Good hotel for a family vacation with good value for money. Very helpful and attentive boss with very pleasant staff. Recommendable is the circa 1.5-hour carriage ride with the right horse-drawn sleigh rides (for about 6 people) and glasswork in lohberg. read more

Who doesn't have high expectations, comes gladly again!

We had a very nice relaxing family vacation in this hotel. The staff were very nice and for every request an ear to lend. At the breakfast buffet could be more variety for offer his (times other sausage or better cheese). Also in the afternoon there were always the same cakes. The dinner was ok. read more

Since we the hotel for a very reasonable price 'all inclusive'booked, one can do it with quiet conscience! Our apartment was big enough and upon arrival clean. The dinner was always enough and diverse. The breakfast was in the selection but very limited. For lunch we can't say anything, since we always on the way were in the beautiful environment. You can hikes on the surrounding mountains undertake. Large arber, Osser and scharzeck were for us easily reachable on foot. With the issued gästekarten is free bus and shall discount at the touristic facilities for disabled guests in the area. ... All in all a successful vacation! read more

We were now to second time in Schwarzeck and were once again very satisfied. Thanks again for the warm welcome and Verabsschiedung by Mrs W. also the waiters immediately gave us recognized and very friendly welcomes respectively adopted.
The food is very good and varied.
The possibilities for outings are very big. In an hour's drive, everything is in the immediate vicinity to reach. For children, any ages, is to find something.
The complainers here, I can personally not understand. If they offered more to have want, then they must more pay and in a five star hotel go!

Our room was big and beautiful. In every room ( we had a two room apartment) there is a kitchen, a seating area and a sofa, as well as a bedroom and a bathroom.
I can only repeat repeat and to say, that it here for children is just perfect. It is a children's entertainment offered, a playground there and the children can free in the entire property of the hotel move. No matter where the children are, you always in the field of vision, because the restaurant with the beautiful outdoor terrace, centrally located.
In case of bad weather there was a play barn or a Spielekeller in the children stay and play.
The staff are very friendly with children and all children (from babies to teenagers) are welcome here.
We were once again very satisfied and are definitely recommend this hotel! read more

Booked as 7 days all inclusive offer.
From the price was the offer cheap-the (against-) services unfortunately quite fully also.
The dining room is simple as carelessly to describe, nowadays spray Werkskantinenen usually much more flair. There is a very narrow Tischreihung. No table cloths, no (not plastic) flowers on the table. The structure of the dishes at the buffet deserved simply the concept of carelessly. If you look at in the many ratings, the set photos, these are in my opinion but rather euphemistic. The ratings of Reisemonats August 2012 to variety the meals are applicable. Every second day ... for breakfast there are more or less feast boiled eggs. Besides always the same sausage- and cheese.
The hotelier gave themselves during the whole length of the stay not to recognize, asked so not the satisfaction.

There we already to the 8 time were ( summer, winter, fall) all and again and again good, recommendable, Cheap, very child-friendly always worth a trip. In the all inclusive package only for 2 years offered may perhaps the beverages for children for example Fanta. Included. ( Lump sum?). Very nice, competent hotel management, staff. Simply good vacation must not be expensive!.
Highly recommendable.
