declined, because we do not have anything better expected. We felt then and not at all more comfortable. Our tip: Costa Calma is very nice and has a fantastic beach and as we have learned, certainly much better hotel than the which we had

Overall impression unfortunately somewhat disappointing. There this hotel with 4 stars is specified, We had higher expectations. The buffet in the evening was without prior notification way too expensive. The choice and the taste of the meals were not very good. The rooms correspond not in my opinion the specified 4 stars: - very small - somewhat outdated furniture - dirty walls The employees were very friendly. read more

Good hotel for a seaside holiday with a lot of initiative but no 4 stars. Staff is very friendly however the cleaning of the rooms was bad (only changing, hardly any cleaning). The rooms level of the pool are very badly soundproofed. Food was varied, prices for beverages are ok, also in the bar it is, as in the entire hotel, very quiet to. The outside area is clean and tidy. To the beach you can walk (about 20 minutes) or with the bus drive. The car rental (avis ) we could didn't use it, there was none there. We ... stayed in Costa Calma when Atlantic drive a car with you and hotel services to the hotel and it has everything worked well. Excursions but also offered. read more

Very friendly reception – in the restaurant same for the waiters rather somewhat stressed employees, but probably is your salary for the run around some lower the bartender in the evening is also courteous. Whoever on entertainment, is not as much-that is probably because of the fact, that most of the best age actually 'best age' and rather go to sleep early; if the solo entertainer at 22 o'clock still piano plays, hang as only a handful of people walking around. Otherwise there was movie nights (in english) or bingo-i have neither the one nor the other tried, since i ... can't as peace wanted after extensive fight with wind and gravel roads on mountain bike and sunny days at the beach and swim in the (unfortunately still a little cold) sea. The selection of food is more than enough, %blank% for breakfast like during dinner. That after some time the individual side dishes repeat, i think not so tragic. And also the quality is ok, it is not a gourmet temple, but there was always something delicious. There was a good variety at the fish, the meat is mostly pork. Admittedly, i have a good night's sleep, and what some of the sounds from other rooms write, i cannot judge, otherwise sat i peacefully on my balcony and enjoyed peace and tranquility! As a single mother, the the first time childless vacation makes, i found it to be ideal, that in this hotel no children -it was therefore recreation ☺ The room was friendly and clean, also otherwise i found the hotel as far as pleasant. I agree, that the hotel for people, the bad with foot, is not so suitable, but there is the free shuttle bus to the beach and in the hotel a small shop where one the most necessary buy can. read more

    Large restaurant. The breakfast there was nothing to complain about. Different cold cuts/cheese, cereal, different eggs. The scrambled eggs is however not recommendable, as from the 'bag'. The dinner is somewhat fischlasstig. Usually two fish and two fleischgerischte, as well as a small vegetarian corner. The side dishes were not always clearly the main courts to match. There is no culinary maximum output expected. Everyone found but what and you can get full, unless it is a notorious nagger. You get what you pay for! I recommend half-board plus on-site to book, unless, it is cheap and/or a 'still-water drinker'.

    Above Costa Calma on a hillside location. To the beach it is probably on foot already about 15 minutes the hotel has a shuttle bus which the guests for a beautiful beach brings. On transfer time or häufigkeigkeit i can, since we didn't use it, no information. To the next supermarket about 10 minutes on foot.

The hotel is very well maintained. The offers are varied. The only downside is, the above on a mountain/hill and inexperienced it is stop a krakselei. Apart from that is the service excellent. The swimming pool super, the spa area great. The massages stunningly beautiful. The very friendly and courteous staff. All together i have a great vacation spend. read more

Nice hotel, somewhat remote from the beach and the shops. You should good on foot be on the move, because the path uphill. Cleanliness and size of the rooms are really good. But i think that it is more like a star hotel is. In january were quite many singles and you could good and right nice contacts close. Hotel was not fully booked and therefore quite calmly. The food is very diverse however it was not everything my taste. But it is fresh and you can choose different things choose. I would nevertheless as good, since everyone else is. ... Spa area i found not very inviting, but it is available and enough. read more

We had for one week booked. Peace and quiet we would be the most important have been. The walls are so thin, that i the neighbors Snoring was heard! And the toilet flushing of all Rooms around. I was already in many hotels on Fuerteventura, Was mostly very satisfied, the best age was Probably the worst ever! I also already in many hotels büfettessen Had, have i found at least one dish, The tasted, in the best age not a single. And i am not squeamish. Everything was overcooked and Tasted not at all. After us at the front desk ... any further helped, ('we are all rooms just '), were looking for We are on your own another hotel And were to find something in the risk del gato, which i Very recommend! read more

I was skeptical at first, i thought 'best age' says everything about the average age from, but it was pretty much all ages, however no children. The guests mainly came from the german-speaking area. The hotel, we for 10 nights booked, made a very new impression and we really liked, large lobby, friendly staff at check in. Free wi-fi unfortunately only in the lobby, which i regretted. But i realized, it also goes without internet. read more

    The modern rooms we really liked, was also big enough, the beds for my sensitive back very comfortable. There was a large closet in which a safe was. However costs the per day 2 €! I think this is not alright, it should be free of charge, since it is now simply. We had a nice flat screen tv with 13 channels in german. There was also a fridge which really has done good service. From the balcony from we could on the sea look and laterally on the pool. The bathroom was also very clean and large enough, fresh towels were changed on request.

