Was already more often there, also with family. Service and cleanliness has in the last few years developed very positively. With smaller groups recommendable. Very good dishes Value for money is okay. read more

Very well maintained, family-run hotel with about rooms on 4 floors. Entrance area and pool area were newly renovated and very modern. Lots of regular guests from Germany and Austria. Elevator, parking and parking available. read more

    We had a triple room with a big balcony and it was in terms of size completely fine. The mini fridge and safe could be used for free. In one part the room was this year the bathrooms renovated.

    Great delicious food. The only negative was the vacation the view of Waage. Went with a giant breakfast buffet los: cereals, 2 yogurts, 4 types of sausage, pate, cream cheese, slices of cheese, scrambled eggs, fried bacon, jams, honey, nutella, even brown bread, rolls, crescents, cakes, sliced pineapple, melons, 3 different juices ( even apple juice! Is in Italy very rarely ), coffee, milk warm and cold, tea. The coffee you could this year from the new coffee machine leave, so that you can Cappuccino or espresso drink. Afternoons and evenings you could from various pasta, risotto, soup or juices as appetizers and meat,-fish as main courses as selection. For children there was always noodles with tomato or ragout sauce. On request were also times fries or similar for the little ones serves. As a dessert there was always ice, cream caramel, chocolate pudding, peaches or sorbet. In addition the daily change tiramisu, panna cotta, chocolate cake, cake etc. Appetizers and main course and dessert were served at the table. With salad and pickled vegetables you could at the buffet serve.

    The employees and managers were very nice and to endeavor itself constantly all guests to fulfill. One occurs oneself, as if one with friends to visit. Check in ran problem-free and fast. The bosses speak fluent German and also with the serving staff you could communicate without a problem. Room were cleaned each day and you got fresh towels.

    The pool was only 2003 newly built and was very modern with integrated jacuzzi and massaging jets. On the chairs there were comfortable cushions and there were big enough sun screens available. Everything was very tidy and clean. New was the small house, around the shower by the pool was built, in the you then easily move could, without to the room to have. Was new this year the tischtennisplatt, eagerly used. At the beach per room a chair, a chair and a sun screen in the price for everyone. Otherwise you could changing rooms of the hotel use, in which you also during the night beach toys, air mattress or similar could accommodate. The hotel has three stars and it would be in general earn more, too would be there not the rooms and since especially the bathroom. The rooms are rather small but sufficient, a little old fashioned but still everything completely fine. It is a safe and a small fridge in the room the cools very good. The room is with a air conditioning equipped but not legitimise cools but sufficient is. Only the bathroom is really small and rather poorly equipped, but for a few days sufficient. This is true but only on the 2 and 3 floor to the ... 1 floor the rooms already been renovated and the other two floors consequences in as next Winters. Now to the hotel general in a really very good and modern State is. There's a restaurant and a bar until 24 o'clock was open. We had only night and breakfast booked, but there is exactly the possibility half or full board book. The breakfast was very good and there was always sufficient to the selection. Right on the hotel is a very nice large outdoor swimming pool the always with fresh water supplied. Parking is available in sufficient number right at the hotel. The location is almost perfect it is peacefully located, although it directly at a roundabout is, and you can get everywhere fast ( beach about 8 minutes on foot, purchase- and places to eat about 10 minutes on foot) We can make use of the hotel nevertheless with best conscience further-recommend and will visit again! read more

This summer we were in june and august, overall for the 5. time in this hotel San Francisco in lignano pineta. The reason is simple, you experienced here again and again a very relaxed and relaxing vacation. Every wish was of the hotel line, and the staff, no matter wether at the pool bar or the choice of a table in the restaurant. And where we have already been at the topic the food is a poem. We spend for several years vacation in this hotel. The owners, as well as the complete staff are very friendly and accommodating and always looking out for the wellbeing of the guests. The food : great breakfast bufett, as well as every day several choices of dishes at lunchtime and in the evening. The food tastes by the way excellently! The hotel we can all recommend it, it is already 2. few. read more

    We had a triple room and it was in terms of size absolutely sufficient. The mini fridge and safe one could free of charge use. Carpet I find in the hotel room not so great, however therefor it was very quiet and you heard not the guests on a run around. This year were the rooms with new flat screens rearmed and you could many Germans programs received.

