We inhabited, like last year, one of the 2011 newly built studios. These are approximately 42 meters² very spacious and are equipped with a large bathroom. The studio apartments are in a living and sleeping area divided. Also have a built-in closet, fridge, kettle, air conditioning, flat screen tv, safe (for a fee) and telephone. A balcony with a table and two wicker chairs complete the whole.

In the spacious dining room the dishes in buffet form offered. The quality of the meals is very good. If you stay here but the typical greek food as we in Germany know expected, will perhaps be disappointed. In this hotel the rhodians dorfküche offered, what varied and more delicious is. Whoever found nothing here for his taste, you should probably better in a typical tourist bunker.

Here too, i just want to say so much: welcome with friends. We didn't the feeling had in a hotel to life, it was a vacation with friends. They speak german and english spoken. Should it once problems or complaints, so care the staff immediately and friendly to.

Despite some families with small children, it was by the pool pleasantly quiet. Chairs are free and in sufficient quantity available. Against a small fee is wi-fi access available. But there is also the possibility on two computer-squares, for a fee, directly into the internet to arrive. Once a week a greek evening. Also for karaokefreunde there is one time per week a corresponding evening.

Very nice and tidy apartment complex with a very clean pool and enough shady spots. There were couches by the pool and in the garden enough. The complex consists of about 49 apartments and 11 in 2011 built studios. The guests come predominantly from Germany, Poland and Czech Republic. Families with children or couples of all ages are welcome. It is first of all a hotel for those seeking tranquillity and individualists. Also wind surfers love to stay here. , because in prasonisi about 25 kilometer further south is' the surfers paradise' Who action and equal, should rather another hotel choose.

The hotel is located in south of Rhodos in the small town of kiotari. To the sand/pebble beach it was approximately 300 meters you an extra relevance and concreted path. Diagonally opposite the hotel there is a ice/café the delicious cakes and eiscrems offers. Next to it there was a small supermarket. At the beach there are some taverns the different food. A bus stop there is approximately 30 meters next to the hotel. There are good bus connections to almost all the places along the east coast. To Rodes City it was about 60 kilometer. if you want more of the island want to see, the you should rent a scooter or rent a car.

We had a large and spacious apartment get, which was a very peaceful location had and we even the sea could see. The view went at the back, including evening events at of the terrace had we heard nothing, which is great, if you have smaller children on the way is. Room number 118. Safe gave it also for about 16 or 18 €for 2 weeks. Air conditioning worked well. Tip: let no window open, there are very hungry mosquitos respectively gnats what ever new victims find. We had evenings before going to bed a ritual in the visit of these beasts. Our bathroom was big enough, but it could a couple more towel rack attached, in 4 persons it is with only 1 bar a bit cramped with the hanging. However apart from that it was in our room really reasonable.

Let yourself quarrel over the taste and therefore there are probably very lots of different opinions. Here is our: we loved it always tasted good, a bit more selection would be sometimes nice, for example even a banana, or something yoghurt; but we were quite pleased. The prices in the restaurant and also at the bar were normal.

The mostly German, respectively English-speaking staff are really very friendly and somehow they work all very satisfied, all they always have a friendly smile. The cleaning of the rooms is ok and satisfactory. Reason for complaint we had not. We wanted us however also not over details the head break, but just a couple of nice days under the sun and friendly people spend :-)

The pool was big enough, there are plenty of umbrella and loungers. There is entertainment fortunately no. On 3 evenings in the week on the very nice terrace a evening agenda instead of. Greek evening, karaoke and disco for young and old. Access to the internet g. ppo. Great I found the small library directly at the front desk, as the reading ran out and I free new books could be borrowed. As I the entire island no business with books found, that was really great.

As already several times described is a smaller, informally run complex, the a three-star hotel is appropriate. You feel as a family very comfortable and in good hands. We had an apartment with half board booked.

