Stayed here for a week in April, we were a party of 8 women for a special birthday celebration. Dont think the poor staff knew what hit them. lol. There wasnt much entertainments as the season had'nt really started. but we still managed to entertain ourselves and many other guests staying there.LOL. The hotel itself was very clean and the rooms were always kept tidy by the housekeeping staff. The disco bar was fun for us as most of the time we had it to ourselves. And the staff were mostly curtious to us all the time, The bar ... lad at the slide pool bar was lovely. not sure of his name but we just kept calling him Al and he seemed to like the name. The slide pool was our favourite as the water didnt seem as cold there. The lobby waiter Omer was very good at keeping us happy with drinks. And a massive thankyou to Yuce, He is a credit to the hotel always smiling and very helpful. We love you Gokhan. read more

The complex itself is nice, the newer rooms completely okay. Because the hotel however was closed, although it remains available was, were cleanliness and service is so bad, as i at least 60 Turkey holidays never experienced. Exception was Erkan, the chef, the always tried, the guests' wishes to fulfill. read more

We actually wanted to the third year in a row our vacation, this time with our friends, in the Eftalia spend. On arrival to flight and long transfer at the check in only told me basically, that the booked family room with separate bedroom had already booked and we are now in a simple family room indent must. The staff at the declaration was after our complaint rude and very unfriendly. We are then after 2 days to the Kahya Resort moved (as also completely many other families) and had a very nice holiday. In comparison to the previous years ..., the Eftalia very strong neglected. There were lots of people on the complex and simple not enough space for all. It was nice, but we won't be back. read more

6 time Turkey, 2 time three stars and 4 times 5 stars, but the hotel has our expectations absolutely undercut-what was available, not good three star hotels
Dirty tables, the only be swept-dirty chairs, the glue - sausage&cheese strongly bumpy after a couple of days, cold, waiter respond to tip before, coffee from machines, the regularly were broken, cutlery completely damaged.
Absolutely hochnäsiges staff at the reception - complaints only smiled at (there was only a only person there, where you taken serious felt), bell boy did not give it. And so on and so on and so on
Animation? ... Dead site - even if winter season, but 5 stars? We have in any case have never experienced something like that!
Only positive: very nice grounds, simply brilliant potostudio, humane price in the hotel shop.
Never never again. As is the last word with the tour operator still not spoken! read more

This was our first holiday in Turkey.
For us, 2 adults (50 years) and 3 children (16 to 21 years), the hotel was really good.
Several pools, with various slides for the families with smaller children, a small pool to relax ( very quiet) and a big pool for all other activities. Stage with bars and activities were in the front section the hotel, so you evenings party could if you wanted, the apartments but rather untouched were. There was food around the clock, even a late breakfast and a mitternachtsbüfett was available, albeit with reduced effort.
We also have ... the in the hotel lying turkish hamam bath try, was really not bad. I had also still additionally 3 massages booked, they were very good.
Best but the entertainment liked it, Philipp, Nadja and also Thomas have something together. Were always happy, not pushy at all have they the day entertained, so that boredom not at all only arise could.
From here once again a big thank you very much to you-you made our day-you were really great.

Five star very questionable. Maximum three stars. In fact, it is a beautiful hotel with very bad well kept beach, the especially left and right like a moonscape tooth. Catastrophic condition of the chairs, cushions and sanitary facilities for disabled guests at the beach. 3 days, until the first stand was available. They have just no. Bath towels there would be however also not extra as an alternative a motivated management could with a little effort so much more the hotel and the whole organization squeeze. Lacking so often at dishes, always at glasses (costs a few cents!), entertainment space ... to the spartan pool bar. Plastic cups there was lack of glasses regularly. Also we had to regularly broken coffee maker and other drinks dispenser accept. The playing ground was totally mini and nothing special charming for children. Glassy tiles in the pool area. The garden is very nice. A shame, that so little interest, that a certain standard the guests opposite kept. We had as a family a relatively large double room with extra bed and a couch. Really reasonable. Unfortunately lag the room in the immediate vicinity of basement disco room, so it was impossible the balcony also only a crack open. This was our third time in the türikei. This hotel corresponded not in a five star hotel as we already experienced. Four star are ok. It was very fully, when we were there, so that in the restaurant really sometimes bottlenecks with cutlery and in clearing away have been created. The staff in the restaurant was partly very hard. Our room was well and the cleaning staff great friendly and helpful. The beach was not so beautiful, which one could as five star hotel better (cushions partly broken and partly no umbrellas), but the water was wonderful and the stones ... anm beach go also. Three different pool areas are well designed and the animation is good. The food was varied, there was something there for everyone. All together the vacation was good, however one must evenly from 4 stenen going out, then this is for you not disappointed. And if you for little money can book, you can also recommend. read more

We really liked that hotel and you should not always on the reviews other people hear. We are sceptical drove and were positively surprised have been. We can only say it a succesful vacation was.
If people on too few cutlery or glasses complain, you should possibly their previously used still time, because home make it but also. The often a dirty plates could happen, there is also in Germany. Because i myself in the food area work, i can the complaints of this sort do not understand. Everyone should get its own nose pack. What we for a behavior ... from other vacationers again met was truthfully under all sow (please excuse this idiom). Why must you complimentary water which to drink made available is, simply pour to for instance the slides so that to make wet. The not only with a bottle, but with at least 2 sixpack of water easily fit inside.

The Eftalia Village is for families fully recommendable. Large large area with a great children's entertainment, the parents during the day space creates. Solo adventurer will have or older couple without enkelbegelitung should a stay not really give. The hotel is located somewhat away and on foot is only a small bazaar to reach. With the mini bus is however Konakli or Alanya smooth and easy to reach. Where you can shop to the doctor comes.
Our room was a family room with two separate rooms. This was absolutely in a respectable state and the cleaning staff made a great ... job. In the three restaurants of the hotel we always found something to eat and only on the final day we had the feeling, that it repeated. Basically was in the restaurants self service and nevertheless were the waiters not too unfortunately the guests with drinks catering.
The beach was rather moderate and seemed very neglected. read more