    We were now for the third time there and would not have thought, that the food still better could be. The two new Young chefs didn't but managed. we had booked full board and I must say, I would in no way want. for breakfast there was buffet: cereals, 2 yogurts, 4 types of sausage, Pate, cream cheese, cheese slices, scrambled eggs, roasted Bacon, jams, Honey, nutella, even brown bread, rolls, Crescent, cakes, sliced Pineapple, melons, 3 different juices (even apple juice! We were the first time we stayed at the hotel San Francisco and certainly not the last time the hotel is very well maintained and clean. The food was very good, varied and special wishes were not a problem. The service we consider somewhat expandable. The owners were always friendly and helpful. The room was immaculate. The bathroom is small, but you get used to it after a few days the size of the bathroom and the shower curtain. The owners are trying to renovate the bathrooms, however, difficulties have structurally, why only some of the bathrooms have been renovated. ... 3-star hotel for a more than adequate and highly recommended. If you want a three star hotel Bay, can not be assumed, that it is a 5-star standard gets! read more

Lobby and entrance are decorated in a modern style, but rooms are not. The bathroom has no hairdryer and the shower had only a shower curtain separated from the rest of bathroom, where I would always take a shower there to blow overcome. The hotel is a long walk to the beach. For a Spontanurlaub the hotel is ok, but by prolonged planning, I would book another hotel. read more

Also this time all of the staff were super nice and friendly. The service, the food, simple everything. Every year we gladly stay on the cleanest and nicest pool far and wide, the daily several thousand liters fresh water. Lige and umbrellas on the beach are included in the price. Both the well-kept and renovated old building, just like the rooms are cleaned daily were fussily stuck. Daily change of towels are, as usual on all The guests' wishes. This time we were here for the 2 stay at the San Francisco and were absolutely loved it. Everything was very well maintained and clean. The food is a dream. Great breakfast buffet with everything you could think of. Lunch and dinner we had a choice of pre-+choices. ( More about that in my review from last year in June). If you can walk among the goodies really found nothing you could also easy task that can be easily were carried out. The staff and managers were very nice and made every effort to fulfill constantly all The guests' wishes. ... You feel like you makes holiday with friends. There is underground parking cars. We especially like to highlight the clean pool with jacuzzi and massage jets, where you for the sea to windy days to wind can sun. You get a nice smell of chlorine, not because every day fresh water. The rather small hotel, with about 35 rooms in perfect condition was outstanding by the thorough cleanliness, daily towels and sheets were changed, daily stairs cleaning, mornings and evenings the pool was cleaned and refilled with about 5000 liters fresh water, so that there was hardly any chlorine added.an absolute highlight. This pool was probably unique in Lignano. The Italian breakfast was very well-known to us Germans, but now the Swiss ( hotel owner ) was introduced, whatever was not at the buffet, could easily be ordered from the always friendly waiters. The same was true with the lunch ... and dinner, If something didn't taste, just exchange great. read more

    Of course it was about 20 minutes to the umbrellas, but they were included, it was the same thing in Pineta, for shopping. But bicycles from the hotel made the shopping trip very easy, the car should stay parked... and for an excursion, the hotel trolley service was good... just great!

We actually didn't high expectation, because it is the only free hotel was, we got on short notice. When we first arrived we were pleasantly surprised. ( The bags to the room, everything was very clean). Only a few parking - so we give up your key. This quite rightly refused we then and it was no problem!!! It was a bit crowded in the dining room - but then didn't disturb either. Both breakfast and dinner there was always a large buffet and extensive a la carte menu ( at least five - seven dishes and main course each ... time!!! ). The beach was about 500 meters away and the center of Pineta about 20 minutes walk. All in all, it was a nice, relaxing stay. read more