Somewhat outside, but directly on the street in kiotari the hotel lies ekaterini. But because of its construction not directly as a hotel eye stings, since it is a small complex acts. Transfer airport/ hotel 1 hour with the rental car, by bus usually considerably longer though. The 'street noise' did not bother us, since we heard almost nothing and at home finally also cars go:-) As location for excursions recommended only with restrictions, as the trip penalty a as first abhohlen. It is better here a mietwage to take, because one is then flexible and the distance is actually also okay. For briefly with the car to the shopping or for the evening entertainment drive away. Diagonally opposite of the hotel there is also a supermarket, baker, butcher's and next door also a pizzeria and a hairdresser.

As I have already mentioned the rooms were clean and in terms of size it was fine. More holder for the towels I had already mentioned. Thanks again to 'all' parties of the hotel.

The food and breakfast, as well as the cleanliness were reasonable. Eventually, it more often fish give. We liked it, it not only Schnitzel and fries has been made. The wars we at home.

The staff's hospitality was really reasonable. Also the cleaning of the rooms every 2 days was ok.

Were always at the beach the whole week. We love both the sea and the beach and to mark is still, the water is spotlessly clean! All together for us a very relaxing and quiet vacation.

The hotel with complex really impressed us. The beautiful to, was, that it was very quiet and comfortable. Our room was size wise and cleanliness forth, okay. The food was all right. Suggest would be, that you are in the bathroom more hanger for the towels affixing should. I have a few reviews read and I have noticed, that some people very unsatisfied were, perhaps we should see, it's not ' the at home', but one is on vacation and it could happen, that not everything is so like you imagine to yourself. We liked it.

The distance to the beach is also okay. There are shops not very many in the surroundings, but you can to Lindos or Rhodos drive. Us it was just important once total peace and we got that and also very much.

We had a nice large studio with a really nice large bathroom (with bathtub). The studio apartments are about 1 year old and in very good condition. They all feature air conditioning, balcony, refrigerator, kettle, telephone, safe and flat screen tv.

The hotel has a restaurant with a view of the beautiful garden and a beautiful roof top terrace/bar (our favorite place). The dishes were rather typical of the country and at the buffet there is always something for every. Breakfast is very extensive for greek standards (jams, before all Stella's even cooked, cereal, cheese, several types of sausage, cucumbers, tomatoes, gek. Eggs and so on). The price of drinks we found cheap.

The friendliness and the helpfulness of the staff and above all of jannis and Stella are not to exceed. Again thank you for everything. The entire team are constantly tried, the guest to make the stay as pleasant as possible. We were this year the first time there and felt very comfortable. I can only confirm, what other guests already wrote: all foreign come, as friends gone. The rooms are clean and are every 2 days cleaned. A doctor or rental cars are always fast and uncomplicated organized. Our defect telephone in the studio was replaced immediately.

The weekly highlight is the greek evening, at which the whole family and lots of guests with dancing. There is also a karaoke evening with jannis as a major player. Otherwise we at night with other guests on the roof terrace cozy and some nice acquaintances closed. In the landscaped garden is a beautiful pool with enough chairs and umbrellas. Otherwise there is also a nice place in the shade under the trees. For the smallest there was a small playground.

The small cosy hotel consists of 49 apartments and 11 new studios. A wonderful family hotel in typical greek style. We had a studio on the top floor with half board and since. Sea view. The types of people were mostly german and polish. The apartments are ideal for families with children.

The beach you reached over a narrow footpath in a few minutes walk. It is a gravel beach (bathing shoes are an advantage) with beautiful clear water. Chairs were sufficiently available. Little farm at the beach, so you always your peace had. The hotel is somewhat outside of kiotari. In the immediate area there are a pizzeria, ice cream, a butcher and a supermarket. (so everything you need). At the beach are 4-5 cosy and not overcrowded taverns. Ideal for a relaxing holiday. Bus stop in right in front of the hotel.

We were in one of the new studios. Very big and spacious and even enough clothes hangers (which in most hotels missing). In the room was a fridge ( without mini bar), kettle and a bit of cutlery. We could comfortable from the bed television ( flat screen). A safe was for a fee in the room available. We found the room great and also beautifully big and spacious. The balcony was with lateral view of the sea and directly through the pool ( no noise as no animation at the pool).

