The 'grey block' works outside deterrent, but convinced for years (4. stay) by great service, great food, clean rooms and great view of the lake.
Frühstücksausblick and offer fantastic. The staff are friendly and courteous. Sauna and pool area well, for children is unfortunately missing a kindgerechter pool area, a shame.
The only real minus point are the few parking lots, but if in Sassnitz something familiar, will other options are. read more

Horrible. Everywhere the plaster chipped off from. Ancient decor, it smells in the room as in the DDR museum in prora. The food is a joke, as soothes the view not. On the balcony you have to have to worry that every moment crashes. Two plastic chairs on the balcony, that was it, no cushions, no table, nothing. I knew not at all, that Nokia TV has built, but in the 80. War the Rügen hotel probably multiple users. Even if the parking is free, way too small and cramped, and if you are late evenings you get anyway in ... a place. It could be so much from the hotel and of course the location make, but with the management probably not. We will in future a large elbow around this hotel make. read more

The check in ran short and businesslike, relatively impersonal-also the check out.
Our room was clean, but everything reminded of primitive times, the furniture, curtains, carpet and above all the großkarierte bed sheets. The bathroom was small, but bright tiled and functional, everything worked and was well maintained.
The hotel is in a very exposed location, we have no room on the seaside more, so came the highlight for breakfast, the view from the 9th floor of the US feet lying Baltic Sea!
The waiters for breakfast was very pleasant and accommodating.
We would Rügen-hotel for a longer stay do ... not book. One night was ok. Particularly one wonderful on foot to the harbor and a free car park use. But is everything urgently renewed and updated. read more

When you a room with a view of the sea select, as well as from the breakfast room, you had a wonderful view of the Baltic Sea! On the balcony stands however no table (, whether chairs were there or, whether we which from the room took, I don't know more).
Breakfast was plentiful and good and the waiters very attentive.
The water in the swimming pool it was quite cold outside.
It is important to know, that the port on one sees, not the ferry terminal is! This is also Sassnitz but it is still about 10 kilometer further ... outside! We would have therefore almost our ferry missed. Unfortunately gave us the lady at the reception misled. On the question, where at the port the ferry to Bornholm leaves, said it would be in the port only one ferry. She had och actually need to know, that you have to to another port should. read more

A gdr hotel, what you tried to renovate. But the old charm tasted, it starts with the doors and locks in the old youth hostel style in which, the equipment in the rooms, unfortunately also on the very little motivated front desk. Revalued the whole only by the relatively new pool area, the me much love installed and the rooftop restaurant, in the breakfast is held. Here arises because a wonderful panorama, but also a really big crowd. Sassnitz itself is a quite dead place, since that the ferry to Sweden no longer leaves, there are better places in Rügen. ... Only the nature reserve with the chalc cliffs is on the doorstep and is from the hotel also easily reachable on foot. Beware-at the summit, then entry be paid! read more

We were for a week unhitch in the Rügen - hotel and we relaxed really well. The check in and check out was without much friendliness very fast manner. The rooms shows, that you some years used are. They are big enough and everything definitely is necessary was available. The bathroom with shower is relatively small, but has nevertheless enough space to put things for everything you as a couple in the bathroom needs. On the balcony there were two chairs, we could have this however before, cleaning needs. But since we were out we only every day the wonderful ... views of the port short standing enjoyed. The rooms but were every day cleaned. However soon a renovation and above all the exchanges the carpeting material planned. The TV in the room is very small. But who wants to watch on vacation far? The breakfast there were on the 9th floor. The view for breakfast on the port is really worth seeing. The staff in the breakfast room was very friendly and accommodating. There was something of everything and we are every day content and full started into the day. We had an offer booked and to have our dinner in the Neptune's restaurant. The Neptune's is independent, so that every evening the beverages to pay were. The staff were in the restaurant very friendly. However the next time I would on the half board do. You could every evening for the next select Tag: fish or meat. Before there was every day a soup, I mostly too salty was. (Apparently I was with this opinion only. ) the main course then but good. The dessert, the whole food then positively stopped.
The bathroom and sauna in the hotel we almost every night visited. The bathroom is relatively small and the sauna area is also very small. But for the weary legs is a sauna in the evening always a delight, even if we discuss the nature of the aufgusses bit surprised were. The staff in the sauna should a other sauna visit and look, what a brew is! Our booked massages we stayed at the neighboring hotel get. The staff in the wellness hotel was very friendly. Because the hotel very convenient location, it is a good starting point for Venedig along the chalk cliffs. Shops directly opposite the hotel. You can also very nice on the high riverside hiking. We liked it very well on the Island of Rügen loved it. A small point of criticism on the island are the parking fees. At each Sehenswürkigkeit you will really asked to pay for it. There was even on the Waljdparkplätzen the machines to Kanta.

