In Sheraton la caletta we felt really good. The staff is really good (emphasized should be Ibrahim, an excellent host!). The room was in good condition, Although the hotel is not new, and was in size alright the buffet in the evening and the breakfast was very versatile, the selection of food large and the quality very good! Only The themes fish should be a bit more variety his. The pool area is generous and it must (for the first time for me in a long time!) No chairs Be reserved! Only weakness at the present time is the lack ... of free -wi-fi in the whole hotel, especially However on the rooms. This should for a hotel with such good level standard. All in all a very nice stay and a recommendable hotel! read more

The hotel is very beautiful, however the service is bad. You get the tables in the restaurant assigned. Often you'll have to stand in line, to one a table assigned gets. Wishes are generally not, even if the restaurant plenty of scholarships has. For non-acceptance of the table got an extra 'side table'. Tip expected, a nice table for example by the pool to get? A 2. pot of coffee for 3 people was rude rejected. 'there is only one pot per table. Get their coffee at the machines.' If you differently than assigned down, because sufficient is available ... and you are not right at the coffee maker and cups to sit, you are not served. Five star-service is different. read more

Great hotel for tourist, the a refined luxury hotel search, in which it nevertheless not stiff happens. The breakfast we could always outside take, the buffet is rich (also sparkling wine, serrano -ham, various fish are available) and of good quality. In addition to filter coffee you can unlimited ' right ' coffee, Cappuccino etc. From the numerous machine in the breakfast area yourself (or for the waiters orders). I missed only the small bowls, in the at the buffet the jams pour in may, as well as smoked salmon. Apart from that everything was perfect, included really freshly squeezed ... orange juice and the usual 'grill station' for omelets etc. The rooms are massive and very well furnished. In the room was next to the usual mini bar (usual price) also a small fridge, where one its own drinks cool (beautiful detail!). The balcony rails of gitterstäben, so that you can reach the view of the sea (as long as available) really ' looks' and not a betonbrüstung above must look. In one part of the lobby with sofas and armchairs is free the wifi use, to for instance with its smartphone the mails. Worked out very well and is a beautiful service for the guests. For our rental car we within 100 meters distance from hotel entrance always a free parking found. The spa area is very modern. I two massages retreat (thanks to Gloria - the massages were fantastic!). The hotel lies directly at the beach promenade; with your room card you can get around the hour by the garden-/pool area directly at the promenade. On foot it was then around 2 to 3 minutes to restaurants, bars etc. In short: we have in the hotel a wonderful (golf -) vacation and will during the next Tenerife vacation definitely again the Sheraton choose. read more

Never again! 30 minutes line up at the breakfast buffet, they are placed. General -internet very slow. Room-wi-fi 19 rather per day. Constantly you had to the rooms-schließkarte new record on leave, Because door couldn't be opened. Smell in the room. read more

At check in only i (my wife was acceptable) and i asked polite after a discount, because a person less arrived (for example spa area use without extra charge) i was from the manager treated like a schoolboy the detention must. Only one night i got in addition free of charge... Beware! The spa area costs! read more

There is for this hotel actually only one negative aspeckt, that is a bit farther, beach for swimming, but due to the salt water pool will be compensated. The heated pool should be cleaned better, as the floor of the green seaweeds coating slippery and by einen'robi ' at night easy to eliminate would be. We stay very pleased and we can a clear recommendation pronounce. read more

We will come since 2008 every year at least 2 times to the hotel. Every stay is just great. The only thing, that really not nice is, is, that the large outdoor swimming pool because of the temperature simply not to use. No matter what time of year, the water is just too cold. read more

All in all a very good hotel. In the immediate area but there are only a few restaurants and they were actually very expensive. Cheaper it will only at the beach from Costa Adeje (about 30 minutes walk directly on the promenade). When we at 14:00 o'clock check-in, the room was unfortunately not finished yet. In a star hotel we would a hassle free check-in is possible from 12:00 a. m. expect, but certainly at 14:00 o'clock. read more

The Sheraton is on the touristy Western side of Tenerife, with better weather but also a full influx of tourists. The Sheraton is a huge complex with many outdoor pools cascading towards the beach. However, there is no direct beach access, as there is a promenade between the hotel and the beach, and the beach is rocky, i.e. not for swimming right in front of the hotel. Still, there is a beautiful sunset view from the hotel. The rooms are spacious with big bathrooms, mostly also with balcony or terrace. Internet is quite expensive in the room, but there ... is an area on the ground floor with free wireless internet and computers. Breakfast is by buffet, good with plenty of selection. There are several restaurants but we preferred to eat outside which is cheaper. read more