The restaurant is half-open and directly with a view of the nice laid out pool. We the food very good tasty. The choice is not huge, but everything freshly cooked and very tasty. For breakfast there was always egg ( either scrambled egg, boiled egg or omelet), homemade jams (!) , fresh bread and Baguette, cheese, sausage, gherkins, olives, tomatoes, greek yoghurt, etc. It was missing to us at nothing. Evenings there are three salads. Daily delicious greek and green salad and a additional/ changing salad. The main courses were also very good. There was potatoes with fresh herbs, different noodles, changing vegetables, mostly a casserole, fish and meat. As a dessert there was always fresh watermelon and a further dessert. We were always on the dinner look forward to. The drinks were very cheap. If you are looking for a larger selection,,, a 4-or five star hotel book.

We felt very good. The staff were very friendly and all of them spoke German or English. The room was very clean and was cleaned every two days, which we found completely sufficient find.

The pool was beautifully designed and clean. Access to the internet was for a fee in any case possible.

Nice laid out small hotel, informal atmosphere. The boss is the good fairy and very warm for the guests. Half board with greek kitchen. The guests were mixed, many couples and some families. The hotel has many kind details. The boss for example all pictures on the complex and on the rooms self-painted. We recommend the hotel vacations the no mass tourism, but peace and relaxation in a pleasant ambience find and not in a massive luxury-hotel block again would.

We had already at home a rental car and were so mobile. From the airport an hour away. Directly opposite a supermarket and next door a pizzeria. At the beach some greek pub. For evenings offers itself the next town pefki with beautiful bars at ( by car circa 10 minutes). We knew, that the hotel and the place apart from the mass tourism, and have the peace and quiet and the greek flair very much. There are plenty of excursions to go on. To Lindos it was about 20 minutes ( by car).

We had an apartment... A room with double bed, air-conditioning and balcony The 2. Room with two beds, small kitchenette and tv Corridor with wardrobe and bathroom with bathtub Our apartment each second day cleaned properly. The whole complex is neat and tidy.

For breakfast, there is cheese, several types of sausage, different homemade marmelade ( jams), butter, honey, nutella, different muesli, very delicious yoghurt, hard boiled eggs, omelets, tomatoes, gherkins, different types of bread/wake... Drinks are included. The coffee was not so good. For dinner there is always delicious greek salad and a 2. salatsorte which always changed. There were always multiple main dishes with different side dishes. As a dessert there were fresh fruits ( melons, grape) And each day a desserart gallicisms: milkrice... Mousse... Jelly EC.- The drinks are unfortunately not included. For the food is something there for every taste.

The staff were friendly and nice. They speak English and German. Cleaning of the rooms every second day. Once a week there is a griechischenabend with music And hochsasion the clown. On our way back, early in the morning, has unfortunately the responsible sleepy. ... Human...

From the hotelier we got a good map of the south of the island, on which also the gravel road are drawn in. Further he gave us still a very good tip where we a wonderful bay just for us find and he gave us a sun screen available. The nationalities are mixed. There is nobody misbehaving. There were some families with small children... Their joy is right next to the dining room a playground, the parents still a bit longer sit on.

From the airport picked us up a small bus and brought us directly, without stopover for complex. The journey takes an hour, but will be over quickly, since one much to look has. To the clean pebble beach leads a well-kept baby carriage real way. You don't need 5 minutes, from the back rooms not. The rooms were relatively large and simply furnished. The air conditioning worked. With the tv could 3 German program be received. The kitchenette contained only few dishes. The hot plate were from the previous guest with übergelaufener milk dirty, what the whole length of the stay not rectified. We have the hotplates therefore not used.

In the restaurant there is the total self-service. There is no table covered. So you need to not only the dishes, but also dishes, served and coffee yourself. The breakfast is acceptable. With sunshine makes the restaurant a nice impression. The dinner is very simple and rather resembled a cafeteria. In the evening seemed also the restaurant by the sharp lighting and a clumsy, ambience ( edelstahlwarmhalteöfen and so on) nothing special hospitable.

The service in the hotel is bad. Towels every 2 days, bed sheets every 4 days changed. The rooms are also only every 2 days cleaned. The luggages are often over several stairs from the guest into the room be dragged.

