A place for rest and relaxation! Possibilities for leisure activities there were enough: cross-country skiing, skiing, tobogganing, walking, the chair of of the chairs and so on! And then from in the infrared cabin, the directly at of the bungalow is!
Great was also the breakfast basket or the bread roll service.
The vacation apartment is comfortable, clean and very well equipped!
Also the kindness of the landlord speaks clearly for a return! read more

Very nice, clean newly-built flat. Owner family very friendly and helpful.
Location exceptionally quiet, directly at the toboggan run. Cul-de-sac.
We were with 3 generations, grandparents, parents and baby, in of the bungalow.
Apartment is very spacious, very well equipped and ideal for us.

We have been the 3. time in alpineas around a week cross country skiing holidays to make.
It is every time on a new very nice there.
We will always friendly welcome and we will fulfilled all expectations.
The design of the studios is very good and it is very clean.
The cross-country ski runs aren't too far away and the best part is, it has always enough snow.

Alone the very pleasant and absolutely friendly type of landlord, makes a come back essential! We had a vacation apartment ( top condition) with magnificent view in the area. Many Wanderorte easy to reach and plentiful possibilities in bad weather what something to do. ( Seefeld, garnish, Telfs and so on) Actually peaceful location speaks also for itself. We went to the Alpineas -Studio always felt comfortable. The check-in process was friendly and helpful. The furnishings was good and clean. In the kitchen and technical devices everything was modern and well stocked available. The studio was a little small and not very bright, the price but very adequate. The apartment is located about 10 minutes footpath distant from the entrance to the cross-country ski run and a toboggan run, is in the immediate proximity. Carriage are available and can be borrowed for free. For 5 euros the week can Wi-Fi-Internet booked to be. Parking is not a problem ... and the possibility to store for the skis is available. Gladly again! read more

the vacation apartment is very beautifully and generously equipped with everything you could wish for. Everything is very clean and one feels immediately probably. The house is very quiet, it is nearby on the edge of the forest in a Quartierstraße. The landlord are very friendly and we felt very good repealed. A wonderful short break came to an end... The house is very nicely decorated and equipped. It has a warm and very clean hospitality from. The family is super nice Falkner, very helpful and accommodating. We had supported our nights with our small with a folding cot and a great safe carriage. The condo left nothing to be desired. With very good equipment: dishwasher, fridge/freezer, stove with ceramic hob and cavity, underfloor heating, great infra-red sauna, a second separate toilet... This dwelling left nothing to be desired. We look forward to see you soon. read more

Fam. Falkner is very hospitable and helpful. Mr F. has offered us several times in the pick Gaistal. Rolls service worked well. We have at home very Falkner felt comfortable. read more

We spent one week in small apartment (1 room and bathroom) in Alpineas. For two people this was fully sufficient, especially everything was available. The kitchen is fully equipped, with, for example, microwave, dishwasher small, fridge with separate freezer, as well as enough pots, cutlery and crockery. The bathroom was also very nice equipped, for example, a 'rain shower'. Further facilities include a small dining table for two people, a small couch, a Rotatable flat screen Tv with many channels and a DVD player, as well as a very large double bed (just to mention the most important). Moreover, the ... whole house are equipped with wireless internet access (for us even a router provided additional, as the signal was weak on the ground; therefore, is also solved the problem).
Cleanliness in the whole house very important. All the leisure activities on offer were very nice and helpful. We were also surprised with small very nice touches (sparkling wine in the room on arrival, even baked apple strudel, even preserves Peiserlbeeren).
The cross-country ski runs are in about five minutes walking distance, with the steep hill with the cross-country shoes should be a little cautious.
The slide is just a few minutes walk from reachable, very good sledges can be rented in the hotel.
All in all definitely a very nice holiday, where everything was! read more
