We were the second time at this hotel marilena. It is always a perfect holiday. The rooms are mostly renovated, very neat and clean. You can choose breakfast, the is excellent. The beach is not the nicest, however, there were in the immediate vicinity many beaches as agios pavlos, Akoumia, triopetra, kommos and agios georgios. In town there was everything you need. Various taverns as tavern mythos by nikos and especially the ilios by susanna and manolis. read more

nice owner, great rooms and very good extensive breakfast. They tried all wishes of the guests to meet. the rooms are modern and spacious equipped. Everything was nice and clean. read more

This small hotel is located right on an about 15 metre- high cliff. Only a small, hardly ever busy road is located inbetween. Most rooms have unobstructed views of the harbour and the sea. The house is not barrier-free, but on the ground floor there are rooms that can be accessed without having to climb any stairs. Everything was clean. The landlady is very helpful and friendly. She immediately tried to fulfil every request. Breakfast can be ordered and also cancelled later at short notice without any problems. Self-catering is also possible. There is a small kitchen for the guests. read more

    Here room #9 is described. It has an appealing size and has an about 20 sqm roof top terrace. The railings have glass and therefore do not block the view of the sea. There's a marquee as a protection against rain and sun. A patio door with an extra fly screen and an electric blind are provided. In the room there is a satellite TV and a refrigerator. The bathroom has a modern decor and has a hair dryer.

    The breakfast is good not only for Greek standards. In addition there was always fruit and some speciality. On request you can have breakfast on your own balcony or terrace. In which case the landlady puts everything on a tray.

    Our landlady is the perfect host and actually always present. She speaks English and quite good German. If you want some advice, i.e. for excursions, she call some places and enquires about details. That way we always got some comprehensive information. Our room was always cleaned perfectly.

    Agia Galini is located in a small bay on a hillside. Correspondingly large are the slopes in the place. About 200 metres to the beach. About 15 metres of altitude have to be overcome. It's just as far to the centre of town. On the way there, there are some steps and steep walkways. In town there is a wide selection of tavernas and shops. The surrounding area offers a variety of hiking possibilities on the mountains.

The Minos is not a first class hotel, ergo and not a lot of service and the rooms have YHA atmosthere charm. But everything is in good condition and clean as a whistle, what Hotelierin manuscript Marilena makes! Marilenas breakfast was amazing, something new every day, everything was fresh and always asked to be what you want. Couldn't eat so much! Good advice you you get Marilena, the great speaks English, also with on the way - in A. G. is not a lot to do or see ( a rental car is priceless, also here you can help! ). ... Conclusion: great go on an excursion base without a lot of comfort but with lots of charm! read more

We thoroughly enjoyed our stay in Hotel Minos. Had a wonderful room overlooking the bay and harbour. Marilena is something special. Hotel is well situated for both beach and harbour/village facilities. read more