The pool was beautiful and regularly well-kept. The beach was very nice and quiet. However falls the beach fast and is thus for small children problematic.

The hotel has 60 room, the different qualities are. The rooms are big and also a nice balcony ( with a few exceptions). The bathroom was very cramped, the toilet was between shower's wall and wall 'stuck'. The garden and the pool are very beautifully designed. The guests there are about half from German respectively austrians and Poland. Disturbing is the unexpectedly strong traffic on the main street. The traffic ebbt at night as well hardly from. Open window there are problematic.

The hotel is about 400 meters from the beach. The pebble beach with fine gravel was very clean and quiet. It was extra one way from the hotel to the beach, away from the street laid out. There are shops directly opposite the main street and in etwea 1 kilometer away. For excursions you should take a hired car book. There are a public transportation, the need but quite a lot of time.

The zimmerbeispiele in the pictures we have neither seen live still occupied. Our room was extremely in need of renovation. The double bed in our studio consisted of 2 single beds on wheels. The dressing table is not sufficiently entrenched. The existing places to sit in the front area were due to uncleanliness impossible to use. The bathroom is extremely small ( only from one person has to use) and not really functional. The air conditioning could also not be used, since age odor and dirt into the room blown was. The tv was not in the schafbereich usable. The radio in the bedroom was not functional. Basically for this price absolutely not appropriate but from the owner as a particularly beautiful room advertised.

The dining area was tidy, however noisy and bright. The food we did not than typical greek as good felt. The breakfast was every day exactly the same without deviations. Cleanliness is ok but the evening stay in this area not at all a.

Friendliness, as well as willingness to help are nothing to complain about. However, if you do not constantly with the owners appeals and the evenings, one is only briefly greeted. Extras or additional useful information only 'preferred' guests. The cleaning of the rooms is not really worth mentioning, it is only on, because fresh towels every 2 days in the room chairs were. Towels for the pool must at home to bring their own.

The very small pool area is nice is also cleaned daily, however without used ashtrays or broken sun screens replace it. Our travel time was one of families with small children perferred traveling time. The evening entertainment on the only terrace next to the lobby/bar, which unlieb lined up small tables is.

Very small small complex, the from the outside hardly any as a hotel to see. The guests are very mixed: from young einzelpaaren on couple with small children to older couples. Nationalities are also very mixed.

Without a car or daily bus lonely one in this place. Small taverns ( maximum 4a 5 piece) only close to the beach. In front of the hotel is nothing, except for a coffee and the supermarket on the other side of the street. The beach isn't very far. There you will find however also only a couple loungers and the whole ambiance seemed very leave; loungers per day 5 €.

The studio apartments are new and welcoming. There was a double bed, a couch, chairs, air conditioning, lcd tv, refrigerator, telephone and on request wi-fi. The balcony offers two seats, table and a nice view. The bathroom/toilet is clean and spacious with a bath and a integierten shower.

The breakfast and dinner in a bright, on two sides open hall taken. The peak during dinner is a small queue at the buffet. Breakfast is well arranged and but includes everything you start to the day needs. The buffet in the evening contains also next to the country typical some central european meals. It is something for all tastes and we were always satisfied.

Really all hotel staff we met made a cheerful impression and were always cooperative. The ' boss' and some other speak german. With english you could always communicate and greek... The rooms are every two days was deseamed. When we had questions, always someone helpful to find.

There is entertainment no. Although it can happen that one for the greek evening for dancing is requested. Join in! As mentioned at the beginning the hotel is of the hotel with a pool, chairs and so on in a very tidy state.

The family-run hotel has 60 apartments of which are now some studios remodeled. The studios offer a welcoming atmosphere and you feel good. Everything seems to be clean and tidy. As well as the complex around the hotel. The guests come from all over Europa, many from Germany and adjacent countries. Families with children to pension recipients and also some watersports the ekaterini from the various locations the island visit.

A few minutes walk from the hotel is a quiet beach with a private way easy to reach is. Here there were also a few tavernas. In the vicinity of the hotel is a small shopping center, a pizzeria and a kafenion. There is a bus stop about 100 meters away from the hotel, but we would a rental car recommend around Rhodos to get to know.