Overall the hotel is gorgeous. Food is definitely not 5 star standard. The restaurants were not always open and if you had to already days in advance. Unfortunately we had ants in the room. read more

Peaceful location but nevertheless all the restaurants, the beach and shops nearby. Sun loungers abundant, therefore no badetuchbelegung necessary. Staff very pleasant and accommodating. The food the buffet was excellent and plenty of choice. read more

Definitely again! Well maintained quiet hotel with very nice rooms (we had superior room). Very nice view on the sea of room and hotel terraces. Breakfast with good and extensive buffet; as sit outside, inside less pleasant (noisy, poor ambience). Dinner we had not booked. Very nice promenade directly behind the hotel, sand beach, somewhat far (approximately 500 meters). 1 pool is heated, after complaint also on 27-28 degrees. Nice pool area with lots of space; chairs and sunscreens sufficiently available. International, pleasant clientele. Prices in the hotel quite high, but but also nice ambiance. Spa area available, note 3. read more

We have 2 nights in the hotel. The hotel is at the end of Costa Adeje next to the Riu hotel arecas. Hotel area is through rubble and coined/shaped. The location is somewhat remote from the center. The beach (Playa del Duque) is very nice but about 800 meters away and only about a gerölligen way to reach. The reception and the service in the hotel were super, ausstattung of the hotel, the room and the pools- everything very well kept and 5 star worthy. The spa area is a joke. We had a day free of charge (normal 15/day) ..., but you can get a rotten wooden sauna, a defective steam bath and a massage (salt water) where half the jets was broken. For 15 €/ day not recommendable. Breakfast buffet is ok however rather german 3-4 star standard. Dinner in the à-la-carte -restaurants very expensive. Guests in the hotel were pleasant - the majority were german and english. In summary the hotel is one of the best in Tenerife, rooms are very big and the furnishings great. Bed very comfortable with 2 different pillows for everybody. Bath with a bath, shower and separated toilet. Fridge free, additionally kostenpflichte mini bar available. The outside area is very nice and there is also enough chairs and umbrellas. Unfortunately is the location of the hotel a bit unpleasant. But if you have the unpleasant way to the beach faults one with a beautiful promenade rewarded. For relaxing really recommendable. Only wellness area should definitely be upgraded or at least be free. read more

Quiet, except for some live music in the evening at the bar, no party, no animation.     Nice, enough big comfortable bathroom (shower, bathtub, double sink, toilet separated but by the bathroom accessible). Premium room with a wonderful view of the garden/pool area and the sea. Characteristics: pillow-selection, iron and ironing board, tea and coffee making facilities and its own refrigerator next to the minibar, safe free of charge.

    There is a buffet-restaurant, a spanish and a japanese à la carte restaurant. Very hospitable the crediting of 38 €on the dishes the specialty restaurants for half or vollpensionsgäste. The quality the buffets we found in comparison to other houses good (we are not büfettfreunde ). The selection was variously, the presentation a little basic. The themed evenings were good. The dishes in the spanish and japanese restaurant we liked as well. The price of drinks are a star hotel and are therefore clearly higher than in external restaurants. Only point of criticism: the cleanliness of the buffet restaurants are good, but are very uncomfortable and the design of the interior seemed more like a canteen.

    Extremely friendly, gracious service, starting with the arrival at reception to the cleaning staff. Particularly the team in the restaurants was very attentive and tried to fulfill every request. Only with the head of the japanese restaurants was the friendliness a bit over the top and felt this fake. A communication exclusively in german would be possible, since the some of the staff speak perfect german, english knowledge are but hifreich.

    Chairs and sunscreens are sufficiently available. The heated pool was in the first days very cold, was then but pleasant temperature. Overall very nice the garden/pool area. Leisure facilities does not exist. We did not miss it.

    Peaceful location at the end the tourist strip La Caleta. Very reachable by car, enough free parking available, garage parking costs 7 €, bus stop to the airport approximately 3 minutes out. Beyond a short unbefestigtes, dusty walk you can reach the promenade direction Costa Adeje with cafes, restaurants and shopping center. Beach, see previous reviews. Direction La Caleta is the promenade with a less beautiful natural beach interrupted, you cross. In La Caleta (circa 15 minutes) more good restaurants, especially fish- and seafood.

    Very helpful and verständnisvolles staff at the reception. You had for all requests an ear to lend. A desired change because of the high noise (live music directly under the room) was promptly wanted fulfilled. Unfortunately the room change hardly a improvement. Room cleaning of a high standard.