We were for relaxing here, and the for the food and the view of the sea very good.
Furthermore has the bathroom with sauna and the good spa facilities contributed.
I cannot understand that it people the over this hotel niggle.
The breakfast the Pannoramaraum taken with a sea view and there was everything that your heart could desire

We were the second time in the hotel and can actually only good things to say. The staff are friendly. The room is OK. In the bathroom everything was clean. The breakfast is plentiful and good the great views of the parking is a bit small. But that however, you can life. We will certainly be back again.

We again got the winter promotion 'sound' and were not disappointed. This offer includes: 2 times overnight stay with breakfast, 2 times 3-course menu and use of rügen- thermal bath in the house.
Also I had 2 Blumenstäuße birthday ordered; once Friday Evenings 3-course menu -which perfectly worked and the second for breakfast at the Sunday in the breakfast room -worked with restrictions (the bouquet was locally, but at the front desk fetched, since it supposedly not possible is a table in the breakfast room to reserve); it must possibilities give on special occasions a table for breakfast to reserve. ...
The general state of the hotel is still good, there but needs urgently a renovation take place. The Furniture in the rooms are strongly worn.

We were only one night there, had booked at short notice and were very positive surprised, that we had a room in the 5 ten floor with a view of the lake had. The hotel is an old GDR standard, but clean and tidy. Therefor, the price accordingly, could imagine, if spread out is undergoing renovations, the prices would grow substantially. The staff are very friendly, the food was great and wide. We slept quiet, and in the seventh heaven. I think that we will more often was found to be an absolute plus. read more

The hotel needs to be renovated! Carpet stained and without shoes an impertinence. Staff at the front desk was rude and generate services ready. Breakfast in the ninth floor. Half board in the restaurant on the ground floor, the food an impertinence: bland, uninspired, very greasy and small special wishes will be an extra charge taken. Bad price/performance ratio. For 75 €should at least be clean. The toilet was dirty, so that we cleaned themselves; the shower moldy, the towels were make-up stains from the previous tourist. There was sand in the bed, which suggests, that the sheets had not been changed. The bed is right by the window, so you can get the head under the exposed shower curtain and once it gets as bright as we woke up. The lady at the front desk upon check in was very rude and left us with our desire to transfer (from 2 to 1 night) alone. ... She said you should make online. On our answer, that we had no Internet access they said 'this is, of course, mist'. Here you should mention in an internet cafe and Wi-Fi access. Breakfast buffet offers a wide selection and in contrast to the rest of the hotel cosy atmosphere, since the restaurant on the roof of the hotel and you can scan the entire port. Conclusion: old, dirty Hotel. read more

Unfortunately, we have the breakfast room felt a bit too small. We had the 'holding pattern' in, as 8:30 A.M. and 30 minutes later, everything was occupied. Only around 9:30 A.M. we were able to take our breakfast.
Some still feels at the 'motorway' to DDR times, but it is on the right track.
Since we were traveling with bikes, free bycicles we could use. Also, the front desk clerk quickly pump can help,

Hotel is located directly on the harbor of Sassnitz. The cleanliness of the restaurant was good.
Breakfast was nine floor with panoramic views.
At dinner, you could choose between meat and fish.
Across the street from the hotel was a small shopping arcade.
The harbor at the hotel was very well suited for a stroll.
Conclusion: we spent four days in the felt very comfortable. read more