    The very rich breakfast and for dinner we were in a large, clean room, but because of the time of the year only half used. The food was not as large as we it from other hotels are used to, the cook was not very creative. Therefore was for me no danger, with 2 more kilogrammes on the Waage right at home. What i on the manageable buffet together was then nevertheless delicious. It must not always be, salads and desserts were very good! It was pleasant, the noise level in the restaurant not so high, there is lots of small tables, to together can be made

    For the greetings a bottle sparkling wine in the room. The staff is very friendly and all speak german. The room and the bathroom were always super, however you sunday and wednesday not cleaned.

    There are 3 nice clean pools, one of which was heated, but nevertheless very little used, although we in section 24 degrees celsius had.     The hotel is about 1 hour away from airport, a little bit out of town, but this is precisely why it was wonderfully quiet. The beach is in about 20 minute walking distance, but that is not a problem, finally one is on vacation and had time.

A very recommendable hotel. You should however have a rental car, the distance to the beach is far. Although only for adults, is the audience what the age very mixed. Remarkably many traveling alone. Altogether very positive. read more

The value for money is great. Fun and friendly management. I could relaxation and the good weather enjoy. All great. Only fly in the ointment: there was no wi-fi-front desk on the rooms, so it was every evening the lobby full of people, the home tefefoniert have. read more

The hotel features for us through the very nice, helpful and german speaking staff from. Therefore we could on the day of arrival (late in the evening) a the rooms change, since we didn't on the ground floor by the pool wanted to stay. For families with kids, the hotel is in our opinion not convenient. Unfortunately, unfortunately the rooms are very badly soundproofed. The breakfast is good, however the dinner needs improvement. The hotel lobby is very cool and bland. Instruction: free wi-fi only works in the reception area. The hotel was at our time of travel middle january ... of many singles and older travellers use. Because of the reasonable price for the journey and the great weather we would book the hotel again, even if it to the beach a bit further away. But there goes 3 times a day shuttle bus (there and back) or you can take a rental car. Altogether it was for us relaxing and stress-free days. read more

Top -renovated hotel with beautiful pool area, enough chairs and shady palms. For those seeking tranquillity couple ideal, since only adults as guests be accepted. Wide choice at breakfast and at dinner, especially if you fish like. Very friendly, always helpful and german speaking front desk. read more

In the hotel kiosk you have to the durability date 8... Room very badly soundproofed. Apart from that but i'm with all very satisfied %blank%. Wi-fi is missing. read more

    We had a room with a sea view in the 3. floor on the reception level offering. The balcony was very wind and sunny as we would wish it. Had other plants on fuerte, as would be of the terrace almost froze ☺ storage space, coat-hangers and drawers were adequate.

    The 'dining room' could really time with a few measures more friendly. There one goes to stop really only for breakfast and dinner and remains not a minute longer. - perhaps so desired-? The breakfast is very good - but it depended on who the crêpes and fried eggs roasts. Some 'chef' makes mountains of crepes then stuck together and are cold. On the first couple of days we are in the evening really shocked, because we the last year not so carelessly knew. It was the salads for example sardines from the box, the dosenform was seen! The tomatoes were never ready-a shame. In the 2. week the choice and presentation a bit better. The warm dishes was always at least one food before the eyes of the guests prepared. Then there was already times waiting times. Was worth it but. Sad, that, if it came then times typical canarian dishes for first guests not to see. There was the sauce with the potatoes, or the quince jelly not with the goat cheese. We have the most striking creations on the plates of the guests discovered... The complain now on the food... Annoying are the various abräumstatione where the few waiters loudly your work. The cleanliness and friendliness but for extra time stresses were!

    At the front desk there are no language barriers. The friendliness and helpfulness was exemplary. The chambermaids make a good job. Towels gives it to on wednesday and sunday if necessary. Extra towels gives it against bail. Any change then 1 Euro. You can but also the towels from the room to the pool take.

    The pool area was extremely clean and quiet. This peace in the entire hotel this was the reason we this hotel have booked again. The hotel you can only from 18 years book! A pool is supposedly heated. From us and other guests was the jacuzzi in the sauna use. Unfortunately missing everywhere on the whole spa and sauna area of heels. This was last year already mentioned, but not improved! The entertainment would be upgradeable. So much we with have got is but only a person responsible. There was only in the late morning an offer - as missed you but the bus to the beach. In the evening there was a guitarist, singer or bingo-but much too late for the guests.

    The location of the hotel is, as well as described in the brochures, somewhat remote the place Costa Calma. But that didn't matter! We were last year already there and the shuttle bus to the beach and for small purchases used. This year we had for the whole time a car and therefore the vacation different can. Both variations were ok. If you do not have booked half board, and not have a car, the selection of attainable local evening limited, as at shuttle bus goes.
